The room had a jacuzzi tub.
Kind of sketchy location and I got the impression that the rooms were normally only booked for a couple of hours rather than the few days I stayed… if you know ow what I’m implying…

the staff is nice and the room was very confortable.
The hotel is located in front of a little park where there are many drug addicts. There is a note written on the door of the hotel saying that we should not let anyone come in the hotel (no drug addicts). We found a syringe just in front of the hotel and there was a man doing drugs just in front of the door of the hotel. The staff said that this was a common situation. The main problem is that there is an ongoing fentanyl crisis in Montréal and that the hotel is in front of a park with 10+ people doing drugs all day long (and during the night). Although the staff is nice and the room was good, the location is very problematic. Would not recommend this place for a woman alone and definitively not more than 1 or 2 nights if you have no choice.

The location was good, because it was near metro.
The bathroom was clean.
We went there and had to wait 30-45 mins to get the key! The customer service was very poor.
The room does not look like something in the pictures!
Really did not worth.
It is good only for 1 night!

great location right beside the metro. Was very cheap but you could kind of see why, but that’s what I wanted, just a cheap place to say, no bells and whistles.

The little terrace out the back. The size of the room. The metro is just in front and there's a supermarket next door.
The presentation is misleading. This seems to be a kind of residence, in a not so safe area, presenting as a hotel. That was a bit of a shock and also when I arrived it was dirty.
That said, any problems I had were quickly resolved and the staff were lovely. I settled in and enjoyed my long stay there. Just be aware that it isn't exactly what it seems.

I can not say much because i did not have the chance to enjoy my stay.
When I arrived the recepton gave me a number to call. I called and spole with managment who informed me that they were not able to honor the boolking. After paying over 200 dollars i was left without a room. After talking to booking they informed me that the property was standing by their non-refundable policy.

Located close to the metro and other transportation means, even if small park in front is sketchy so would not necessarily recommend that area. Good for one night if you need a cheap place to crush in Montreal with private bathroom. This was the most decent option we found for the price.
Unsure how this can be rated as a 4 stars hotel. Room was clearly not cleaned properly, stains on the bed, chair, full of dust everywhere, including the pillows. Only 2 small towels in the bathroom for 2 people.

I end up not staying in the room as it was dirty and the place was very scared. There is no reception had to collect the keys from the next hotel.
There was stains on the sheets. No light in the bathroom. Compleat froud. I do not know how this is reported in bookings as a 4 star hotel

Location was near metro station
Air con didn't work. Tv only worked if you have Netflix etc on phone, there were only two towels between us, bedroom not cleaned during our stay. we checked in and were given a room we dropped cases in our room and went out exploring a few hours later the hotel rang and said they had put us is wrong room so we had to go back and move out cases to another room that was obviously a less superior room! The bathroom door didn't shut. No kettle, cups or coffee in room. No phone room to ring reception had to go out of building into building next door.
Quite run down area homeless guy sleeping in doorway one night!
