This property is a 2 Bedroom, 2 1/2 Bath directly on Siesta Key Beach. This is a single family private home.

Renovated in 2008, this spacious 2 Bedroom homes offers 2200 sq feet of living space on 2 floors. Features a large living room with surround sound stereo and Fios TV always with MLB baseball package for avid baseball fans. A large balcony off the main floor with dual sitting areas overlooking the beach and gulf. Nice modern kitchen, washer dryer area and 1/2 bath are all located on the first floor.

The Master Bedroom is exceptionally large with a side reading/reading sitting room that has a pull out twin bed as well. A private balcony makes the mornings very quiet and secluded for our guests. The Master bath offers a large double shower area for two with Travertine tile.

We also have other great Siesta Key properties if this one is not available.

It is located about a 3 minute walk to Siesta Key Village (1000 feet) which is where all the shops, restaurants and bars are located.
It is 10 miles to SRQ airport, an hour drive to St Pete Airport and an hour and 15min drive to Tampa Airport.
Orlando is 2 hours North, Tampa/St.Pete 1 hour North, Miami 3 Hours south.

Sunny beaches with crystal-white, powdery sand that stretch for miles. Shops from the chic and elegant to the hip and funky, with all sorts of fashion, beach accessories and souvenirs. Restaurants where you can go to grab a quick breakfast or lunch in your flip-flops and sandy toes, or to relax in style over an extraordinary dinner.
Balmy breezes. Dolphins and manatees. Pelicans, egrets, osprey, seagulls and a variety of shorebirds. Walk the beach or stretch out in the sun. Play a game of tennis or volleyball, ride a bike, fly a kite…whatever you want to do. Our tropical climate makes every sort of outdoor activity available and enjoyable nearly year-round.

Location, Location, Location! This beautiful home could not be any closer to the white sands of Siesta Key and just a few hundred yards away from many restaurants and shops. We stayed Sunday-Friday morning and the beaches were not busy at all, you could pick any spot on the beach! The owner gets 11/10 for communication, kitchen was beautiful, outdoor shower was a big plus, check in/check out was easy, the list goes on and on. We will be back!

The property was clean and well furnished. Had all we needed as a 4 person family. Literally 50 steps from the basement area to the beach. Check in process was easy and seamless. 5 minute walk to the village. We had a great time. Would recommend.

This was our first time to book through VRBO and thanks to Ron, it could not have been better! The house is really nice and comfortable and the location to both the beach and the village were amazing! This rental was perfect for us. It has a great location right on the beach and within easy walking distance to food and shopping. It was also conveniently located for driving to other beaches and sites in the area. Ron was a great help to us in arranging our stay and our early arrival time.

Private, quiet, perfect beach spot for beach goers. Walk on beach every night right before sunset to end of beach and celebrate the sunset. Or walk five minutes into siesta village. Ron was very easy to communicate with and quickly responded to any question.

This is our third time vacationing in Siesta Key. We have stayed at this location every visit and it never disappoints. Mr. Looney is a fabulous host and actually checks in with us during our stay. The house is clean. Beach supplies are plentiful. The gulf is beautiful when viewed from the deck or with our toes in the sand. I would (and probably will) stay here again without hesitation.

This is our families second time to the property. It’s our absolute favorite. Perfect location and you cannot beat the views from every room in the house. We had looked at so many other properties for our vacation this year in Siesta and nothing compared to our stay here last time so we booked again and so happy we did! Ron is great! The house and location were fabulous! There are a lot of amenities as well. Furniture inside was dated but the sofa was really comfortable. The patio and furniture accommodated being out there most of the day comfortably which was awesome! The one star off was attributed to the fact that you don’t get enough essentials like paper towels and toilet paper. For the price, we would have expected to have enough to get four people through an entire week. And most of the screens were broken on the screen doors which was mildly inconvenient. Other than that, we absolutely loved our week there.

We absolutely loved staying at this house! First off, the house itself is very nice. Updates to the kitchen and bathrooms are great. It has plenty of room and the extra large deck is amazing. In the garage there were plenty of things to use on the beach (chairs, umbrellas, boards, a wagon for hauling)...gorgeous home and had everything we needed.Second, the location. What can be said? It's just perfect! You literally walk out of the backyard onto one of those most beautiful beaches you can imagine. And if that's not enough, you're less than a 5-minute walk to Siesta Key Village, with restaurants and shops. We barely used the car for the entire week (just for a jet ski / parasailing excursion)...My wife and I both felt this was one of the best vacations we ever had, the house was a big part of that. We would definitely stay there again and would recommend it. The owner was very easy to communicate with as well.

This property was amazingly beautiful! There is a gulf front view from every room, no kidding! The multiple decks and well thought out deck furnishings were so comfortable and accommodated my family perfectly! The well equipped kitchen (and grill) made our meal preparation a breeze and very enjoyable. The owner helped us through a few power failure reset hiccups and was prompt in addressing all of my questions and concerns throughout the booking process and our stay. The owner truly wants your stay to be memorable, and we took his suggestion for a local market for steaks and shrimp (which were quite delicious by the way!). Although red tide was a problem while we were visiting Siesta Key, the house was perfect. Thank you for allowing us to stay, and we will be back!
