The master bedroom has a King bed and master bath with a walk in shower and double sink. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and custom bunk beds that include lighting and USB plug ins. Second bathroom is just off this bedroom. There is also a 1/2 bath just off the kitchen. This magnificent townhome is 1 short block from the prom and beach, 2 blocks to the convention center and 3 blocks to the turn around. Parking for 2 cars

Our stay here was very relaxing for the family. The location was perfect and a very short walk to the beach and downtown.
I did have a small issue with the master bedroom bed....when I got in it to sleep, there was a rip in the bottom sheet near the foot of the bed and my foot kept getting stuck in it. When I took the sheet off the bed I noticed there were rips in many different spots on this bottom sheet.
Otherwise, the house was perfect. Thank you!

We have been going to Seaside yearly for 15 years. Through the years we have been able to stay at every one of these townhomes and this one is by far the best. It has great everything. The bunkbeds are huge. My sons are 6’3 and fit in them perfectly. The downfalls were the eating arrangement. There isn’t a table to sit around. They do have 4 stools at the island and two more at the table behind the couch. The other issue is there weren’t directions on how to use all the remotes for the TV in the living room. The TV in the bedroom has a dvd only but it didn’t work. I put in a disk and it said there was no disk.
We walked everywhere from this location. There are chairs in the garage to take to the beach and a box of beach toys. There were puzzles there and we left one more behind. My wife also left a book in the coffee table for those who like to read. You won’t be disappointing in this property.
It does need a little more attention to cleaning the top of the fridge and the ceiling fans are in a desperate

Check in was easy, property was clean and roomy for our family of 5. Within a two to five block walk of the beach, promenade, aquarium, convention center, and downtown. We called after hours to extend a night with no issues. We loved our stay and highly recommend!

There were some glitches, but overall a good stay. Being able to walk to the beach and the promenade was very nice. The house was generally clean but in need of a deep cleaning- stairs railing, drawer handles and areas where hands frequently go. There were ants in the living room. We vacuumed every day and found some ant bait above the fireplace, so obviously someone knew about the ant problem. My granddaughters were not thrilled about bugs. The 1 towel rack in upstairs 2nd bath is coming out from the wall; more than 1 towel rack in the full baths would be helpful. Not much room to hang wet towels. We found the seating arrangement for meals awkward and not very comfortable. I prefer a table where we can all sit together.

Loved staying in this rental. The wife and I with 3 teen boys. Perfect location to beach and downtown. 1 block to beach and 2 blocks to downtown. Read a few reviews mentioning limit dinning seating. This is not the case . Kitchen island sat 4 and eating area behind sofa sat 2. Kitchen was well stocked with most everything needed to cook for my family. Keurig style coffee maker and also conventional drip coffee maker. No cable tv but many smart tv apps to choose from. Some may need you to sign in your info. Master bedroom is fantastic but be aware TV is not a smart tv. There is a DVD player( bring your own movies). Deck has a nice Weber kettle( charcoal style). Beach chairs and toys for the littles in garage. Used hose in garage to hookup to spigot off back deck stairs for easy beach cleanup. Plenty of towels and linens. Bring your own beach towels. Also saw comment about forks. This has been remedied it seems. All in all a great place to stay. Would absolutely book again!

The house was very nice and clean. The ONLY bad thing I can say is that the gas fireplace, after being on for 15 minutes or so, would make this VERY LOUD BOOM that scared the crap out of us. It only did it once...but once EACH TIME we turned the fireplace on.

Picked the place due to the proximity to everything and the space. It was the perfect place. Kitchen was well stocked and was even able to check in an hour early which was really helpful with kiddos. Would definitely rent again.

Lack of communication
The property was fine. The location to downtown was good but the neighborhood did not feel very safe. We couldn’t park our SUV in the driveway or garage, which we didn’t know ahead of time.
The property had zero communication with us from the time we booked 11 months ago until the day before check in. Updates or “looking forward to your stay” would have been nice so we were more prepared for what to expect.

Great for family
Very comfortable rental. We were pleasantly surprised that there were baby gates (1 needs 2 screws that are missing) and a booster seat with tray. There isn't a table so I just set the baby in the seat on a towel on the floor and that worked great. The bedrooms are spacious, especially the room with the bunks. I was able to easily set up the pack and play (we provided) and still had plenty of room. We were very comfortable with the AC given the warm days. Everything is in walking distance. It was a very enjoyable stay and we plan to come back again!

