Blah.

The location.

The only good thing I can say about this place is that it is spacious and is in a decent location. There is a bad gnat problem. The couch’s had hair on them and also looked like they had animal hair on them. The mattresses are hard. The bathroom is disgusting! There was mold in the tub and on the shower liner. The entire place could have used a good sweep and mopping! We have to pay a cleaning fee so at the very least I expect to arrive to a clean space. Imagine having to pay a cleaning fee and not coming to clean space.

Not an elegant facility but served it purpose to get our family together in one spot for a weeks vacation.

neighborhood was a little sketchy but the close proximity to the trolley on St. Charles was very convenient and the public transit was very easy to use. Beds were comfortable as were the couches that easily accommodated our party of seven. There was plenty of room.

The place had been vacuumed but doors and baseboards were grimy. Floor tiles were loose throughout the condo. Dishes and cookware were limited, such as 2 cereal bowls for a condo that sleeps 8. Outdoor lighting was limited, glad we brought a flashlight.

Altogether we enjoyed staying here.

We liked the spacious area of the apartment.

We had a hard time figuring out the TV. We couldn't find the remote for the ROKU and all the batteries in the other remotes didn't work. So we went and bought new batteries and still the TV's in some of the rooms didn't work. Also, the fan in one of the bedrooms didn't work. It was a bit warm for our taste. The AC didn't seem to keep the apartment very cool.

the neighborhood was ok, no issues. there’s a Walgreens, a few restaurants and the street cars close by. but the house i

the property given, was not the property provided in the booking photos. it was not very clean. the fans didn’t work and there was a leak that started from upstairs that left water all over the floor. someone even slipped on it.

Location in space were good but I could not recommend this property because of the heat issues

The location was wonderful. The space was very good.

The location was wonderful. The space was very good. I was in the master bedroom and there was no heat in this room. The fireplace that could’ve generated heat was only blowing cold air. It was below freezing during our stay in the room temperature in the master bedroom the first night was well below 60°. The second day maintenance came and brought two space heaters. The second night the ceiling mounted heating and AC unit mysteriously went on by itself. It did not generate heat but the noise was so loud it was like being a room with a helicopter all night. The master bedroom had a mystery locked door where light seeped into the room all night. We finally figured out that it was part of the staircase for the upstairs tenants. It was very disconcerting because the footsteps felt like they were walking in your bedroom when you were trying to sleep. Last thing I would mention is that there is a big rug under the furniture in the main room. The rug is absolutely filthy and definitely needs to be replaced.

A hidden gem!

Don't let the outside fool you. This place is a hidden gem. It was big, spacious and clean. The decor was modern and beautiful. We felt right at home. It had everything we needed. The location wasn't in walking distance to Bourbon Street but was close enough with a quick Uber ride. The area was nice and quiet. If you're traveling with family or friends I definitely recommend this place. Thank you to the hosts!

There's no TVs in the bedrooms and the walls could use a little touch up on the paint. Other than that everything was great!

Place was very big and comfortable. The kitchen was very nice! Enjoyed staying there.

Living room fan couldn’t control it bad remote. Had some light bulbs out in kitchen living hall and master bed. One fan upstairs didn’t work. Had 2 TVs in 2 bedrooms that didn’t work other 2 didn’t have TVs. Most remotes missing batteries.

Downstairs heat not sufficient. Fireplace didn’t blow warm air. Upstairs too hot if trying to set thermostat to warm downstairs. The whole place needs a fresh coat of paint and new caulking in bathtub to make it feel cleaner. One bedroom had really hard bed.
