If you are a couple looking for a romantic and relaxing environment with luxurious and stylish furnishings, then our villa is the perfect place for you. This villa is for 2 adult guests.
Enjoy total luxury at our villa right on the beach. The villa has been completely renovated right back to the studs. We have paid perfect attention to every detail and nothing has been overlooked. Enjoy wonderful ocean views from the balcony and great room.
The villa has cherry wood floors, extensive low country style moldings, designer light fixtures including remote control ceiling fans and recessed lighting, carrera marble bathroom, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, custom draperies, beautiful mirrors and stylish furniture.
Open the door and enter a relaxing luxurious environment. The villa has a queen sized bed with a leather nail head headboard. Behind the bed you will see the unique 3D wall which will remind you of the ocean waves. The bedroom boasts a custom cherry wood closet with a closet tower and ample room for hanging your clothes. Bedroom has a 50 inch tv mounted on a 3D wall above a mirrored 6 draw dresser.
The bathroom has beautiful marble flooring, marble wall tiles and a marble vanity. Over the vanity is a beautiful designer mirror. The shower/bath combination has glass doors with a rain head shower. All of the fixtures are oil rubbed bronze.
Next you will find a separate vanity area in the hall, a great place for the ladies to style their hair and do their make up. The area could also be used as an area to use your laptop.
Through to the great room you will see the kitchen, living room and eating area. The kitchen granite counter tops and top of the line stainless steel appliances:- state of the art Convection Oven/Microwave in which you can cook anything from chicken breasts, steaks, burgers, crispy pizza's all at the touch of a button. A full size very quiet Bosch dishwasher and smooth top range. A stainless steel square sink with a gold faucet. The stainless steel back splash looks amazing, especially at night with the recessed lighting. The villa also has a full sized stainless steel French door refrigerator with ice maker. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need. The white square dinner set and hammered silverware make a perfect place setting to enjoy a relaxing dinner after a long day at the beach! The dining table seats two people and is made from a beautiful dark Acacia wood.
The great room has a wall mounted flat screen slim 65 inch 4K TV along with 4K DVD player and some great DVD's for your enjoyment. The villa also has free high speed internet.
The villa also has a brand new very efficient LG ultra quiet air conditioning unit.
Last but certainly not least is the balcony with wonderful views of the ocean. Enjoy the view with a glass of wine on our very comfortable wicker arm chairs.
Seaside Villas are located directly on the beach at Forest Beach and also have a pool. The villas are just a short five minute walk to Coligny Plaza which has shops, bars and restaurants. There are also grocery stores within walking or biking distance.

This is our second time staying in this condo at Seaside Villas. We have stayed in others, but this one is always so clean and comfortable. This is a perfect location for walking to the Coligny area. You have beach views and just a short walk down to the sand. The hosts are wonderful and very responsive.

The location is fantastic. Walking distance to bars, shopping, grocery, restaurants. Beach bikes included and were in great shape. Nice pool. Not a lot of space for wet towels and suits. Bedroom is as you enter the unit-threw me off a bit.

We enjoyed this beautiful villa to celebrate our anniversary. Great location, small but well appointed and perfect for two. We especially enjoyed that it provided two bikes to enjoy all the pretty bike paths of HHI. Easy check in and hosts were available if we needed them but everything was fine and we didn't have any questions. Look forward to coming back next year!

We were very pleased with the Villa. It was extremely clean. The linens and towels were of high quality. The Ocean view was awesome. Tracey and Steve take pride in this property. Although the kitchen area is small, it was perfect for two people. Parking was great either inside or in the lot. Having a gated property is also a bonus. I would recommend this Villa.

My partner and I began our relationship in 2017 and stayed at this villa, so we returned there to celebrate our 7-year anniversary. The villa was as clean and comfortable as we remember it. This time we had beautiful, sunny weather and were able to use the bikes. We also enjoyed spending time at the beach, which is just steps away, as well as the pool. The villa is tastefully furnished and decorated, and has a nice deck with comfy chairs and a view of the ocean. The complex is also very quiet and peaceful. The owners take great pride in making sure their guests are comfortable during their stay, as is evident in the amenities provided. It has sweet memories for us and we hope to return one day in the near future.

The condo was nicely decorated. Our host provided a nice card and snacks to celebrate my wife's birthday. The location was a short walk to dinner and a convenient place to start biking. We brought our own bikes even though bikes are provided. I would recommend this condo. It's just right for 2 active adults.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is beautiful, we had everything we needed. Furniture and bed was so comfortable, we slept better than we have in awhile. Bikes were great and got us everywhere we wanted to go. Easy to get in and out, beautiful beach, great location! Wish we had 3 more days!

This villa was a very nice cozy retreat for my wife and I. The location was great, as it was a few steps from the beach and just down the way from Coligny plaza, which is full of shops and restaurants. This villa was perfect for 2 people. Loved sitting on the balcony and listen to the waves at night. The pictures are true and accurate for what we saw online and saw in person. We both loved our getaway and will definitely be back and will be staying there again. Have already recommended this place to some of our close friends.

We come to HHI every year but this property might be our favorite yet. It was the perfect space for the 2 of us with hosts who went the extra mile to think of everything! The check-in/check-out process was easy, laid out well and seamless. Upon arrival, we had welcome gifts and a card waiting for us. The condo itself you could tell had been updated recently and was spotless, clean and well kept.
We love the location and the proximity to some of our favorite restaurants and shops/grocery so Seaside is an obvious choice for future trips. We look forward to visiting again soon and will definitely search out this property for our stay!

The Condo was clean and updated with all the appliances and amenities needed for a stay.
The Building location was on the beach and had a partial Ocean/Beach view from the balcony.
The host left us a bottle of our favorite wine and some crackers, a nice touch.
Best of all it was a short walk to the many restaurants and shops at Coligny Plaza so we were not dependent upon driving.

The unit was just as described, just lovely, and just remodeled. Tracey and Steve are the ultimate hosts! They communicated well and had instructions for all TVs, bicycles and checkout. Everything showed attention to detail with a Brita pitcher in the fridge with cold water and coordinated throw for the couch and best of all a bottle of wine with snacks on the counter(we arrived at 8pm). After a long day of travel we were so thankful! We had a great stay.

Very clean and inviting property. Location was basically on the beach and within walking distance of plenty of food choices. The provided bikes were perfect to ride the bike trails that take you to practically any place on the island. Everything was provided other than food and personal items. Very quiet at night made for a great night's sleep!

We had a great trip to Hilton Head. This one-bedroom villa was the perfect location. It was a five minute walk over the dunes to the beach. It was about 15 minute walk to Coligny Plaza which had several restaurants and shops. The villa was clean, well equipped, and best of all, came with two new beach bikes. Riding the beach every morning was our favorite activity. Hilton Head South Beach was a ten minute drive and worth setting aside an afternoon to visit. We would definitely stay in this villa on our next trip to Hilton Head.

Elevator was out when we arrived .The next morning it was repaired. The unit had everything we needed in the kitchen, extra towels and linen.
The next day after we arrived was our Anniversary. Tracey left us a very nice complimentary welcoming gift.

Great location and the place was just right for us. Had everything in it we needed with the exception of a few incidentals. We did mostly breakfast and a few lunches home and dinners out. . Good value for the location and the best part is the walk to the beach- nice boardwalk to walk on!
