The breakfast was amazing. They had a delicious breakfast oatmeal bar and a delicious overnight oats/chia cup. The rooms were not big but very comfy and clean.

New hotel, friendly personnel, great location, plenty of space in the room
There is no free parking in the hotel. We managed to find one in 5 minutes walk, it was 25$ for 24 hours. But most of parking are about 40-50$

Everything was great! There’s a bar/restaurant downstairs, it was within walking distance to restaurants, bars, and attractions, and the staff was so helpful and nice! Despite the bustling city, the room was very quiet and comfortable. We will definitely be staying at the Element again.

We loved that the property was nearby everything.
Front the moment we got there check in was awful. I rented multiple rooms for our trip and booked them in everyone’s name. The lady had problems finding them and had to put everyone as a guest. Which also meant, their valet charges and everything. While everyone else walked out with only an $500 room stay, me and another guest walked out with almost a $900 stay. They said the day of they would fix the problems and it’s been a week and we’re constantly repeating and asking them to solve the issues. I wouldn’t recommend them for nothing.

It is a really nice and modern hotel. The staff was really nice and very respectful. The breakfast was super cool and healthy, fresh and the restaurant was very confy. I wish the hotel had had a pool since the only places to wind down was the bar, which was extra if you wanted to drink something and the lobby, which was nice but not a place to relax per se. Also the parking was a bit of an issue since it is not included, even though there is a public parking just across the street it is better to just get the valet parking at the hotel, it is pricy though, about 50 usd per night. Other than that the hotel was really great, close to everything you'd want to see at downtown, you couldn't get closer to 6th st.
The parking was a bit pricy and there was no pool. I wish it had a bit more to do in the actual hotel, the billards was nice but you had to at least have a drink or something to be there since the staff, even though really nice and kind, kept coming to offer drinks or food and we ended up leaving since we just wanted to hang out adn play a bit in the billiards

Location is awesome for nightlife 6th street austin. Lots of clubs and bars in walking distance. Restaurant downstairs is nice. Has coffee place downstairs too.
Parking is best done valet. $52 though. We came late friday night. Driving and parking at that time is what you would expect really busy and hard to navigate. Parking garages were full near the location.

I would rate this property a 10, except the rooms wasn't ready, and then we did not get the room we originally reserved online.
To have the room we originally reserved (Corner suite with 2 beds); instead we got a suite with 1 King.

Super friendly & helpful staff.
Breakfast was healthy.
The room had everything I needed plus the bed was comfortable.
I was on the 11th floor and I could still hear noise from the street at night.

the proximity to the bars and restaurants
the second floor was a great area for hanging out, there is a bar, pool table, football, etc
we stayed on the 14th, middle of the building, and we had no water pressure in the shower.
our room faced 7th street and was very loud until 3am Friday, and Saturday nights. seems they used single glazed glass, and so very loud.

The rooms were nice and clean, had dishes that came in handy, by 6th street, staff was great and options on food.
The street is cluttered, hard to park to check in and unload, price was high for the simple room. Looks more fancy in pictures.

no space to move around tables
no tea bag we had to ask to the front desk
very poor hot meals, no meat, no potetoes
a very bad experience
