Great stay in Osaka

Excellent location near Namba Station and walking distance to Dotonbori. It was clean and had everything you need. The toiletries were nice and it has an extensive selection of things you might have forgotten also there are hair straighteners, shoe dryer and foot massager. Would recommend.

It is a bit noisy due to location but this is expected in such a central location.

房间虽然小了点，但是整体房间布局规划还是可以的，整体很干净。隔音还不错。能开窗这点很好

房间里卫生间排风不是很好，马桶会有点反臭。周围小马路上晚上有点吵。

We had a great stay at Hiyori Hotel- in particular loved the convenient location and the breakfast!

I love the location, right across the street from Namba Station! I also absolutely loved the breakfast buffet! The variety was wonderful and the quality was high!

Excellent location, clean, great staff - recommend

Location excellent. Central to trains and metro. Staff was professional and helpful. Early checkin was great for only 10¥

No coffee in room. Hallways were without light during day and hard to see. Tv was impossible to navigate even with Goog

Comfortable, efficient, clean rooms in a great location

Location is excellent, kitty-corner to Namba Station and in an easily walkable location; a great place to stay. Small room but it's efficient, clean, tidy, and the beds are comfortable.

Everything was fine - the room could have been larger, but I chose a small room and the layout was efficient and I would stay there again.

瑕不掩瑜的住宿體驗

交通位置非常方便從關西機場搭南海電鐵40分鐘內就可以到去心齋橋道敦堀都是步行可以到的距離住在二樓但晚上又不會太吵旁邊也有難波parks可以逛很滿意飯店的位置！房間內有按摩機非常適合走累了在房間按摩！

廁所空間很大但一直有尿騷味就算空氣清淨機開整天也沒辦法改善房間空間不算大如果一個行李箱全開就會很難走路

Lovely hotel

Great location. Very clean and lovely room, a good size. Toiletries all provided and very nice. Not just shampoo and body wash either, but also face wash, cleanser and lotions. Even a curling iron and foot massager! Shower itself good too, good water pressure etc. Tatami mats in the rooms which were lovely and made it feel more japanese and not like a standard western hotel room! Breakfast was included and lots of choice, hot and cold/japanese/breads, can have as much or as little as you like and a good chance to try new things! Very tasty and different from our breakfasts in the UK, in a good way!

Little bit noisy outside on the roads, but to be expected as staying in a busy area, which more than makes up for it due to how convenient and close everything is. Never stopped us from sleeping well (we slept very well here) and not the hotels fault even if it was a problem! No noise at all from within the actual hotel itself, we never heard anyone else moving about in their rooms or the corridors.

Great location and lovely hotel room that’s good value for money

* Great location, close to Dontoburi + Shopping Streets, accessible by walking * Foot massager in the room * Room is a good size! Lovely bathtub in the bathroom * Friendly and helpful staff * Good soundproofing in the room.

Nothing I really dislike about the hotel. Take note that it’s a ~8mins walk from Namba Station to the hotel with your luggage and there are some roads to cross.

Best location who use the Kanku

Location is excellent The next day, early morning we fly to Taipei. Walk distance to the train station with large luggage. It is very convenient who use Kansai airport

The room floor The entrance floor n bedroom floor The floor materials are different material between the entrance n the bedroom because they want take off the shoes before the bedroom floor then change to the slippers that is they provided it There is the sign, asking to change to slippers But the customers who have been westernized like us do not follow this This rule(concept) is for the hotel management. It is not for the customers The next day, we stayed at Hotel Gracery Taipei. The room floor is same type but there is no sign

One of the best hotels I stayed at in Osaka!

First of all, the location was the best! It’s a 5min walk from the Namba Nakai AirPort Express line and Namba subway stations. Next is the foot massager in the room! It’s the best way to relax after a long walk. Then there’s the room size which is just right for a family of three adults. The beds were also really comfortable. Highly recommended!

Would go out of my way to stay here again.

The location was just about perfect in relation to Namba station. The staff were courteous and polite and made sure all of our needs were met. The AC worked great and the beds were firm and extremely comfortable. Would go out of my way to stay here again.

More advantages compared to disadvantages. Room size was very comfortable so would actually stay again

Location was really convenient to Namba station and you could take a nice evening stroll to Dotonburi.

Cleaning policy that rooms were only cleaned every 3 days.

Great location for first time travelers

A superb convenient location, across the street from Namba station. Less than 10 minutes of walking distance to major markets and shopping places. Many restaurants and street food nearby. Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Complimentary late night traditional Japanese snack.

Rooms are too small for couples - no space for luggage, no hooks or shells for towels. Not comfortable or suitable for longer stay.
