Die Inhaberfamilie war unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend. früherer Check-In und Check-Out und Rollermieten war kein Problem. Das Essen im Restaurant war sehr gut Das Zimmer angenehm groß

Das Bad ist sehr einfach, es gibt keinen Duschvorhang, stattdessen ist das ganze Bad Dusche. Das Bett war sandig, sowohl auf als auch unter der Bettdecke

Hier passte einfach alles

Sehr schöne Bungalows, sauber und ordentlich, gute Klimaanlage und ein tolles Frühstück. Wir haben uns ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt. Auch das Restaurant ist absolut zu empfehlen. Das Essen ist unglaublich lecker. Und die Familie, die die Anlage betreibt ist sehr freundlich und jederzeit um das Wohl der Gäste bemüht. Der nächste Strand ist zwar 15 Minuten Fußweg entfernt aber für die Insel empfiehlt sich eh ein Motorroller. Den kann man zu fairen Preisen gleich in der Unterkunft buchen. Außerdem gibt es einen kleinen Laden, der eine gute Auswahl an gekühlten Getränken und auch viele weitere Dinge für den täglichen Bedarf bietet. Uns hat all das super gefallen. Hier würden wir jederzeit gerne wieder wohnen.

Lovely place, would definately stay again.

A great place to stay on this beautiful island! Spotlessly clean and well maintained place and surroundings. They had it all, accommodation, restaurant and a shop. We had the room upstairs and we were very happy with our accommodation. We also rented scooters onsite. A nice and welcoming family made us feel like home. Thank you and all the best! Great location, lovely beaches just a short drive away. We loved Koh Kood!

Belle grande chambre en bungalow dans un beau jardin bon déjeuner possibilité de déjeuner et dîner sur place très bon, proximité d’une petite supérette possibilité de louer un scooter

Sur la route donc prévoir boules quies si sieste après midi quelques manques bouilloire et une personne supplémentaire pour aider la charmante hôtesse

Bien mais notre logement était un peu tristounet

Le calme de l'endroit, la gentillesse du personnel, les repas étaient bons. L'hébergement était grand, il y avait beaucoup d'espace et très propre. La terrasse était très agréable.La location de scooter sur place était très pratique.

La décoration : l'hébergement était impersonnel, manque d'éléments décoratifs lui donnant un aspect moins "hôpital". Les WC évacuaient mal et il y avait des odeurs nauséabondes. Les interrupteurs étaient mal positionnés . La peinture sombre sur tous les murs n'était pas de bon goût et assombrissait beaucoup les pièces.

Very thin wooden walls, loud music from the neighboring room, very loud street 20 m away.

- When I was finally able to check out after 3 very noisy days. - I was able to cancel my second reservation for 2 more nights in time on the first day without any costs. - I was able to rent a scooter there, which I used to look for other accommodation. - If you don't like noise (neighbors, loud music, constant street noise, loud conversations, as if strangers are in your own room), then you should book another accommodation.

- Very thin wooden walls in the rooms. You hear everything the person in the next room does or says. - Wooden floors in the rooms. You can hear very clearly when the person in the next room takes a few steps. - Rooms and bungalows are about 20 m away from a very noisy street. This is the only road to the south of the island. Every few seconds a truck, car, or scooter drive by, sometimes with a broken exhaust, sometimes even at night. - My bed creaked every time I moved. A restful sleep was therefore not possible. - At night the ring from my ceiling lamp fell onto the wooden floor with a bang. Luckily, the lamp wasn't directly above my bed. - The man in the next room heard loud music and the female manager didn't say anything to him. Together with the female manager, we knocked on his door. After a few minutes he opened his door. I asked him to turn down the music. He answered: He worked hard for the vacation. He doesn't like headphones. He brought a loudspeaker with him. We're not in a nursing home here. He doesn't want to give up music. I told him several times that he must be considerate of other guests because of the very thin wooden walls. His answer was: He can do whatever he wants. He doesn't need to be considerate. He hasn't seen a sign anywhere that says playing music is forbidden. If I don't like his music, I should look for another hotel. During the entire conversation, the female manager didn't say a single word to the other guest who was playing the loud music. - Extremely basic free breakfast that costs 100 THB on the menu: 3 small sausages, 2 fried eggs, some salad, a small slice of ham. You can also choose other items from the menu that cost less than 100 THB. - What have I learned? Even an accommodation with an exceptionally good rating (9.5) can be extremely disappointing.

Good Stay

Nice family run accommodation, with shop, motorbike rental and an onsite restaurant (must try their mango sticky rice!). Its about a 20 min walk to a lovely beach. The bungalow we stayed was clean, spacious and everything worked well.

