Please be mindful that this suburban home was built in 1923 and has some age to it. There is natural wear & tear on the floors and trim but otherwise, she's well-kept and well-loved. If any issues arise during your stay, we have a crew of handymen, cleaners, and assistants who can help address any issues that can naturally arise in an older home.

Pets: We do not allow pets at this listing and if any evidence of pets including poop, hair, or other stains or damages they leave behind, then a minimum $300 pet fee will be applied.
