This is a basic and decently equipped condo with plenty of rooms to spread out into. Upstairs is quite warm in summer, no air-conditioning or fans. Beds are quite old and just okay. Kitchen is spacious and has a nice fridge. some kitchen chairs are stained but the table is nice and big. Good walking areas nearby. All in all a good place for those who are not too picky.

We really enjoyed the close proximity to Mammoth Mountain, Rock Creek, and Convict Lake. Great place to wind down after a long day of hiking and fishing.

The condo was perfect for our needs and in a great location. The host was excellent and extremely responsive. Highly recommend.

This condo was perfect for our group of 7! Location was close to everything we needed (ice rink, mountain and shops). Easy communication with owner.
4.8
Excellent access to mammoth, everything you need. Appreciated the simplicity and comfortableness of the condo.

Very spacious, but no Wi-Fi…

The property is great and has great access to downtown Mammoth. Great communication from the property manager.

We enjoyed our stay at your Condo! It was clean and neat. Thank you for your graciousness!
Some things we noticed that you may want to fix:
- no light over the oven in kitchen
- ice maker didn’t work in refrigerator. Is it supposed to?
- no lights over the upstairs bathroom sink (burnt bulbs?)
- no toilet paper holder in upstairs bathroom
- the shower head in upstairs bathroom needs cleaning
- no broom or dustpan to clean up
- sliding door screen was ripped & bent
- sliding door latch needs adjusting to lock
- maybe the housekeeper can dust everywhere? We noticed dust piled up under the living room side table.
- there was no charger for the Doss WiFi speaker
- the color comes off of the living room lamanent flooring
Still, we enjoyed our stay!

One thing that’s missing is towels for the pool/ jacuzzi

Great location and options. Kitchen was well stocked with those things you forget. One of the best condos we have stayed at so far. Only issue was we had to buy TP. 6 adults over 4 nights need more then a couple rolls! The heater and fireplace works really really really well!

Great location and very nice condo. As advertised. Would definitely stay there again if it worked out on another Mammoth adventure.

Our annual December Mammoth trip with 3 friends and this year a couple of our adult children. The place was very nice. Beds were comfortable. We played the video game for hours. We would definitely rent again.

Wonderful long weekend stay with both of my daughters, my son in law & my two grand kids (4 & 7)! Beds were comfortable & the kids loved the bunk beds! Plenty of towels & dishes, nice refrigerator & washer & dryer! Nice to have TVs in the rooms, the living room was comfortable, but the TV there was limited to a few channels, which wasn't really a problem since we were enjoying the nearby lakes & waterfall!
Thank you for letting us stay in your home!

The location of the property was great. The condo was attractive. We were delighted to find it had a dining table. (We hadn't see one in the photos.) Our first evening we needed to reach out to the owner with a problem. He responded quickly! The property manager was at our door almost immediately. They resolved the issue and the owner took all appropriate actions to ensure we were satisfied.

Our daughter was married at Sierra Star Resort, and this property is five minutes away. It was also less than ten minutes away from any of the activities in Mammoth Village. Ideal location; family friendly and comfortable. Kitchen and bathrooms are very clean and well stocked with the necessities. There is technology galore, even a free arcade machine in the loft. I would say the only drawback would be for anyone with mobility issues; the unit was on the second floor and accessed by stairs only. The owner, John, is very easy to communicate with, and I think this property is an excellent value for a stay in Mammoth Lakes.

2nd stay at this property
Stayed here several years ago and liked it so much that we returned a second time. We like the location because it is quiet, close to the walking path, and a easy walk to a coffee shop. The property is clean and beds are comfortable. The kitchen has everything we need for cooking our own meals. Host answers questions promptly. Family members agree that this one is outstanding - cleanliness along with furnishings and other amenities are all better than their previous vacation rentals.

Great for families!
My family of four and my parents enjoyed our stay here! It’s very nicely decorated and comfortable. It’s on the second story so my parents had a little trouble going up and down the stairs, but they said it was manageable. It’s right across from the pool which we didn’t use since it was windy when we went. The kids (11 & 4) loved the video games!!! My 4 year old was too short to reach the sink so if you have a folding step stool, I’d recommend bringing that. The location is great because it’s near VONS, Starbucks, Roberto’s, The Warming Hut, Mammoth Coffee Roasting Company and the park. They are building something where the park is so we weren’t able to go to the park when we were there, but we enjoyed taking a stroll by the creek! It’s a nice 12 minute drive to Lake George where we usually fish, and about 20 minutes to Convict Lake. Check-in and check-out was easy and John responded to my questions. There were little things like the kitchen faucet that was a bit hard to turn off at times and it was hard to get things out of the freezer. The biggest issue was that the floors were dirty. We usually take our shoes off in the house so we just kept our slippers on instead which was fine. Other than that, the kitchen was nicely stocked and the beds were comfy. Lots of TV’s for everyone to enjoy. We would definitely recommend staying here!!!

Place overall served its purpose, accommodating our large group of 10 and tons of boards, bikes, and Moto even. Just needs a little TLC as far as the pullout couches are pretty much broke/contains large bar in middle, nothing a teenage boy can’t handle. Just little stuff like wood pellet burning stove doesn’t work well, screen is pretty much ripped to balcony, basic paint and patchwork/touch up would go a long way. Ensure your guests have ample toiletries, my buddy ended up getting you some more TP and paper towels, etc. I’ve got a couple rental places also, and a handbook would be VERY helpful for guests, just saying. It’s overall a great place and I especially enjoyed setting all the high scores on the arcade game. 👀Dads rule. Thanks again for allowing us to enjoy your place. It was SO windy, but we got 6 days straight strapped in and in the saddles!

Our family of 4 stayed over 5 days. With 3 bedrooms + loft, the property worked very well for us. The place was cleaned, recently remodeled, location was good (not slopeside but the price reflected that). Overall very happy and would like to stay here again.

Pros: hot water, check-in/out. Quick responses when we had questions. Good location. Convenient parking. Plenty of towels and blankets. Heaters worked. Kids loved the arcade games.
Cons: No grill on balcony; complex grill buried in snow. No dining room! Super flat pillows, beds not comfortable; could feel springs. Pots and pans scratched. Feels crowded and small for 4 adults and 4 kids. Basic Maintenance; kitchen faucet flimsy and leaks so you have to adjust; dishwasher handle falling off. Bedroom door handle comes off. Broken toilet paper holders with various size toilet paper rolls sitting on toilets. Fireplace is extreme if you can get it to work. Inferno or nothing. Feels compartmentalized.
We had a nice time.

The residence had sufficient room for our stay with 8 adults. It was conveniently located so most things were within walking distance. The fireplace never worked despite repeated attempts. However, the heaters did work as did the hot water once we figured everything out. I feel it was worth the money we paid.

Loved our stay so much! We booked our next stay here the day we left because for the price the value can’t be beat. Everything was perfect! Kids loved the pool, jacuzzi, & bunkbed. If I have a suggestion it’s to have a couple extra box fans for bedrooms upstairs because a couple nights it was hot for us to sleep. Thanks so much!
