The condo was great. Very clean and plenty of room for all of us. We were very comfortable there. It is also in a great location. Very close to Pike market and a lot of restaurants and stores. We only stayed there two nights while we were waiting to get on a cruise ship and it was perfect for that. It would also be a great place to stay to explore downtown Seattle. I highly recommend it.

Debra at Picture Properties was very helpful and responsive, as was the gentleman who was at the 1221 check-in entrance.

Our group of five adults was very comfortable in this apartment. Every morning we prepared a full breakfast in the well-appointed kitchen. There was plenty of space for everyone to work on laptops w/o being in the way. The furnishings were comfortable, the building was quiet and secure, and the location was perfect. Walking distance to many attractions and electric scooters were available on every corner. Management was immediately responsive and great to work with. Harbor Steps is a great apartment complex and we’ll definitely stay here next time we’re in Seattle!

We had a great time at the apartment. The location allowed us to walk to every place we wanted to visit from the Space Needle to the Mariners' ballpark. Lots of restaurants nearby and no need to deal with driving and parking. Everything we needed and very clean.

Great Location of property to all Downtown Seattle fun. Can walk to everything, even the stadiums and not worry about Ubers, taxis, or parking costs. If driving your own vehicle, the parking garage can be tight, but the property owner clearly states that in the description.

Fantastic location, walking distance from key sites. Apartment was as described. Pictures of the gym made it look bigger than it was and equip a bit dated.

In the past few years, we have noticed traveling from Florida how Seattle has become more and more polluted. We have family in the area and we’re reluctant to try a new space but we were so pleasantly surprised by the unit, the location of the building and the safety we felt walking around. We didn’t need to rent a car. The property manager was very responsive and easy to reach. We will be coming back very soon.

The property was located in a safe area. We had no qualms about staying out late to go to a comedy show or the theater.
You could walk to the Farmers Market in five minutes or to the pier in 20 to get to the ferry. Everyone was wonderful. A great place and a great price for security, and excursions.

In a town built on coffee my only suggestion would be to have something other than Folgers on hand for guests. Nothing would be better. Also not a fan of big shampoo / conditioners. Individual use better in my opinion. Overall clean. Check baseboards behind bed 🤩🤷🏼♀️

Check-in was extremely difficult after business hours. We called ahead to make sure someone would be available late night for check-in based on our late flight time. I was told someone would be available and to call the desk when our flight landed to let them know we were on the way. I called repeatedly and got no answer. When we arrived, the lobby door was locked and no one was at the desk. I luckily found a security guard who let me in, only to find a sign on the desk stating they would return at 7am! The security guard said it wasn't his job to assist with check-in. After a little pleading, he made a few calls and had a building manager instruct him on where he could find the keys to the unit. The unit itself was in a great location for touring the market and waterfront. The unit was very clean. The comforters and leather furniture are a bit dated. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking. The parking garage on site provided easy access to the unit. The garage is a little confusing with lots of tight corners, but the property manager supplied detailed instructions for where to park. Bottom line - I would not recommend checking in late night, but great location and decent amenities.

Lovely property, gracious host! The unexpected surprise was the ability to get easily to the harbor with a wheelchair traveling through connected buildings. Easily walkable and connected to public transportation.

Great suite! Check in process and communication awesome! Lobby was unkept and smelled however. Could use more wine glasses in suite.

Five Stars
This apartment is perfect. It’s close to all the usual tourist spots: Pike’s Place is just a couple blocks away, and the Space Needle-MoPop-Chihuly is only a mile away (easy walk). The transit stop (University St.) is a block away and goes straight to the airport. There’s also a Target a couple blocks away, which is where we picked up some snacks and breakfast items. The apartment itself is super clean and served my husband, our two teens, and I very well. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Seattle.

Moving to Seattle
We stayed at this great apt in the heart of Belltown while we got a family member settled into their new digs in the same neighborhood. It was so great to have a base to come back to while we shopped for all the essentials and got the place set up!

