A great value for money stay would be more than happy to return in the future.

Great location situated at the top of lymington high street. Friendly welcombe. The room was well laid out and clean. Nice touches like complimentry toiletries and snacks on the tea tray.

Pressure on the shower was not so good could do with a booster.

Lovely place - comfortable and well located.

Well located in Lymington - short walk to Main Street. Comfortable room. Tea,coffee, juice, milk all available and cereals if you want them. Owners friendly and helpful.

Business users beware. This place refuses to give receipts.

Nice accom, and relatively cheap compared to the other options available in the area at short notice.

When a proprietor refuses to give a receipt or invoice for a stay, it really hacks me off. It's unfair, and screws things up for anyone using it for a business stay who needs a receipt for reclaiming work expenses. They told me they don't get paid for two weeks by this platform, and so "why should we give receipts?". They advised me I should get a receipt directly from the platform. Well, unfortunately, the net results is: I shall not be using them again. I'm no fan of the platform (it's let me down a few times before, and is far from perfect), but it's not fair taking out any grievances on the punters who need receipts.

Very pleasant and welcoming break

Excellent location, very clean, all the facilities you would require for a stay away from home, Sue very helpful and friendly when we met her on arrival. Would use again and would happily recommend.

Exceptional

Everything about the hotel was superb compared to all the other accommodation have stayed. The amenities are fantastic, new and nice. And I don't think I can stay any where else than the accommodation again.

Fab long weekend at Auplands

Lovely and clean room with an ensuite shower and comfy bed (especially after a long day walking). Clear instructions for access were provided via text in case the owners weren't available when I arrived. As it was, I was greeted warmly by Graham and shown the facilities. Free parking was available and it was easy to park. Usual tea and coffee making facilities were available in the room. There was also an added bonus of bottled water, milk and fresh juice available in the communal fridge alongside 'help yourself' cereals (a microwave was also available for use). The BnB is well positioned a stone's throw away from a large Waitrose and the main town centre is a 3 minute walk away. If you're looking for good coffee and yummy food - head towards the quay to find Coffee & Drift. Lovely street market on the high street each Saturday. Good communication from Sue via text to check all was well for me. This was a great, very good value room for a long weekend in Lymington. I would definitely recommend a stay here and would book again. Thanks Graham and Sue!

Very little to dislike about my stay. Occasional noise from other guests after 10pm - mainly the noise of television.

Everything I would want was there (even an umbrella in the wardrobe) A great deal of thought is given to everything provided even bottled water in the fridge. The fact that it is difficult to book there proves how good it is.

Good valve for money

A very nice clean and comfortable B&B and close to the town centre.

The room was on a main road and with windows open very noisy road but when closed with secondary glazing it was fine.

Nothing to fault with this beautiful guest house. We were made to feel very welcome l. A great range of breakfast cereals & fresh orange juice.

Friendly hosts , great location and comfortable room what's not to like

Breakfast is basic as you help yourself to cereals and fruit juice. If you want extra you can easy walk into town . Plenty of coffee and tea in the room with nice biscuits etc.

A welcoming and comfortable guest house in a good location.

It was a 'complimentary breakfast' but we had a selection of cereals, muesli, fresh milk, orange juice. And tea/coffee making facilities, plus biscuits, in our room. So it was good value.

Loved my stay here, will be back for sure!

Beautiful home right by the town, convenient food options and its’s just a 10 minute stroll to the marina. The room was really big, warm, and quiet, with tea/coffee, orange juice and cereals. Also as a solo female I felt safe and Sue & Graham were such lovely and welcoming hosts!
