Night front desk not very accommodating. Very bare amenities. Pillows stink although pillowcases are new.

We took a mini vacation to the Austin area. THIS hotel was a great location to visit downtown within walking distance of 6th street. Beautiful facility with lots of amenities.

Wonderful staff and accommodating. Wonderful restaurant. employees very friendly.
Our room was so dirty. Toilet ran constantly. Beer bottle caps on the floor. I had the do not disturb sign on my door but the housekeeper came by to clean the room next to me and they were so loud I had to go out and tell him to be quiet so we could sleep.

The location
STAFF.
From the moment we pulled up, mind you it was raining, the valet guy just sat and watched us and then I opened the door and he said “are you here for valet?” (Clearly we were, we were the only car).
Then I asked him for a cart, he said he didn’t know where the bell guy was and to wait by the desk. I waited 10 min before I went up to the front desk where he came opened a door and gave it to me. We unloaded all our bags, went inside and checked in. Went to the lobby bar and the bartender was the absolute WORST - he could’ve had a bad day, but this was different. Very annoyed with people asking for drinks when it was indeed his job. He wouldn’t even talk to anyone and the entire bar was so confused and everyone just to leave bc who wants to sit what that negative energy?
The morning after, I called for room service. No one for 45 min answered on ANY LINE. Not even concierge or front desk. FORTY FIVE MINUTES.
I finally went down around 8:30am and saw one front desk person on the computer checking out a guest so I went to get Starbucks that’s located in the hotel.
Worse experience, the lady kept serving people who were behind me, I asked her about it (bc I waited 20 min) and she got feisty with me. So I left and went to the front desk and said this was the worst experience I’ve ever had in a hotel. I will NOT be staying here again. I’ll make it a note to let everyone know too. I wouldn’t send people I know there for a bad experience.
Get better hospitality service!

Muchos jovenes de rumba en los pasillos y no dejan dormir... La fiesta les duraba hasta la madrugada. Lo comenté en el cuonter y me comentaron que si era un problema, pero nada que hacer.

The property is beautiful and we had an excellent stay. The lovely woman at the front desk gave us a really high floor level room and we had some great views. The pool location on the rooftop was really cool but it was packed when we went. Not anybody’s fault though, it’s a great spot! Staff was very friendly, location is close to lots of restaurants and 6th street. Price was a little high but everything in Austin is!

We thought the room was fine, not too good or too bad. Location was not very good at all. It was too busy, old,and loud. We were going to eat breakfast but when we went outside our room we saw it wasn’t actually what we were expecting .So we didn’t actually eat breakfast there. We liked that the room was pretty and the hotel was decent we were disappointed in the location and room. 😀
We did not like the location. It wasn’t very good. The view showed us the busy city which we didn’t really like. The comfort wasn’t that great either.

Great location! Never knew another guest was even in the building, so peaceful when we were in our room.
Actually, I liked everything

The room had a gorgeous view of downtown Austin. The location was perfect for the reason we were there. It was walking distance to the venue for the concert we were attending, and super close to 6th street. We did not eat breakfast there, but we did have late night snacks at the restaurant downstairs which was delicious!
Nothing - it was wonderful! I will stay here again when I come to Austin and need to be in the downtown area! It was a great place to stay.

nothing. I never stayed here. I tried to get my partial refund for my stay or change the dates, and I was never contacted by Hilton after calling and contacting bookings customer service.
I don’t like how the front desk never answers the phone.

my experience was very poor, I spent extra on booking an executive room yet I had to wait over an hour and 20 minutes past my check in time due to the hotel not being prepared for my stay despite the fact I booked 2weeks prior. The staff kept trying to offer me a different room even though I didn’t want a downgrade. my room was not provided room service or cleaning of the bathroom once even though I had called and requested. I will never be booking with this hotel again.

The whole reason I stayed was to use the sauna so was grateful to catch it before it was closed for repair. Location was cool. Cool there was a Starbucks although they didn’t do refills at that one. 😂
The Starbucks didn’t do refills. The sauna was closed the next day. Wasn’t anything else I didnt like l. I don’t like that o have to keep writing til it’s green.
