I had a pleasant stay and loved the restaurant next door, (Ed's Oyster Kitchen).

The staff was great and helpful.

I expected hotel and room to be more modern; needs updating. The staff did not tell us if we showed our room key at the oyster bar next door, we would 10% discount uon our orders. We ate there 4 times and didn't get the discount.

Good location but be weary

Location

The room smelled like mildew and I had asked to change rooms but they said they didn't have any but yet they kept checking in people and one couple were a walk-in with no reservation. A manager never reached out to me and I asked more than once.

Good size rooms with comfy beds. Great location.

The gym was a little small. No bar in actual hotel.

I like the location of the hotel and access to the attractions and restaurants.

The room was substandard. No refrigerator and small beds. No ventilation in the bathroom.

Todo normal, me molesta que el hotel Garden de Wyndham en Miami me cobro reserva no consumida

La vista desde la ventana, por la cual hubi que pagar mas.

El mensaje que si yo no llegaria el 12 de junio, perderia este alojamiento. Me quede varada en Miami por las condiciones climaticas, llegue recien el 14 de junio. Ya que junte mi reserva con la de mi amiga Luba Beckett, pude aprovechar la reserva,

Gute Lagen für einen zentralen Aufenthalt in New Orleans

Freundlicher Empfang und schönes Zimmer im 11. Stock mit Aussicht auf die Canal-Street. Wir waren mitten im French-Quarter. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten waren zu Fuss erreichbar.

The exceptional location just at the entrance of the French Quarter, is the best one.

Our room (1935) was not that much lighty! Otherwise nothing to reproach!

My overall stay was good

I liked the location of the hotel

I didn't like that I had to pay $40 a night for valet. I didn't like the fact that I didn't have a microwave in my room

It was great overall.

Loved the location. Didn’t find th Room was comfortable. The bed and pillows were 10/10.

Room needs updating. Bathroom badly designed . Staff not particularly friendly.

I could not get there and my money was wasted.

Nothing. I asked them to cancel when my boat trip was cancelled, but they made excuses and refused to help me

Had a fantastic time, with the exceptions mentioned earlier.

Clean. Had a very difficult time finding the hotel! Didn’t help that it was during Mardi Gras and street closures. Wish they would have mentioned this when I made the reservation so we could have planned for it.

Didn’t care for the valet parking. Would much rather park myself! Having valet really stressed me since my vehicle was brand new.

It was a good room for the money. Not a great part of town but there was a strong security presence at the hotel.

Enjoy our time in New Orleans

The location of the hotel was great, it was the location of the room. We was given the higher floor yes but, we was told our view would be looking over the city’s view when in fact was a back alley way and half of a side street. Was upset about that part, the bathroom was very small it had more sink then bathroom, toilet was very low not good for older people. The door and sink were very close were you had to slide through.

Basic hotel in NOLA with a good location

Great Staff they did there best to help The location is great as well but there's a sketchy liquor store across the street

The room was too outdated from 1980 and smelled FILTHY no modern outlits and the lamp outlit from 1980 broke my charger cable

Location! Walking distance to every part of French Quarter Staff are super friendly They make your beds everyday and change the towels

Old and rusty furniture No fridge or microwave Pool is just too small and crowded If you are a light sleeper, maybe this won’t be the best option for you. Loud streets and no soundproof windows

A Great Deal in the French Quarter

Location was excellent. Security was reassuring. Room was clean and comfortable. Rate was exceptional.

We were in New Orleans for a family wedding. Everyone else stayed at the Sheraton just a short walk across the street -

Great location. Walking distance to everywhere we wanted & needed to go. Lots of security in the evening, which I felt was needed in the area. Our bathroom & room was clean.

Very small sink area - not a lot of space to put toiletries there (basics - toothbrushes & toothpaste) for a family or 4. The area might be a little shady, weird folks hanging out outside the hotel at all hours, and it smells - terrible outside. Inside the hotel, things were fine but once you walked outside… it’s dirty & stinky.
