Proprietario gentile disponibile a qualsiasi informazione. Appartamento di nuova ristrutturazione e molto confortevole , munita di tutto ciò che necessita.

The location of the apartment, the size of the rooms are excellent. Bathrooms and the kitchen are very new and clean. Everything at home is working fine ( Coffe-machine,stove). Internet was fast. Toilet paper, tea bags, coffee capsules, soap etc is provided more than you may need.So we really liked it. The host was very helpful providing services even that there was not on Booking. (like the iron). Totally recommend the property.

Lovely stay in Matera!

very easy to find and close to old Matera. Host was extremely accommodating and pointed out all the points of interest in Matera (which was fascinating to say the least!). Clean large apartment with everything we needed and more. Beds very comfortable! Parking in the street is free and available.

No issues.

Newly renovated, very clean and comfortable flat. Has a small kitchen with pots and pans, wine opener, coffee and coffee machine. The host didn't speak English, but did everything possible to explain how to get around and what's worth seeing in Matera. Note that if you come to work, the internet might be a bit slow. Overall very much recommend this flat!

The house was carefully and fully equipped. Everything was cleaned and working, ready to use. The house is super close to the city center, both by feet and by bus (or car). The parking on the street is free and easy to find around the block. There Id plenty of stores to go grocery shopping and to grab something to eat. Last, but not least, the host is wonderful and really helpful. He gave us many hints for the sightseeing, but also for restaurants and hidden spots. Amazing experience!

Clean and comfortable apartment, perfect for a short stay.

Our very thoughtful and informative host met us at the door; showed us around the apartment and provided extensive recommendations and notes (via Google translate) on a map which he provided. He had also purchased a guide book, in English, for us to use while were there! The apartment seems recently updated and was very clean! The beds and pillows were comfortable! Across the street is a pizzeria and L'orto Amico - a shop that sells fresh fruit and vegetables, beer, wine, pasta (the little nonnas that work there are adorable). Free, onsite parking! If you're a light sleeper, earplugs might benefit you. The property is close driving distance (about 5- 10 minutes, depending on where you park) to Old Matera.

The property is along a fairly busy street and close to a nightclub of some sort. Those of us with earplugs didn't have any issues, those without did.
