The host replied quickly to messages and let us arrive an hour earlier than usual which was much appreciated. The bed was very comfortable.
The flat could do with some TLC. The living room carpet was badly stained, and the glitter deer head which was the only decoration on the main wall, was broken - its antlers were in a bowl - and the leg on the freestanding long mirror in the bedroom had fallen off. We were glad to find something quite last minute though and had a good night's sleep. It was quiet and very near the Metro.

The location was good, very near the metro and the street quiet. Good to have two double bedrooms.
The living room carpet and the two rugs desperately need cleaning. The settee and arm chair are really uncomfortable and need cleaning/replacing. Bathroom ceiling flaking and bathroom tap leaks. All these things have been mentioned in previous reviews and obviously nothing has been done about them. Also the television comes on by itself - was quite creepy the first evening we got back and found the tv on! We hadn’t switched it on. It came on and off during g day and night so we turned volume right down and switched off with the remote when we saw it come on.

Centrally placed in Gosforth easy to get into town.Beds really comfortable.
Could do with a bit of TLC but okay for what we needed.

It was convenient and the right size for 4 people. It was also clean.
It was better than we expected it to be. We only needed a place to sleep and it fitted the bill.

it was perfectly located for our trip to Newcastle, a short walk from the Metro, it was situated in a quiet residential area, close to the Gosforth High Street. The bed was SO comfortable thank you!
it was difficult to find somewhere to park the car but we parked in the next street and either walked or travelled by metro.

Very spacious and cosy, good value, welcoming

The beds were very comfortable.
The carpets were filthy. There was a nail protuding through the carpet in the master bedroom which bruised my husband's foot. Hot water tap in bathroom difficult to turn off. Towels were hard and did not smell fresh. There wasn't a table to eat at. Living room furniture was uncomfortable and food stained. A 25L cleaning deposit was charged in the price and didn't should never have been charged.

The location and the beds were really comfy. Nice touch supplying milk and plenty of tea towels, cleaning stuff in the kitchen. The main areas (kitchen, bathroom and beds) all seemed clean. The owner was very accommodating to us dropping our bags off early.
The path up to the flat was overgrown which made it awkward with wheeling bags as you had to half walk on the lawn. It's an old flat and could do with some work The carpet on stairs and hallway needs a good steam clean or replacing. Furniture in living space very uncomfortable and old and could do with being upgraded Leaking tap in the bathroom. The key box needs attention as didn't always lock as it should and the tumbler felt loose when putting in the combination or relocking.

the rooms were spacious and clean
the area was very unkempt. the entrance overgrown. the flat was ok but I wouldn’t stay there again

Clean, spacious and well-equipped. Plenty of towels and a bottle of milk waiting in the fridge. All as advertised and fair value for money.
Access through an overgrown front garden in wet weather was less than ideal.

Great location providing a great base for our exploration of the Notth East
Bathroom needs a little modernisation to bring it to the standard of the other rooms

Ideal for what we wanted , very good location . Needs a bit of updating but for the price no complaints .The host was brilliant and sorted a problem out immediately after a slight misunderstanding about the booking .
It needs updating a little but again that would reflect in the price of the stay which is very reasonable

Really nice apartment. It had everything we needed.
Beds are very comfy. The bedrooms are nice and big.
The location is great. Lots of amenities nearby. The flat itself is on a very quiet road. Metro is a stone throw away.
The shower is pretty weak
Tricky to get hot water in the washing up sink
Walls to the neighbours are quite thin

clean and comfortable. coffee, tea and milk provided. great communication from host.
changing the front garden to a driveway would be great. it was a busy street to park on.
9.0
Clear communication well ahead from the host on how we can access the keys. The owner was also in this regard by giving us reminder about being midnfull with the neighbours. Parking on the street was also great and there was ample seating area in the flat.
The sofa bed could have been vacuumed for crumbs (Being picky here).
6.0

very uncomfortable sofa and chairs.
