Great location!
spacious, good for few friends traveling together.
The staircase is very steep - would be a problem with much luggage.
The shower's ceiling is very low; it is not possible to stand upright while taking a shower.
It would be hard to fit 10 people in it. 6 is more reasonable.

location
Advertised as room for. 12. We had a party of 9 and barely fit. Very small. One shower and really small. Anyone who is over 6 ft. had trouble fitting in it. Air conditioning wasn't working in one of the bedrooms. Apt was on 4th floor. Elevator only went up to 2nd. With luggage , that is a lot of stairs, especially for the elderly.

amazing location. air conditioning works very good.
it’s an attic and bathrooms are super small and you have to sit to take shower. it’s not a bed and breakfast. it’s just wrap up individual food like what you get at gas station. there are stairs to get to apartment that are very steep.

Excellent host! Perfect location!

The location is excellent. There was coffee, tea, biscuits and some cookies on location.
The place was outdated and had a dirty second bathroom. This shower wasnt working properly either. This ceiling in the shower was too low to stand there. In the description it said: room with a view. This was just a little window with a really small piece of piazza Dante. In the description it says 3 bedrooms But there were two. Two expensive for what you get. I asked the owner for check out time. He said hè did us favour By extending the check out time and therefore we had to write a good review. Eventhough the check out time was 11:30 and hè didnt do us any favours. Feels a bit fraudulent.

The location is simply the best in Napoli. You have Via Toledo (the historic main street) to one side and Spaccanapoli (via Benedetto Croce) to the other. Those are the most important streets to have when walking around Napoli's historic city center. You have plenty of bars, restaurants, cafés, a subway station just around the corner (Dante at Piazza Dante) and museums all around.
The apartment is spacious and practical. Three rooms (excellent for a family), TV with netflix, iron, washing machine, dryer, etc. The kitchen ia fully equipped with a nice sized fridge.
Moreover, Antonio was a great host, always ready to help.
The apartment is really fine. Just some reminders for hosts who do not pay attention to the apartment's pictures. Almost the whole apartment is in the attic, so the roof gets sloped on the edges. This can be problematic to take a shower, as you must sit in the bath. For the rest of the apartment, you can walk straight, no trouble. Moreover, the elevator stops at the 2nd floor, while the apartment is on the 3rd floor. The stairs can be quite steep, but highly doable. They did not pose a problem to us.

Location is excellent. Even if the flat is in the thick of it, if is very quiet. Flat has all you need and Antonio is very quick to respond and helpful.
There is only a shower that you can use sitting in the bath. The stairs coming up to the flat are very slippery. You need to take care. I slipped.

The flat is very big, conveniently located and Carmen (the young lady taking care of cleaning, check-in and check-out) and Antonio were very nice and helpful. We were 4 friends staying there and all of us are pretty satisfied with the flat. I would definitely recommend it.
The only problem was that one of the rooms had water on the floor when we arrived. It has rained a lot and therefore some water made it in, but fortunately we didn't need all three bedrooms.
