Great staff, let down by lack of cleanliness from room

The staff were so lovely and had umbrellas on hand when it rained. It was a great location in terms of handiness to main sites and restaurants.

Room was quite dirty when we arrived, hairs all over the carpet and several dirt stains on carpets and wall. Dust on window sill and stain on duvet cover

Highly recommend it

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. This hotel exceeded out expectations by miles. It gives you the impression of a 5 star hotel. Everything was spotless, the beds were comfortable and the room was spacious, the staff was very nice and kind. They also had complimentary breakfast (muffins, coffee, water).

There was nothing we did not like.

Veldig hyggelig personale. Kommuniserte bra engelsk. Lokalet var rent og moderne. Beliggenheten var også veldig bra, i nærheten av metro og shopping.

Rommene var romslig for Japansk standard, men litt mindre enn forventet. Kan være litt plagsom hvis man har flere koffert.

Location was great and amenities sufficient. Friendly staff and well kept property!

Staff were nice and welcoming and were able to help in English in most cases. Room was clean and amenities were sufficient. The room offered plenty of pillows and the bed was comfortable. The property is located very close to Dotonbori and the subway and train stations were close by as well. So moving around was easy. There was a family mart across the street which made getting snacks and drinks easy. If you opt for breakfast, it is served in the restaurant downstairs. Laundryroom was a big plus.

You can't leave air conditioner on in the room when you leave as it needs the keycard to be set in its slot to activate. The bathtub was tiny, but i didn't mind it too much. The ceiling was very low however, so it made it impossible for me to stand in the shower due to there being a step down in my room at least. (Look at picture) I am 185 cm, so I'm quite tall and way over the standard in Japan. So this didn't come as a surprise to me. Was able to shower very easily regardless of low roof and not being able to stand up straight. It was merely a inconvenience. Room size was very tiny. Not much room for setting things down. I am a very tidy and organized person so I was able to make it work.

Great location and value for money

Property is not far off shinsaibashi. There are convenience stores very close and food options. It is quiet at night. room amenities are adequate.

Urine smell from the bathroom. Seemed like possibly the shower area?

Location was good, closeby Torisoba Zagin Niboshi restaurant was terrific but have to queue.

Good Price and Location

One of the more spacious bathrooms we've had in Japan for hotels. There were more coin washing and drying machines than average too, I think maybe 3 if I'm remembering correctly but we had bad luck with other people always using them. This amenities room also had a vending machine which was nice! The hotel itself was gorgeous and the room decorations were fine. They let us do early luggage drop-off which was a big help. Good location to walk to nearby tourist hubs.

The 1 bed 1 bath was pretty tight for 2 people, especially trying to move luggage around with a very narrow entry way to the room. Not terrible considering the price though!

Nice location, affordable stay, but don't expect too much

24/7 staff, provide everything you need perfect location, 5mins walk to the subway pretty nice lobby cheap option in Osaka, can't complain Wifi connection is good

staff is not friendly, not greeting at all very small room, small bed, feel crowded for two window is useless, can't get fresh air

Direkt neben dem Hotel gibt es sehr gute Restaurants, Dotonbori ist zu Fuss erreichbar mit weiteren Restaurants und Shops. Die Metro ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Das Hotel ist modern und die Zimmer sind gemütlich eingerichtet.

Auf den Bildern sieht das Zimmer etwas grösser aus, als es in Wirklichkeit ist. Lieder konnte man das Fenster nicht öffnen.

So far good enough for us

Location wise. Very convenient. Only upon check in. Certain items were not replenished. Need to call front desk. Overall stay was ok as we only stayed for one night and move to another hotel the next day.

Felt restrictive in the small room

Very clean, great staff, good location to different transport options.

Rooms are too small. I had 2 adults and 8 and 10 year old child and the room selection given was 2 single beds. We had to change hotels but staff were very accommodating to check if it was possible and refunded 5 nights as we choose to stay just the first night in order to find alternative. It is not the hotels fault as I soon found that most Japan hotels I looked up in booking.com gave option of 2 singles beds as suitable for 2 adults and 2 kids.

Modern central location with comfy rooms and close to sights of Osaka

Absolutely excellent location - 10-15 mins walk from Dotonbori and plenty of bars and restaurants around! Rooms are small (ish) but really comfortable. The staff are also really helpful and accomodating, so we could honestly only say good things about this place! Would recommend it to everyone if you want to be close to the action in Osaka

Nice modern hotel with good facilities in the room. Simple breakfast - bread, muffins, coffee, etc. was a good addition. Close enough to transport systems.

Tiny rooms, which is typical of Japan. Difficult to get more than one suitcase in there.

Modern and sophisticated hotel stay, walkable to food and shopping

Enjoyed our week long stay at this hotel. The room was small but comfortable, and the fittings and furnishings were very modern and sophisticated. Bonus points for having usb ports on both sides of the bed. They also served free breakfast of coffee and pastries (mini donuts and muffins) every morning. The Dohtonbori area was only a 15 minute walk away, and nearest part of the shopping street about a 10 minute walk away. These areas kept us busy for many days so we rarely had to catch public transport.

Would be nice to have the option to make the room lighting less dim
