About this apartment rental
Unit 113- 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Gulf Front Condominium. | This two bedroom two bathroom Gulf Front view condominium is located on the 11th floor of our Tower Building. Views of the Gulf of Mexico can be seen from this unit, perfect for watching evening sunsets! The living room is furnished with a large 65" flat screen TV with DTV service. The master bedroom has two full sized beds with a 32" flat screen TV and the guest bedroom has a beautiful king size bed with a 40" TV with DTV service. To comply with the Sarasota County fire code, the maximum number of guests permitted to sleep in this unit is six. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower, and the guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, Keurig and a coffee maker. The condo is completely tiled. The enclosed patio with sliding windows allow you to enjoy the lovely coastal breezes coming from the Gulf of Mexico. The pool on the beach shown in the photo is not part of our property.

Whoever the owners are for 113, please upgrade the unit and fix all the broken little things in your unit. The unit is very outdated and definitely needs TLC. The only positive review I can say is that the view of the ocean is amazing. If I’m going to be honest, I would not recommend this unit until it is fixed and upgraded. You should use unit 115 for some inspiration. Yes people will pay for the view but people will also pay the extra to rent this unit if it’s upgraded.

We loved the location, the private beach, loved the large TV and it was very clean! Cleanliness is one of my top priorities. The con for us was that it needs more outlets for electronics; the kids had to pull out the beds and unplug lights in the room. Other than that very nice; we enjoyed it very much!

Perfect sunset views every night. Easy access to the trolley to head into the village. The tower building sits a few steps from the beach. Unit was very clean. The pool located across the street near thr bay side was a nice surprise with the sauna. My only minor complaint is the bathroom doors wouldn't latch properly. Otherwise a perfect place to stay in Siesta Key!

This was our third visit to The Palm Bay Club. While our previous condos were very nice, this unit is old and tired. The beds are lumpy and soft. The lanai is drab and has uncomfortable furniture. The view is incredible and we enjoyed that every day from the newer dining table (not as pictured). Beach chairs are in short supply during Spring Break but we were lucky to get ours each day. Parking, while covered, is also tough to find, especially after dinner and the spots are tight for a larger vehicle. The beach is wonderful. We did not use the pool or hot tub this time because we spent our entire days on the beach. We would come back, but would definitely choose a different condo. We had very pleasant interactions with all of the staff.

Everything about the stay wnt well. After hours check in and early morning departure worked well. Staff of Palm Bay Club very helpful and friendly. Top notch facillities. Unit is a solid choice with plenty of room and gulf front panoramic views. Only observation is that unit is not updated but everything works. I understand towers was built in 70's and condo seems to be that vintage. If new decor is most important should look elsewhere. If cleanliness and location and view most important this unit will fit the bill.

This condo on the 11th floor had spectaclar views of the gulf. It was well maintained. I did have an issue with the main TV but maintenance was there within 10 mins and brought a loaner. It was a wonderful stay. The office staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this complex.

The view from the top floor was amazing and it was so nice to watch the sunset from our window when the weather was chilly. BUT this condo needs a major renovation, and the kitchen needs to be better stocked with cooking utensils, storage containers and pots/pans. The bathrooms definitely could use an upgrade as everything looks like it did in the 1980/90s! The bath towels were actually decent, and the bed sheets were just ok. The living room could have used an area rug, and the balcony was a total waste as the furniture was not comfortable or inviting.

Compared to other units, 113 could use some upgrading, the stocked supplies were extremely minimal, and the space was not accurately reflected as to sleeping accommodations sleeping for 6 adults was very tight).

Palm Bay Club is a wonderful place to stay in Siesta Keys. This is the cleanest place we've ever stayed at. Yes the condo was outdated but didnt bother us one bit. What mattered was that it was clean & the view was amazing & we were able to walk right out to the beach. We wanted right on the water so that did make the pools & hot tub further away. But we were okay with that. Overall it was perfect for us & we would definitely stay again!

The staff were fantastic. Accommodating, kind, funny, helpful. The pool was terrific and WARM. Sadly not a lot of time spent on the beach because of Red Tide :( but we enjoyed our stay none the less. What we did notice was the unit we were in was pretty dated. Very rough around the edges and the beds were ancient and uncomfortable. At this price point, #113 could use an update.

