Good place for a few nights.

Great and helpful staff.

The sound resonates in the hallway between all the rooms. Anyone talking/screaming can be heard from every room.

Friendliest staff

The room was simple and clean, I had everything I needed for a one night stay. The best part of my stay was the staff, they were the most hospitable people I've come across so far during my trip.

comfortable and accommodating!

we loved our stay! The staff were really welcoming and helpful, and there is a little restaurant/cafe on site where you can have delicious family made breakfast. About a 15 minute walk from the centre or a 5 minute taxi ride.

My only complaint was that the showers were quite slow

Exceptional

The staff was very friendly! The accommodations are relatively basic, but very affordable - the shower was hot and everything was incredibly clean.

The bed was a bit hard, but I still slept very well!

Superb

Very nice people! Clean, comfortable room, good wifi, brand new, remote controlled air conditioning! Bit of a walk to the center and the 'hot' water was tepid at best, but a great value for the money!

Great value , quiet at night and clean . Friendly staff

very friendly owners , I speak very little Spanish and they were very helpful. I stayed one day longer than initially booked . The room is very basic , but great value for the money . After 10:00 it’s very quiet . There are a few dogs that bark but it gets quiet around 10:00 . A/C is comfortable and not loud . The hot water in the shower takes a few minutes but then it gets really hot . there is a little food place in the same building and they have breakfast and lunch . Across tue street a lady serves dinner . There is also a little convenience store next door and a skate shop with bathing shorts if needed . It’s about a 15 minute walk to get to town

it’s not a super high end building but very good value for what you pay . and it’s clean

Great Value, Outstanding Service, and Super Clean

Service from the family/staff that runs this super comfortable, safe hotel was outstanding. Excellent paid breakfast or lunch downstairs. No issues with bugs or mosquitos was a treat. Super clean. Choice of ceiling fan or AC. Mini market, restaurants and panaderia close by. 35 peso taxi ride to Playa Santa Cruz.

Wifi at times was slow.

Good

The hotel is nice and comfortable. It has both air conditioning and fan. It is very clean. They let us get in the room at 9 am without any extra charge after a night in the bus.

Location is not the greatest. It’s far from the city town and the beach. Only a 30 pesos ride though :-)
