loved the whole ambience. it was different, classy, chic, high quality. 100% will return

loved the whole ambience of the place. pool was small but really well done. it was different, classy, chic, high quality. little things - coffee in the hallway - amazing fruit selection at the pool - joggers water in the morning. everyone - reception - bell boys - valet team - pool team - all amazingly helpful. its expensive - but you get what you pay for - really really great hotel.

Will definitely stay again! Loved it and highly recommend.

Beautifully furnished, very comfortable beds, just a great relaxing stay overall. Loved the shower size, water pressure, and it stayed hot indefinitely!

The shower would have been better with a bench and a compliment breakfast would have been a nice touch.

Mooi hotel in downtown Austin

Mooi hotel, mooie ruime kamer en badkamer. Hadden een upgrade. Valet parking was top en snel. Goede service.

Perfect downtown location for a short vacation in Austin.

Very comfortable bed/pillows, best in class actually. Very good menu catering to a broad range of tastes. Food at all times was tasty, fresh and well prepared. Service was exemplary. Really liked the availability of morning tea/coffee outside the lifts so we could delay breakfast until brunch.

Cocktails at the bar were rather pricey relative to nearby options.

Significantly over priced, problematic, loud rooms.

The shower was impressive, so was the terrace. And the room was comfortable, so was the bed.

However, the room turned into a death metal thrash after 9. The bar across the street basically turned the hotel into a tuning fork, pounding, rattling and echoing the music through the room - out into the hallway. We got in late, too late to ask for a move. Knowing this issue, we won't book this hotel on Fridays or Saturdays.

Luxe hotel op toplocatie

Top locatie, restaurants op loopafstand en anders makkelijk per Uber. Luxe hotel met supervriendelijk personeel bij balie en valet. Communicatie via sms als je bijv. niet storen aan de deur hebt, ze vragen wanneer 'room refresh' uitkomt. Super schoon. Comfortabele bedden. En toen we de laatste dag, jammer genoeg, weg moesten bij het zwembad wegens een 'private party' werd dat spontaan gecompenseerd met een fles wijn en borrelhapjes.

Service niveau van personeel in restaurant is nogal wisselend. Als je een fles wijn besteld van 80 dollar die er niet blijkt te zijn, zit ik niet te wachten op een alternatief van 125 dollar... Restaurant kaart is beperkt qua ontbijt en lunch. En alles is best prijzig. 'Private parties' bij het zwembad zouden ze niet moeten doen, en anders op z'n minst tijdig communiceren.

AMAZING

The entire staff was amazing. I have never had a better experience in a hotel as i did at Hotel Zaza. From Jacob the concierge to Max and Stone the valets and Fidel the bartender we were treated like friends more than guests.

There is not a bad thing i could say about this establishment

Nice stay but probably won’t chose them next time.

It was a nice hotel.

There was only coffee available from 6am-10am and there were no facilities in the hotel to get coffee. The valet was a little pricey.

Awesome!

I loved the room! So comfy (I am picky), ultra clean, large, not noisy at all, and we could even turn it almost pitch dark for the night. Loved the complimentary coffee on each floor. Restaurant was great. All good really.

Not cheap... but just as you would expect. Also I am not a fan of receiving so many promotional emails and text messages.

we have stayed in 12 hotels in the last 2 months, some of them 5 star, Zaza was by far the best of all of them!!!

We loved the daily delivery of cold water and Moon pies to our room in the afternoon and the coffee bar set up on our floor every morning. The location was perfect, and we made good use of the pool and restaurant. most importantly, the staff were so friendly and accommodating.

$55 a day valet parking, although the valet guys did a superb job.

Modern, friendly, well located boutique hotel in the heart of Austin.

Very clean - excellent pool area, gym. Comfy beds and good bathroom. Well located. Very friendly bar and restaurant team. Excellent housekeeping.

No concierge and front desk staff not the most helpful/well informed. Expensive parking. Odd and inconvenient having the main wardrobe in our bathroom??!!

Great getaway boutique

Great location since there is a shuttle that will take you places downtown and the very busy 4th Street attractions are across the street. The staff is exceptional. There is a well stocked mini bar and the room service is open late.

The late night partying will be loud enough to hear through your window.

Great location, beautiful decor, good vibe, spacious room, all the amenities I would want and more. Appreciated the Escalade shuttle service and morning coffee/tea on each floor.

Pool was beautiful but often overcrowded with multiple bachelor/bachelorette parties.

Beautiful hotel! Service and attention to detail could have been better!

Beautiful hotel! LOVED the complimentary shuttle option.

Small issues- clock wasn’t set correctly. Light bulb in main lamp was out. Bigger issues- brunch at Group Therapy was good, but the service was terrible. And it was not crowded at all! Our room reeked of weed at 9:30am because of someone near our room smoking pot. When we came up from brunch, the entire 10th floor smelled like marijuana. I did let the front desk know, but not sure anything was done. We requested to be close to our daughter. We were on the same floor but not anywhere nearby. I don’t think it was a difficult request at all.