Better than expected.
The location is fantastic for walking or driving. We really liked having a garage to park in. It felt like home having a garage door opener and being able to just drive back and go in through the garage. Only used front door once. The house was perfect for our family.

Fantastic location!
The property has a great location. It's within walking distance of the carousel mall and the all the main "touristy" things in Seaside. It could have been cleaner, however. There were crumbs in the kitchen, the coffee pot still had coffee in it, one of the stools in the living room had food (?) or something smeared on its side, and the shower in the hall bathroom upstairs had hair all over it - I don't think it was cleaned at all. The bedsheets in the master bedroom had hair and debris on the top edge, but, I don't think this was from the sheets not being changed. There was a gap between the headboard and the mattress, allowing hair and debris to collect. I think when the cleaners changed the sheets, some of this got picked up on the clean sheets. So, some cleaning needs to be done in that gap. Also, the mattress is extra deep and the sheets are not, so the sheets pop off constantly. Finally, the parking was great for one vehicle (garage), but I don't think a second car would fit that easily in the driveway, as it's short and steep.

Convenient Location
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The beds are extremely comfortable. Light and bright kitchen. We only had one complaint about our stay. There were only two wash cloths, and we had 4 people. We just went and bought a cheap pack of washcloths to use, but it was inconvenient. Overall, highly recommend this property.

Nice rental close to beach
This townhouse is conveniently located just one block from the promenade and the beach. It is in a quiet location while also being within walking distance of many restaurants and shops.
As another reviewer noted, the forks are unusual and are difficult to eat with. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would rent this spot again.

Will visit this property again!
Great location, clean, comfy beds. The kids loved the bunk beds. Plenty of dishes and gadgets in the kitchen. My only recommendation would be to bring your own forks. The style they have are different……like mini pitch forks lol. Adults were ok with it but they weren’t great for the kids. Also bring tinfoil if you need it for anything. Will stay here again when visiting seaside!

Fantastic experience
This townhouse was great! It was just a couple of blocks to the beach and a short walk to the main strip (Broadway St.). The property was very clean and had beach chairs and a good supply of coffee filters, salt and pepper (etc.)... All that stuff you're not sure about when you're renting a house. I also saw some beach toys for kids. Some have commented on homeless or the blight across the street. I didn't notice any homeless and as for the rundown place across the street, they didn't seem to bother anyone. They are just living their best life in a beach town. I felt comfortable letting my teenage kids run free.
I really appreciated the code lock on the door and the access to the garage for parking. It made things very easy. My one suggestion would be to add a coded garage door opener as well. The garage has a hose to get ride of sand on your things and yourself before going into the house, bit since the garage door open was kept in our car during the stay, we needed to go through the house to get to the garage.
Also, while there is internet access with a smart TV in the living room, there is no cable/satellite satalite and the TV in the master bedroom only has a DVD player hooked up to it. I connected my computer to it via HDMI. There was no TV in the "kids" room. I was a little disappointed to miss the opening of the Olympics, but it's not the end if the world.
Overall we had a great time and would stay here again.

Seaside 2021
We Loved It! Our party consisted of 4 adults, a two year old, and a baby. When we opened the front door we knew we'd enjoy our stay, it was lovely and just right for our family. We were close to the beach and town making the property perfectly located. We cooked-in each day rather than go out for meals and enjoyed the space to do that in. Do be aware the unit is counter-top dining with stools. As our family likes to sit down and eat together we packed a folding table and chairs and brought them with us. We resituated the two arm chairs and everything worked out great. We'd definitely book there again! ***A plus to add would be regular dinner forks!

We loved this place, and would definitely rent again! Inside of house was super cute, and it was a good layout for 2 small families (as long as you are OK sharing bedrooms with your kids). It was about a 5 minute walk to the beach, and our preschoolers were able to handle it, so that was a win!

Nice updated property. Check-in was smooth. Close to beach and Broadway! Parking with 2 larger cars was a challenge but they offer a space across the street. Neighborhood got a bit sketchy after 6pm but most of Seaside is like that. Very good value for this property!

Amazing townhouse
The townhouse was beautiful and spacious and located right by everything. Extremely clean. Loved the stay.
The only downside is its located on a rough street. Run down apartment complex across the street and rundown house with hoarded junk on the other side. A few homeless people on the corner for two nights of our stay there made us a little uneasy.

Clean and beautiful!
Absolutely loved our stay! A 12 cup coffee pot, comfortable beds, 2 1/2 baths, and smart tv with Netflix and Prime Video already signed in so you don’t have to have your own account. Easy walking distance to beach and town. A fantastic property. Hope to stay here again and again.
