Bigger window overlooking view in lodge room

beautiful location. we stayed in the lodge which had a better view.
The bed was a bit soft. The noise from the people upstairs was like a herd of elephants. mainly because the floor creaked badly. It felt also as if they were jumping with every step they took.
The noise from turning the taps on was horrendous. We could also hear them talking quite clearly.

Beautiful setting. Stayed in the lodge and still a great view
Service for drinks etc in the general rooms, they could have been seeking us rather than people looking for them

Receptionist was lovely. Building and grounds magical. Top tip for others there is more parking to the rear, hard to see with other cars behind you on arival.

The staff were incredible
We paid for a room upgrade but the suite had broken tiles in the bathroom and around the bath in the bedroom. The venue needs some upgrades.

We loved the history, ambience, style, decadence and sheer unique experience of staying in a chateau.
Stunning unrivalled views! Certainly has the wow factor and all the staff were exceptional. Big shout out to Blanka… + special thank you
There were some quirky things but they added to the style of the hotel
Ie Notes about the dragon heating the water and to be patient waiting for a shower etc;-)

We stayed with the family in the coach house….it was exceptional and the photos on the website do not do it justice - it far exceeded expectations
3 big bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, huge lounge with unrivalled views; kitchen with island, dining room, piano! it really was amazing and an experience we will always treasure.
The whole chateau is so grand with lots of places to explore inside and out.
We moved into the main chateau from The coach house (after the family went home) and the hotel moved everything across for our 2nd night which was very helpful.
The restaurant in the evening was sophisticated and the food was delicious. We had breakfast in the private dining area of the restaurant the first morning and in the main area the second.
It was for a special birthday and the occasion was well and truly marked here. Highly recommend it as a luxury break. Thanks everyone and especially Blanca.

The room and hotel was superb however the breakfast on the Sunday morning was exceptionally poor after a 35minute wait the portion was small one piece of dried up back bacon and an overcooked egg far below the expected standard compared with the day before and not value for money .

Absolutely loved our stay, we had the snowdonia room, I loved the little chill out area in the heart of the tower in our room. We enjoyed an afternoon cocktail on the winter balcony, stunning views, beautiful gardens, lovely views across the Menai. It was such a great stay, will definitely be back

location and view
Bedroom too warm due to heating pipe permanently hot, also curtains were in shreds, had to request to change faulty
bathroom light also missing bedside lamp.
Ceiling wallpaper damaged due to damp, also car parking difficult.

Position fabulous staff okay
Food far too expensive to even consider for a dinner. Needs to appreciate it's in a competitive market.
