Passable

Location was brilliant. Place was nice.

We found a empty coke bottle next to the bed side table, a false nail and a clump of hair under the bed, empty loo roll and dirty tissue in the drawer. 2 pair's of socks in another drawer. A siver ring under the bed. Sweet papers under the furniture. Mattress on both beds were awful. Very noisy, didn't get much sleep.

Had a great time staying here

Lovely spacious apartment in the heart of Dartmouth. Both rooms were double and roomy with TVs in both rooms (which we didn't use). Quiet location apart from the nesting seagulls but nothing you can do about that! Literally a minute walk from the shops and restaurants, great location. Parking permit was also brilliant and the car park is a stones throw away from the apartment, its not a guaranteed space but we parked with no issues but the car park does fill up quickly so luck of the draw. Pub does nice food and the owner makes lovely homemade cakes you can buy which were huge portions. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Ideally located in Dartmouth very central to all amenities. Very roomy and decor to a good spec. Comfortable through out.

Only one thing! The settee arms were to tall to sit comfortable. A very minor point, but you did ask the question

We were visiting family and this flat provided us with a convenient base. It was our second stay at this flat and would

In the unusual heat, a fan would have been welcome though we ourselves were out most of the time.

Very relaxing

The apartment was very comfortable and everything we needed was there.

The apartment was located over a pub but stopped serving dinner at 7 and closed altogether by 7.30. So all the time We were there we could not eat in the pub.

Perfect 4 days away and the weather was on our side too …

The location was great. The apartment was clean and offered all we needed, except a corkscrew but the bar downstairs sorted that problem. We had been left a few essentials supplies on our arrival which was a nice touch. We didn’t realise until a member of staff told us, that we got 25% off the food in the pub below, and the food was good.

I would say that the cabinet in the bathroom could do with an upgrade and maybe a handle/grab-bar for getting out of the shower. Also a hand towel in the bathroom and hand wash was practically empty in the bathroom. There was a water leak at the door of the property, which started to smell in the entrance way.

Our first visit to Dartmouth. We will definitely come again and would book this accommodation again if it was available.

This apartment is spacious, clean and very homely. A great place to stay. Great location, in the heart of Dartmouth. We stayed in February and there were plenty of parking spaces in the nearby car park.

Being an apartment in the eaves we were expecting stairs, however the final set of stairs were quite steep and there was no hand rail. It is self-catering however a small tray of complimentary tea, coffee and milk sachets would have made this 10 out of 10 as we arrived quite late after a very long drive and had to go and find an open shop. Maybe a map showing the location of food shops could be provided in a welcome pack?

Size and location of the apartment, well equipped, great TV's that worked, even had a CD player. Had washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher, shower was spot on. It was also roomy.

The bed mattresses and sofas were way too soft, but that's my personal choice. No lights above stove/hob or stove and why no radiator in the kitchen?

Great location, great apartment

Super spacious. Good provision of salt, pepper and cooking utensils in the kitchen. Amazing location, 2 minute walk to the sea.

Probably not great for those with mobility issues, lots of stairs! Not an issue for us.

Beautiful flat

Beautiful flat with two spacious bedrooms and bathroom. Open lounge-diner-kitchen was very comfortable with all the equipment needed including washing machine and tumble dryer.

It was all really lovely. Clean and modern and easily accessed from the harbour. Loved it. Sadly I was ill on the second day of our break so had to stay in bed but it was a lovely place to be. Didn't hear the pub below.

A fabulous stay in a wonderful part of the world, we had a really great family break.

It was super easy to get into the property as it is attached to the pub so someone on hand at all times. A very warm welcome and super friendly staff. I'd asked for a late check out for work and they couldn't have been more accommodating

the only snag was the radiator was on full blast and it couldn't be changed as it was broken but it was by the bathroom in the entrance hall so it was hardly a problem as there were plenty of big windows to open, just always considering the environment.

Had a lovely stay and all in all quite a bargain.

Very central location, very friendly and helpful staff, well equipped kitchen etc. Very pleasantly surprised with how good it was, for a very reasonable price. Food in pub below was very good too, and discounted for those staying there.

Very minor points that are meant as helpful feedback rather than any form of criticism. 1. Twin beds, rather than a double, in one of the rooms would allow more flexible sleeping arrangements for families etc. 2. The flat was quite hot even though the weather was pretty average. I don’t imagine anything can be done, but there were times where it was a bit fatigueing.

Steep staircase with no handrail to second floor. Probably not suitable for anyone with mobility problems.

pleasant stay but has the potential to be so much better.

great location, well appointed kitchen and comfortable beds. Good sized rooms

Bathroom wasn’t up to scratch, damp with mould on tiles and wasn’t clean when we arrived. we asked for it to be cleaned and it was cleaned but still not as we would have liked. Carpets on the entrance corridors were dirty and just needed a good clean. No hanging space in either bedroom this was in the hall which was a bit odd along with the random sofa and tumble dryer.
