Amazing property. Love the views

Great apartment with everything you need, staff on the main door there to help with any questions as well as digitally. Parking was easy and location was good, with lots of things nearby. I didn't use the gym or the pool but my partner did and found it great.
My only compliment was the building work going on next door which SOMETIMES STARTED AT 1AM in the morning and CARRIED THROUGH THE NIGHT. Yes, I'm shouting, but that's because the noise was so loud and made it hard to sleep. Hopefully building work will finish soon, a really annoyance during the stay.

beautiful property. convenient location
expensive for what it was

nice looking building inside & out. our room was big enough & had a cool balcony overlooking the city.
couldn’t get in the room. at zero point of our week-long trip did we ever have an easy trip up & down elevators. The constant key swiping is ridiculous —- ESPECIALLY when the keys don’t work. WE WERE STRANDED IN PARKING LOT THE ARRIVAL NIGHT FOR SEVERAL HOURS. Couldn’t go up or down elevators. couldn’t access lobby. Called the “ help # “. it was also a joke. No help.
This was a problem from beginning to the very last bag was put in truck. Kasa needs humans on the property or they need to shut the doors.

The location is fantastic and the Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were very spacious and the coffee was very good.
Initial Parking instructions were very confusing. I think fewer emails would be helpful. It was hard to figure out which one had the information you were looking for while driving. Also a better description of the unit you reserved would be good. ( # of beds and baths).
And it would have been helpful to know you will be facing a construction site if you are a light sleeper.

Great self contained apartment w full kitchen and super downtown location. Good wifi. Apartment is bright w huge windows and natural light.
Compared w some of the previous 1-bdrm apartments I’ve stayed in at this property which were superb, this 2 bdrm apartment needs some furniture updating. The sitting room furniture was a bit shabby, rundown or lacking ie dining room table had major cracks/breaks; sitting room sparsely furnished - needs extra chairs not just a sofa.

The location of the apartment was great. Unfortunately, there was lots of construction around the building. This didn't bother us, however, one night it was noisy as they were pouring concrete on the construction site well into the early morning hours. The apartment overall was great & the staff were exceptional. We had an issue initially with parking, but the attendant was very helpful & easily rectified the potential problem. The comfort of the apartment was very good & the bed very comfortable.
Construction noise.

Crisp, clean lines. Spacious kitchen and bath. Fantastic location and view.
There are two Kasa properties and we went to the wrong one at first.

Really enjoyed the stay! This worked great to have an AirBNB type situation with an amazing location. Worked great for our group because we couldn’t have everyone in the same AirBNB, so we were able to get two apartments in the same building instead. The apartments are very nice with beautiful views.

Spacious apartment with everything you need, including parking. close to the Lady Bird bridge with views of the water
the elevators weren’t working properly so it took a long time to get up and down to the 15th floor

Beautiful place in a central location, and great to have a washer and dryer since we needed to do a load of washing. (Washing powder would also have been handy!)
We were restricted for options due to booking last minute and it being a busy weekend in Austin. It was quite expensive, especially when converted to $AU.

Location. Ease of checkin. All via text and online. Communication was great, directions clear. Countless restaurants close. Grocery store down the street. 7 min walk to 6th street bars. Walkable to ACL. Great for 4 people. Better than staying in a hotel. Bathroom good size. Shower good. Parking space included
Everything was good. You can't store bags if you have a later flight.

very clean, comfortable apartment in a great location in downtown Austin
it was expensive but that’s standard for downtown Austin accommodation

Location was great except for the building below. - constant noise.
I would never suggest anyone to stay in apartment #1604 - the cheapest possible everything: sink, dishwasher; dryer sounded like a car engine; bathroom towel rack ripped out of the wall with no other towel rack; sheets harsh ams scratchy; the white walls are all scuffed up - the place needs some major work.

Great 1 bedroom apartment close to restaurants & walking trails.

Location
The sofa. Wish they would check furnitures before a new renter comes in. You can literally see the shape of a butt on the sofa with white nasty stains on it. And those stains you know someone was doing something on that sofa and all the bodily fluids made those impressions. I know it’s a place where everyone will be staying at. But if I can see those, I’m pretty sure the cleaning people had seen it. The washer was also broken, I asked for it to be repaired because after seeing that stain now I didn’t trust my towels and linens. Plus my reason of staying in here was because I hate bringing large luggages when I’m on my business trip and would rather rewash the few clothes that I have. I asked if someone can repair it since I’ll be there for a few days and no one came. Wish they were upfront in telling people there’s a construction right in front of your window that goes on 24 hours a day. So while you’re sleeping you can hear drilling and big machines moving. I was not told about that

everything was great

If both elevators worked.
4.1
The location was very good. The gym was very well equipped.
There was ongoing construction in the building as well as across the street. Water damage from months prior left one elevator out of use. Key cards did not always work. The apartment was built using very cheap materials.
4.1
Location was perfect for us we were in town for a concert at ACL.
Once we got the system for entering and leaving down it was convenient and easy.
Nice size apartment and nice view.
There is very loud construction from around 7:30AM till 6PM right in front of us.
The rooftop turbines on the parking ramp roof across the street are loud around the clock.
4.1
the apartment and location is good
the building was under construction which wasn’t mentioned. there was just one elevator available and with people moving in the wait was insane. This should have been mentioned.
4.1
The location was good but there was loud construction on our side of the building
Only one elevator was working. LONG wait times The place was nothing but concrete. Very cold. No tile, wood or carpet on floors. No sun in the afternoon by the pool.
