Overall pretty good, great staff; in Santa Monica is expensive so price was relatively reasonable.

The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Very nice garden in the rear for relaxation away from the Lincoln Avenue traffic noise. Good amenities, nice big towels. The room was kind of small but serviceable; we had three beds, with twins in a private alcove which is good for families.

The location, while convenient for cars and public transit, was in an area that can sometimes get noisy/boisterous in the evening and we had such an experience one of our three nights. Beds in adjoining rooms were back-to-back and walls not so thick, which led to a rhythmic and loud post-midnight percussion experience.

Rooms have easy access, I can see the car looking out the window. Quiet stay, clean room.

the bathroom was clean but had mold on some parts of the wall. the soaps are of poor quality, and the box is too small to take a shower. I found the value high for the quality of the rooms.

This cosy little motel was immaculate and absolutely remarkable for how quiet it was given its location. The bed was good. Restaurants were within 1 to 2 blocks away. The owners/managers radiated kindness.

We will definitely be staying here again!!

The staff were the most attentive and courteous that I've ever experienced from a Motel/Hotel. We got the key to our room and the manager came out after we parked and said that he saw a child and another adult in the car so he wanted to show us a different room for the same price where the single beds were the same as our room, but this one had a wall separating the Queen/King bed and the 2 twin beds for more privacy. We kept the original room we booked because I doubt my 5yo would sleep in a bed where she can't see me, especially in a strange place. The room was very tidey, quiet (with the exception of having banging noises from the Jack N the Box and the neighborhood at night). Also, it is near everything. About 1 mile from the Santa Monica pier and 2 miles or so from Venice beach. Just a wonderful little spot for the right price, wonderful and welcoming staff and close to a lot of things.

The only thing I missed was having a microwave and coffee pot. Although there is a Jack N the Box about 50 feet from the hotel parking lot where you can get coffee, it'd be nice to not have to get dressed when needing coffee.

The room was very dated Bed was too soft & squeaky Only basic selection of tv channels Not sdequate sound proofing thru the walls No tea or coffee making facilities No kitchenette or laundry facilities

we stayed for 1 night and was correct but the prices in the area are too high for the quality of the hotels.

the best price of the area, the owners were very kind.

it wasn’t the best place to stay at the back of a fast food restaurant, we didn’t feel totally safe. The place was old and needs some restoration.

WORTH IT - WOULD STAY AGAIN WITHOUT A SECOND THOUGHT

YOU DO GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR, BUT I WAS OVERLY IMPRESSED WITH HOW NICE THE ROOM I HAD WAS, CLEAN, SPOTLESS INFACT, MORE IMPORTANTLY HOW COMFORTABLE THE BEDS WERE, I HAD THE MOST SUPERB NIGHTS SLEEP. THIS ISNT FIVE STAR LUXURY, BUT IT DID EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED IT TO DO, I WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN 100%. GREAT WORK TO ALL INVOLVED.
