About this house rental

Welcome to Unit 1602 at the Fairways at Mauna Lani! This luxurious gated community is located between the Fairmont Orchid and Mauna Lani Bay Hotel. This is a bright and open unit in a park-like setting. Feels like your own backyard. Easy access to the pool. It is a short walk to The Shops at Mauna Lani where there are many restaurant including Tommy Bahamas and the gourmet market, Foodland Farms.

As a guest, you will have access to the exclusive Mauna Lani Beach Club. Within the resort, there are also two 18 hole championship golf courses and the Mauna Lani Sports and Fitness Club which boasts 6 tennis courts.
The private beach club is beautiful and extremely convenient. Simply grab a towel and go! There are chaise lounges and cabanas there for your use as well as the incredible restaurant, Napua. The beautiful white sand beach offers world class snorkeling where the fish feed and the turtles come to play. During the season, you can spot whales frolicking just off the beach. The Fairways also has its own fitness room, expansive pool area and hot tub with a waterfall. Beach towels, chairs and snorkel gear are provided for your use.

This townhouse is clean, spacious and very well equipped. The master bath and closet are quite large, as is the main living area. Bed is really comfortable. The A/C is excellent. We cooked about half of our meals over a 12-day stay, and every piece of cooking equipment I needed was there. The beach/pool equipment is plentiful and high quality. It's great having access to the Mauna Lani Beach Club, one of the best snorkeling locations on the island. It's quiet and peaceful at the Fairways, and we spent a lot of time on the lanai, having meals and reading/relaxing. We had a question about operating the gas grill, and the owner, a really nice person, came over in 2 minutes to show us what to do. I highly recommend this unit.

More spacious than the pictures indicate. Grounds are lovely, kids loved the pool and the fruit trees. Kitchen is well stocked- we made nearly all our meals in for the week. Beach club access is a definite plus, with calm water and good snorkeling. Boogie boards, beach chairs/umbrella in the garage are convenient.

The place is so clean and very well furnished. The neighborhood is quiet and the pool area is lovely. Ron, the host was very responsive when I contacted him. The kitchen is well equipped and there are some great beach toys to use too.

Our family of 7 had the most incredible stay at Ron’s condo. Every possible little need was thought of and provided for at this place! We had a minor issue come up with the A/C and Ron immediately responded and dealt with it in a timely fashion. We will be booking this place again if we are fortunate enough to return to the Big Island. Thank you, Ron!

Vacation home was well stocked with beach accessories, & kitchen essentials. Location was convenient to pool and main road. Hot tub wasn’t working during our stay which was a huge bummer.

Ron was the perfect host - home is comfortable and beautiful (lovely art & furniture with an Aloha vibe). Kitchen was extremely well equipped. Townhome is very quiet, despite being a short walk to an amazing pool. All appliances functioned well - including Viking BBQ. The garage has boogie boards, which we borrowed. As well as furniture, snorkel gear and even two different sizes of coolers. Trust me, this host thought of every detail. Soft towels that color coordinated...it was a perfect home and my first time on the island. Loved the beach and snorkeled almost every day. Also, plenty of golf options not too far away. I will be back! Thank you!

Our family had a lovely time at this property. Well maintained, clean, and full of convenient kitchen appliances (rice cooker!) and pool/beach supplies. Would love to stay here again the next time we are on the Big Island.