Ubytovani melo behem naseho pobytu skoro porad vyprodano. Museli jsme se ubytovat jinde a v teto cenove urovni to bylo jinde hrozne.

Excellent séjour

Un bangalow très confortable, très propre et très bien placé. Nous avons adoré notre séjour, nous serions bien restés plus longtemps. Plage magnifique à proximité, un jardin très joli et bien entretenu. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par la famille qui tient ce lieu charmant. Ils sont adorables. Nous avons mangé deux fois dans leur restaurant, et avons pris un poisson. Tout était excellent ! Le petit déjeuner est parfait. Si nous revenons à Koh kut, nous reviendrons sans hésiter à cette adresse.

I was sad to leave!

Everything was amazing from the first moment! We were welcomed with free coconut water. The girl who deals with guests is super nice and helpful. Her good vibes and permanent good mood made our stay even better! They gave us fruit from the backyard everyday and bottled water when we first arrived and when we left at the end of our stay. Breakfast was very good, you can order from the menu. The food there is quite good in general - in fact many people stop there just to eat while other restaurants remained empty. As for the location, it's a 10min walk to the nearest beach. The hotel is on a very quiet location, surrounded by trees. 10 out of 10 recommend!

Absolutely perfect accommodation with great owners. It Is little bit further, but you have everything in one place - accommodation, restaurant, little shop, motorbike rental. It Is a family business And it was really great to stay there. If I Will go to Koh Kood again, I Will choose the same.

The room was very clean and the bed super comfy. The owners are very nice and helpful, they also have couple of cute and friendly dogs, and cats. Food is also very good, fresh and tasty. We highly recomment this place!

Staying with a lovely family

The staff is so kind, welcoming and generous. I have even been able to check in earlier as usually possible. They have scooters for rent 200THB/day very easy going. The food they cook is amazing. Breakfast is very good.

Some ants walking around but it didn't bother me that much.

The room was amazing! Super clean! Very nice design! Very important detail that they do is that they turn off the light outside of the bungalows after 11/12 pm so is complete darkness in the room for sleep! It’s very important detail and doesn’t happen often at all! The host is nice! The food at the Restaraunt is sooo good! Breakfasts are simple but so delicious! They have mini shop at the territory and gasoline for your bike! Everything is well thought trough! The closest beach (very nice one) is 3 min by bike!

Great place to base yourself

Located in a peaceful location with views of the surrounding jungle and the sounds of the birds and geckos, a short scooter ride to a choice of quiet beaches and the restaurants and other facilities of the island's main hubs. The property has its own restaurant serving delicious food. The included breakfast offered all the options you could want. There is also a convenience store on site where you can pick up the things you might need day to day. The family were very welcoming and worked very hard. They were never too busy for their guests. We wanted to stay longer. We rented a scooter from them too.

We would have preferred a kettle in our room for morning coffee (but we knew before we booked that there wasn't one, so no problem). But there are coffee and tea making facilities in the restaurant which you can help yourself to at any time. Otherwise, we wouldn't change a thing

Staff are friendly and very helpful. (They got aircon fixed at 8pm on Saturday night) can’t do that in Australia. Staff arranged everything I asked about. Arranged scooter, meals breakfast” out of hours. Sent fruit to room.

It’s a good one. We picked the right place.

This property has everything we needed from motorbike rental, restaurant and mini grocery store..they have it! You wouldn’t have any problem looking for something to eat and drink or some late night cravings. This property has a Good value for money and the owners of the proper were very nice, friendly and accommodating. The room was perfect for us and although not too fancy it was clean and comfortable. They serve delicious food and Breakfast are always sumptuous with fresh fruits. FYI We got to choose what to have for breakfast, WOW! Miss Pear was so entertaining, She gives tips and advice where to go or which places to visit and she always make sure our needs are well taken care of. Thank you Pear!! The location is never an issue since it’s just along the road and beaches in this island are everywhere and are free to access and open to the public. The area is peaceful and calm day and night. We’ll definitely be staying here if we visit koh kood again and we’ll recommend this property to friends who wants to visit this island.

The property is owned and managed by stay in family. I had an amazing time while staying here and blending in with the locals and met good souls. You can order tasty food cooked by the mum. Value for money

What stands out to me is amazing hospitality, they're very friendly and made sure I was well taken care of! So much in fact, that I extended my stay here😊 The bungalows are good quality, spacious, though nothing too fancy, but have all you need, and very clean, smell good.