The view from this condo is unbeatable! It’s our first time staying at The Palm Bay Club and we were very impressed! The bayside pool and hot tub are very nice, the staff and security were incredibly friendly, and honestly The Palm Bay Club had the best manicured sand, even better than Sarasota Surf and Racquet and Crystal Sands. I will add that some people might find this unit is a bit outdated or lacking in “accoutrements” I think is the word one previous reviewer used; however, my 8-year-old, 10-year-old, and husband didn’t mind at all! We are already planning our next trip down and will stay at this condo again!!!

Property is 100% as described. Lovely and clean. All staff very friendly and helpful. We have stayed multiple times in the tower, and this room has the loveliest view of all the rooms we've stayed in the tower. Although the bathrooms and kitchen need updating, the unit was sparkling clean and I would definitely request this room again. Biggest (and only) complaint is that there is no service for changing sheets, you must launder your sheets and change beds yourself. If you are staying for over one week this is a bummer. This was NOT always the case at TPBC, and for the price folks pay this is really something management should consider. Overall, very happy with our stay, love the location close to town, great restaurants nearby and the best beach in the world.

Poor flooring, very slippery with and without shoes, cheap plastic wine glasses, bed headboards were broken (Papier machê), no night lights, poor accouterments not compatible with the price range. The unit needs serious updating.

We have been coming here for a long time, probably almost 18 years. It is one of our favorite resorts to stay at because we love the tower rooms being right on the beach and that there is only a 3 night minimum. We are locals so staying at the beach for 7 nights + is just not necessary for our family. I have to say though I really wish the owners/mgmt company would update the mattresses in the condos. They have never been that great but this time I felt like they were really needing to be replaced. I had to immediately see my chiropractor when I got home because my neck and back were so messed up from the bed there. Again, one of our favorite places but please update to something affordable but comfortable like this bed from Walmart. . It is very reasonably priced and they are amazing! Also, a lot of the kitchen items were put away dirty so maybe a little more attention to detail would be great so it feels a little cleaner.

Great getaway location for a long weekend
Great location, easy check-in and check-out, the room was in great condition with the best view of any hotel we've ever stayed at in Siesta Key with little walking to the beach.
Would definitely recommend the place to anyone looking to disconnect from their daily life.

First time staying at Palm Bay, Elevator was broken in the tower which was fully booked. The cabinets, and décor is way out dated. Cabinets doors are coming apart, showers had mildew, the mattresses are lumpy and need replaced, overall for $500+ per night I expect better and so should you. FYI the 11th floor without an elevator... Really??

Great experience!
The condo was very clean. Plenty of nice pots and pans to cook with although no salt and pepper. So bring your own if you plan to cook. The view was amazing, loved being able to open the windows. The breeze was fantastic! The amenities at the resort were fantastic . We loved the heated pools, pickle ball court and the beach chairs. More then enough for everyone.

She wanted to tell me (repeatedly) that we were going to be towed. I thanked her and told her to move along. She wouldn’t have it. She needed to tell me (the paying customer) what to do. That’s the new generation of customer service. The new generation of customer service (not all) is a “bully”. Not all, the others at the front desk were very friendly.Everyone else was nice there. Oh and wear the band they give you or the security person during the day (older gentleman) will pester you all day. There is a long hair security guy there and he was extremely nice.The beach help were great. They brought the chairs up for you to your spot. They were perfect.We stayed in the Tower and never had both elevators working at the same time. Also very frustrating.We are coming back, we have been for years now. You can tell something has changed but we will come back.

The condo was exactly as it appeared online. The big windows fully slide open to hear the water and look out. This was a nice surprise. The view was amazing. We saw a pod of dolphins, large schools of fish, a manatee, and beautiful sunsets right through our window. The property was clean and safe. Security was helpful and visible at all times of the day. The location of the condo was in the middle of the island which was a short distance to all attractions. The trolley stop was very close to the property. The office staff was professional and helpful. The check in and out process was seamless. I highly recommend this property and condo 113(the penthouse). This was an amazing trip!
