A very luxurious stay and a superb hotel.

Amazing friendly staff and accommodating of requests Great food and bev restaurant and pool areas were exceptional. Liked the level of security Very comfy bed

Shower drain was clogged so kept flooding. Thought housekeeping would of picked it up each day but they didnt. Location was a bit further away from the main action than thought.

Lovely property, lovely staff and great facilities. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you very much for a great stay.

The only thing is that the doors either seem quite thin or or there is no sound insulation under the door.

Unlike anything you’ve ever stayed at before - truly incredible. No notes.

The interior design is next level to anything you’ve ever stayed in before. Every detail is incredible and design can be found everywhere from how your room key is presented through to the thoughtful gestures like complimentary bottled water each day. The staff are super friendly, housekeeping was prompt and thorough. Overall incredible.

Only one tiny negative was the minibar prices were extortionate.

Stay Proper, Live Proper!

The interior design is the best part of the hotel. You can’t stop taking pictures of every room and every piece of furniture in this property .

The bathroom slippers weren’t great. For the rate one pays at the hotel, it would’ve been great to have more comfortable slippers. I did ask the property to do something special for my wife since she’s a huge Kelly Wearstler fan but they didn’t although they texted me agreeing to do something .

Sängarna var sköna. Surya Spa var fantastiskt, underbar behandling. Vacker interiör, vänlig och bemötande proffsig personal,

Opersonligt och stort, besviken på interiören av Kelly Wearstler, trodde den skulle kännas unik och cool, istället opersonlig och kulissig. Lounge miljöerna var smutsiga och nedsuttna, trist vibe. Turistig publik. Riktig dålig service från personal, de kändes stressade och inte närvarande.

Not worth the money, should be a four star hotel.

The decor and aesthetic.

Check in counter is overly busy and crowded and is often difficult to get assistance. The in room dining + surcharge is excessively overpriced especially in comparison to tier 1 (four seasons, ritz, etc.) 5 star hotels. Finally, there happened to be a wedding on my arrival (which staff failed to mention to me) making it incredibly difficult to get some rest. The lack of insulation was a major issue throughout my stay. Also, very young unprofessional staff, lacks the quality/caliber of a five star hotel.

Hire a new F&B Manager and hire all new wait staff! Shame as the food was pretty good.

The design is contemporary and very relaxed. The cocktail bar staff absolutely lovely. The Check In Manager was sensational esp as she had to recover for appalling service

The Check In was totally chaotic - far too many people, far few staff. I was sent to the wrong building, with the wrong keys. The waiting staff, with the exception of the bartenders were absolutely appalling, they could not have given a toss about the guests - on their phones, chatting with each other while people waiting. Not a care in the world. FAR too expensive for such dismissive service.

Absolutely beautiful hotel!

Absolutely beautiful hotel! The decor and all the space are so beautifully designed.

Housekeeping staff entered our room, even though we asked for privacy and when asked about it, the housekeeping manager never got back to us.

A top rate hotel in Santa Monica located a short but safe distance from the hectic beachfront.

Beautifully decorated interior without gaudy excess. The rooms and showers are very nice. The location offers visitors a chance to see part of Santa Monica during a short 10min walk to the beachfront. The homeless people nearby are harmless.

Some of the rooms require guests to take a long walk to another building that feels adjacent to the main hotel.
