Stunning views , very quiet beautiful accommodation
Nothing we loved it

Nice facilities and would have stayed longer had we known before about the toilets. Because we didn''t ,we only booked for 1 night to be safe.
Would be nice if the boat description mentioned the shared toilets before booking

Shower took a while to work out

Wonderful Experience living on a boat
Locations was excellent
Our family loved it
There wasn’t anything which we didn’t like. We enjoyed every minute of our stay.

So much fun staying on a boat. Lovely welcome of chocs and fizz. Well equipped, clean and comfortable.
I liked everything , it is worth noting that staying on a boat has limitations with space so be prepared for it. Didn’t faze us at all though!

A wonderful stay with a difference - great fun and very memorable. An amazing place to enjoy the sunshine and watch the comings and goings of all the boating activity in the marina. The boat was so clean and well stocked and prosecco on arrival was the perfect start to our stay. Ideal location for exploring the New Forest too.

The boat was way better than it looks on the pictures, located almost at the very end of the harbor and it has an amazing top deck to relax on and have a few drinks!
Everyone around the harbor were playing music in their boats and we have turned ours on not too loudly on Alexa too but the two people on the boat next to ours complained to the site managers whom then asked us to turn it down at 8pm on a Saturday as those people wanted to sleep.

The boat was amazing! Clean upon arrival and friendly customer service, responding to my messages very quickly.
Despite the stormy weather, we still managed to enjoy our stay. Comfortable, warm and well equipped, this was a really enjoyable stay. Something everyone should do at least once.
The stormy weather, but there's only so much you can ask for 😀

Booked as a birthday treat. Great location, well-equipped and comfortable. Good quality provisions supplied, and little extras were lovely. Top deck perfect to watch the sunset with a cocktail. A fantastic place for relaxing. Queries addressed promptly, and superb customer service from the owner. Will definitely return.
A couple of storm-related issues, which were unforeseeable, and addressed quickly. Bonus of spectacular lightning show!

Lovely spacious boat, all home comforts and a tasty breakfast hamper and essentials in the fridge. My boys loved staying on board and sitting in top deck watching the world go by.
We enjoyed the whole experience, it's a busy spot as the ferry to Isle of Wight leaves from here, however, my boys enjoyed watching this through the day.

Great attention to detail on presentation, furnishings, good quality duvets/pillows/towels. Really lush! amazing use of all spaces within the boat, we had 6 on board comfortably.

Clean, comfortable and well appointed.
Over priced despite staying on a luxury boat. Advised to use toilet and shower facilities on the marina rather than on the boat. Breakfast hamper was granola, yoghurt and raspberries, smoked salmon and cream cheese bites, toast and bagels brought from a supermarket no option for cooked breakfast. Coffee was very old and had gone solid in jar (there were also coffee pods but no instructions on how to use). Booking process was overly complicated wanting proof of ID for both parties with limited ability to attach documents (would not accept photos uploaded from phone) 7and deposit (which was not returned until it was chased. Disappointed for the cost.

Everything there that you’d need, great location with always plenty to watch. Staff at Berthon Marina always friendly and helpful and topped this time by a jubilee event to join in with on one of the afternoons.

Helped by perfect weather could not have asked for a more delightful way to stay in Lymington.
Very spacious and comfortable and very well provisioned. Perfect position in the harbour and remarkably peaceful.

it was such a treat and a novelty to live on a boat! It felt very luxurious, everything was provided you could possibly need, the location was fantastic. It gave us an insight into a different way of life, everyone around was friendly, we loved it.

it’s somewhere different to stay from your normal weekend get away! The boat is so clean and modern, it was lovely! Lovely setting to wake up to in the morning, great location and had everything we needed!

Clean rooms. Beautiful boat.
The heater in the bedroom was not working resulted in me and my kid catching cold. The establishment was aware of this issue and should have informed us in advance. They did provide a portable heater which stopped working in the night. And on second night, there was a power issue (fuse issue) due to use of heater. The management had left no instructions to deal with this fuse issue. We found the attitude of management very lax - heater not working, no instructions to deal with fuse issue, gas lighter for cooker not working, water finishing (they did not check the levels in advance of our arrival). It took us a whole week to recover from the cold we caught on this holiday, we will not be visiting SEAO again!

The basket of breakfast goodies definitely kept us going for the 3 mornings we were there. Lovely comfy beds, nice towels and a tv in every room meant that we could all do our own thing when we wanted to chill out.
I understand that Covid is probably the reason for this but for £300 a night I didn't expect to have to wash, dry and put away all the crockery/cutlery we used on our final morning and/or empty the bins myself.

The breakfast hamper was excellent, with just enough goodies for three days. Generally the yacht was a star. Three grandchildren were happily accommodated in their three bed ensuite cabin with two TVs! We enjoyed our luxurious stateroom in the bows, The well equipped galley had all we needed, and the saloon was very comfortable for us all with great views of the marina. Occasional visits to the flying bridge kept the kids amused, and we made the best of the facilities in and around Lymington. Access was easy picking up the keys from the Dockmaster. We would highly recommend Sea-E-O to anyone looking for a change from holiday cottages.
Nothing really, instructions on how to use the gas oven would have helped.

The location of the yacht in the Marina was perfect. We had beautiful unspoilt views of the I.O.W.
The lighting in the kitchen area was very dim, it made it very difficult to see when preparing meals.

Unique stay experience, very clean. Breakfast was too good. Overall had a great birthday staycation.
Water runned out at morning, however response and fix was prompt. Thanks

excellent boat- why go to a hotel anymore

Location in the harbour was nice. Welcome message, prosecco and biscuits appreciated.
Breakfast was delivered in a supermarket bag.. For the price paid a more extensive breakfast offer served on board/delivered would have been appreciated.
The requirement for quite a large deposit to be transferred, (whilst understandable), for a one night stay seemed a little excessive.
