This classic Seaside Bungalow has been restored, keeping all the beauty and details of its original construction, yet updated with modern conveniences. Whether you are relaxing before the stone fireplace or cooking in the modern kitchen, you will be so happy you chose this home. Right off the kitchen is a charming dining area. The wall of windows allows the sun to pour into both the dining area and kitchen.

There is one bedroom off the living room that is large and comfortable. Next to that is a recently updated bathroom. Down the hall is a true master bedroom, complete with an en-suite bathroom. This bathroom has also been recently refurbished with all the modern comforts. The master also includes a sliding glass door with access to the backyard patio and a private TV. Upstairs, in the low-ceiling attic, you will find two more beds, giving this home generous sleeping accommodation. Outside, you will find a charming patio, with plenty of seating for those warm sunny days. Inside or out, you will find this home has it all. And it's only a couple short blocks from the Promenade and the beach!

We had the best week's vacation in this home!! Actually the 4th time we've returned over the years. The kitchen is so well equipped we just cooked at home most of the dinners. The weather was perfect, we were able to really enjoy the back patio and especially with our small dog!! We did have to barricade a bit under the gate so his 12 lbs would not escape, but that was no problem!! Friendly and safe neighborhood!!

House was fantastic for our family of six. Everything was very comfortable. All the little details are covered in terms of anything you might need during an out of town stay. We loved the fireplace and thought the beach decor and theme was great. Proximity to beach and downtown Seaside was good, as well as Cannon Beach and Astoria. Clean as a whistle. Backyard area was nice but we didn’t spend anytime out there. Absolutely no complaints and we hope to there again sometime.

We loved this beautiful little home in a quiet neighborhood! The kitchen is well stocked for those that would rather stay in and the linens are plentiful! The backyard had comfortable seating available and a great fire pit. We’d stay again!

Enjoyed staying here so much! The house is charming and airy, and such a good location just 2 blocks from the beach and boardwalk. Excellent kitchen with literally everything you need. House was very clean and well maintained, with nice bathrooms. We didn’t get to use the fire pit because of the weather, but the huge patio would be great in the warm weather. Great place for pups, too. Our doggy was so happy lounging in front of the fireplace after a windy walk on the beach. Just the best…

Location was great, easy 2 block walk to beach. Home was beautifully appointed in a beach theme, had everything we needed, except maybe for a high chair. Would definitely like to stay here again if we get to come back to the Oregon coast.

We had a wonderful stay at this comfortable beach house just a few blocks away from the beach. The beds were very comfortable, quiet neighborhood, close to grocery stores and local restaurants and shopping. Driveway parking and a nice backyard for use. Kitchen is fully stocked with necessities. Laundry on site. We would certainly recommend to anyone interested in exploring Seaside, OR.

This place was so lovely! It was perfectly appointed while ticking all the boxes. The fireplace was cozy, comfortable living and kitchen areas, great and spacious Master suite, 2 blocks from the beach. It was perfect for our family vacation and I highly recommend it! Thank you for a great stay!

We loved out stay in this lovely home. This home is well cared for with plenty of living room furniture for multiple people to enjoy. Very comfortable beds & two lovely baths. The kitchen was well equipped & very accommodating to cook your own meals if that’s your preference. The back yard was set up nicely & provided privacy for relaxing. Just a short walk to a wide sandy beach.

Incredibly enjoyable stay for my (80y/o) mom and myself. The perfect home base while exploring the amazing Oregon coast from as far south as Tilamook up to the Cape of Disappointment and Long Beach/ocean city peninsula (WA) Very homey feeling, comfy beds, nice usable kitchen with anything you could need. Close to lots of food and the beach. (Walk, bike, drive). Super cute, quiet and safe neighborhood as well. We loved the Seaside and found everyone to be soooo friendly. Lots of restaurants and entertainment.

We like the cottage. It had everything we needed. We found the queen bed very hard, but my folks loved the king and would love to know what kind of bed it was. The hall bathroom had a leak under the sink, tried to reach you but no answer so we just fixed it ourselves. The screen door on the front was coming off so we fixed that too. Would have been nice to hear back from someone.

We enjoyed this charming little house. The kitchen is well stocked, there were wooden toys for our 2 kids to play with, a game and book shelf to share and the decor is adorable. The walk to the beach is quick and so is the drive or walk into town. It's a pretty quiet/peaceful street. I think the house could use a few more fans - the upstairs was absolutely boiling and it's where our kids (5 & 3) wanted to sleep. An unpleasant part of our stay, was arriving late on Friday evening and after getting our kids into bed, we finally crawled into the master bedroom bed to find the bottom of the bed covered in sand. It was super yucky feeling and made me wonder if we were sleeping on sheets that others had slept on, that coupled with the master bedroom toilet having a very thick pink ring of mold around the water definitely grossed us out. We would have cleaned the toilet but couldn't find cleaning supplies. I think the house was really charming. We liked the location and it was a great size for our family - but those two discoveries on night one threw us for a bit of a loop. Things happen, this we get, but the sand in the sheets was definitely alarming!

This house was adorable and had plenty of space for our family of 4 (including a 3 year old and infant.) It was clean, beds were comfortable and thoughtfully decorated. The best part was the location! It was just a few blocks from the beach and close to town as well. My one complaint would be that there was still a good amount of dog hair around that didn’t get cleaned up and my baby was a broom for it when he crawled around. Overall the place was clean though and had everything we needed except high chair and crib which we brought. Will definitely stay here again!

We had all that we needed in the kitchen to cook/bake. Plenty of dishes and towels, loved that dog bowls and bags were included (although we left some there to donate as well.) Only thing we could have used were camp/beach chairs to take down to the beach and maybe some buckets and shovels to use while we were there. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home! We hope to be back.

This was our second stay and once again it did not disappoint! The house is so welcoming. We love the bright kitchen, quiet neighborhood, proximity to the beach, and the fenced yard for our dog. We feel so at home and comfortable. We are planning our next trip and there is no place we would rather stay!

We really liked this house. The kitchen had everything we could need. The bed was very comfortable. The beach only a short walk away, and the rear area fenced in for our dogs. We were pleasantly surprised to find an outdoor grill there too (not listed in the amenities). We could not find the DVD remote. They were easy to contact and replaced the unit right away. Would have no issues with booking this property again.

Very comfortable home with everything you need and pet friendly. Just the two of us so cramped loft with angled ceilings was a slight inconvenience for y wanting to do my painting hobby. off street parking was nice. Quiet neighborhood and close enough to beach for easy walking. Beds very comfortable. Space heaters were a necessity, just be careful where you plug them in, since they can trip circuit breakers. Would definitely recommend this home. Neighbors are friendly. Some construction work at several houses nearby, but no problem. Internet speed fluctuates, but usually fast enough for our needs.

The heater is not in the bedrooms. Also heater was not working well in the living room. It was freezing. The maintenance guy brought portable heaters, but lights went out while using it in the living room, main bedroom and hall way. Looks like not enough power at all. It went out several times.