Great apartment next to Pikes Place!
This apartment is EXACTLY as described. We (my husband, sister, mother & I) had a great trip - and everything went smoothly. Communication from Picture Properties/Debra was a breeze. We got all the info we needed, when we needed it.
Check in is easy (we were allowed to check in early - which was great! But it was also nice that they would have held out bags at the front desk if the unit wasn't ready early). The apartment was very clean.
The apartment is furnished with everything you need (just as shown in the pictures) - and includes the normal toiletries you would get at a hotel. The kitchen was stocked better than a lot of the VRBOs I've stayed at (and while not amazing, the knives where nicer than most rentals!). A couple of times we did a "market" meal were we brought in items from the market and had them - kitchen was stocked perfect for that! As having been to Seattle before, we knew we would want to buy fresh flower from the market on the first day for our stay. We opted for small bouquet b/c we hadn't scoped the kitchen out - there is a full size vase - so note to future renters - get the big bouquet!
The location is amazing - you can literally exit right into Post Alley.
During peak hours (5:00ish), it took some time to catch the elevator, but that's life in a high-rise! That being said, I actually thought the noise from the neighbors was less than in a normal apartment building. There was a bit of street noise, but that's the price you pay for downtown living!
The only thing I would change... It would have been nicer if it was sunnier! But we went to Seattle in May, we really can't complain about a little rain!
We would absolutely stay here again on our next trip to Seattle and/or recommend these apartments to our friends. Especially going as a family - these beats a couple of hotel rooms any day.
Thanks for helping make our trip to Seattle so comfortable!

Easy walking distance to Pike Place and the Waterfront
We enjoyed our stay, the until was clean and organized. We arrived early in the day and were able to lock our luggage up in the main lobby until check in. It’s in a great location, and easily walkable to many Downtown Seattle attractions and restaurants.

Excellent location
1.2 miles to the Space Needle and less than that to the other locations on the City Pass. The pier is just down the block. Pike Place Market is just around the corner. Would recommend to anyone who is coming to Seattle for a touristy visit without a car.

Massive construction work all along the port was a real takeaway. Seattle still trying to heal from difficult times so restaurants and attractions posting abbreviated hours/days. Give the area some time from this writing. The condo was nice, equipped exactly as described and in a perfect location.

Excellent stay
Excellent stay. Property is very spacious and comfortable. Great wifi. Great location. Check in was tricky for those of us that are not city slickers. The proper doors are hard to spot and I was glad I used Google street view to scope out the area. I don't really think there is a way to remedy this and the directions were accurate, but just a heads up to those renting. We would stay here again.

Great Location
The apartment is modern, spacious, and up-to-date. The best part of it though is the location. It is right by everything downtown and can easily walk to the sites, restaurants, and the market. The description of the apartment is accurate - the
3rd bed/bedroom is a trundle bed with a curtain to separate it from the living area and the detailed directions are definitely helpful especially for getting the key and parking.
We would definitely recommend it and absolutely loved Seattle.

Texans to the Pacific Northwest
We had a wonderful stay to kick off spring break with our now adult family. We all flew in at different times and were allowed to check in in stages. Link light rail was only 1 block away so as we all arrived was easy to get there from the airport. Super easy, GREAT location for local attractions…superb long weekend!!

Just OK for the money.
Unit was clean, furniture was not that great, kitchen was well equipped, lights were burned out, tv’s worked good, communicating with the property manager was really good, parking worked out well, location is good. Overall I thought it was pricey for what we got.

Great stay
Our family of 7 had a great stay. Very clean and comfortable. Location was perfect for hitting all the downtown attractions and a short walk to the stadium and ferry terminal.

Spacious condo, great location!
Right in the heart of downtown Seattle. Just a stones throw from the pier and close to just about everything. The check-in was OK, but you do have to go to a different building to get the keys, so if you have luggage, that can be a little more difficult. The lock was tricky and though acknowledged in the instruction email, I still struggled a few times to open it. Other that, it was perfect for what we wanted.

Great Stay
This was the perfect spot for our family to stay during our stay in Seattle. The location was perfect! We walked to most of the places that we wanted to go, including the Seahawks stadium. Picture Properties was so easy to work with. The information we received prior to our arrival was incredibly helpful. We especially appreciated the parking information.

fantastic rental unit - can't beat the location!
We will DEFINITELY be booking this unit again. It was so spacious and had all the amenities we needed. Clean, updated condo and the 2 bedrooms and 2 full size bathrooms allowed us ample room to spread out. The washer-dryer in unit was a lifesaver when we got caught in a downpour! But the best part is the location - if you're looking for downtown locale you can get better than this. A 2 min walk to pier/waterfront (yum Elliotts rocks!), a block from Pikes Market and just around the corner from Target (stock that fridge!). And a Starbucks attached to the building downstairs was awesome. We have nothing negative to say - great unit, great location, great hosts. We will be back!!

Terrific location, easy access, gorgeous views
A few glitches with check-in and supplies but extremely responsive property manager and beautiful 25th floor lounge with panoramic views made up for the inconvenience. Comfortable beds and great neighborhood make this a budget friendly way to stay within 3-5 min walk of the piers/ferries and vibrant Pike St Market. Check out the other Picture Properties listings to upgrade to a unit with a view - it’s really pretty day and night!
