Great stay

Staff went above and beyond especially Rouselle in reception and Ranjith at the cave bar.

Short and sweet.

Only was there for a short time but the hotel seems to have everything one needs to have an enjoyable holiday. Staff are very helpful.

Parking in the area is very difficult although they do have a private carpark at 10.00 euros per day.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille

Pergola Hotel et Spa est bien situé proche des arrêts de bus, au calme avec plusieurs piscines bien entretenues, un cave bar et un très bon restaurant. Je le recommande clairement

Petit déjeuner varié 3 piscines agréables Taille du logement

Séjour agréable

L’accueil et la sympathie du personnel. La piscine était très agréable près du bar.

La piscine intérieure et le jacuzzi étaient froids. Impossible d’y aller. La vue de la piscine donne sur le mur du voisin avec un très lointain aperçu mer. 20 mn à pieds de la plage avec un grand dénivelé. Voiture obligatoire.

Estancia con amigos

Tuvimos un alojamiento compuesto por una habitación con cama doble y un salón donde había un sofá cama de matrimonio y un sofá cama individual. En el salón estaba la cocina. Lo que más nos gustó fue la terraza y las vistas al mar. Buenas instalaciones. Spa incluido y piscina infinita.

El sofá cama individual era muy incómodo pero cuando avisamos a recepción, resolvieron la situación muy bien. El hotel está muy poco lejos del centro ... Pero cogimos un bolt para llegar y ningún problema.

Hotel con piscine top

Ottimo hotel 4 stelle, preso un appart- hotel con camera spaziosa, salottino e cucina. Ci sono piscine per piccoli e grandi, spazio relax sauna e palestra, a giugno non troppo affollato.ottima posizione vicino al centro. Per salire c è scalinata ma anche ascensore. Per avere la vista migliore si paga un' extra, ma ne vale la pena

Der Raum roch stark nach Schimmel, das Zimmer war direkt auf gehweghöhe, so dass Leute quasi direkt vor dem Fenster standen und reingesehen haben. Das Zimmer war auch super eng

es hat alles gepasst und wir hatten einen sehr schönen aufenthalt. frühstück, außen- und innenpool und zimmer waren top. der eingang zum hotel ist aber sehr schwer zu finden - wir mußten anrufen um den eingang zu finden.

La vista, il balcone, l'ampiezza della camera.

Avevamo prenotato una camera per tre, ma quando siamo arrivate, la camera era stata preparata per due e, anche quando lo abbiamo fatto presente, ci hanno sistemato il terzo letto, dimenticandosi gli asciugamani, una tazza e i prodotti da bagno per la terza persona. La spa (più propriamente una piscina coperta e una sauna) erano impraticabili. Abbiamo provato ad avventurarci ma c'era una famiglia con figli al seguito che aveva monopolizzato le piscine, tuffandosi da bordo tra urla e schizzi d'acqua, senza che nessuno dello staff muovesse un dito. La colazione era abbondante, ma il ristorante era impregnato di odori di ogni tipo, dal fritto alle spezie.

Hotel, ki nudi prijetno bivanje družinam

Lokacija hotela je odlična. Všeč nam je bilo, da smo imeli pogled na zaliv in hkrati stari del mesta. Bazen je odlična popestritev predvsem za otroke. V hotelu so zelo prijazni uslužbenci, posebej na recepciji!

Fitnes je ob bazenu, vendar ni preveč posrečeno, da je potrebno iti v fitnes ob robu bazen. Žal veliko obiskovalcev bazena ne poskrbi za tuširanjem pred vstopom v bazen - na to bi lahko opozorili goste s kakšnim napisom!

Polecam plusy zdecydowanie przeważają.

Hotel idealne zlokalizowany. Bardzo blisko od przystanku autobusowego, z którego łatwo można dojechać do stolicy, na lotnisko i ekspresowo na prom na Gozo. Pokoje dobrze wyposażone. Śniadania różnorodne (tylko kawa średnia) nawet dla wegetarian. Przepiękne widoki z okien i balkonów. Bardzo miła i pomocna w każdej sytuacji obsługa.

Bardzo duża wilgotność w pokojach zimą (byliśmy w lutym). Mokre rzeczy w zasadzie nie schły wcale. Na siódmym piętrze jest spory hałas w pokojach od klimatyzacji. Za miękkie materace. Z sauny najlepiej korzysta się przed samym snem, ale wtedy jest ona nie czynna.

The pool area is impressive. Food was not so bad especially on Saturday The room was very spacious and with the pool view and the cave bar.

The food on Friday as there was not a lot of choice. The sauna area is too small

Would book again.

The hotel has got three pools, a great pizzeria and very friendly staff. Room had a mini fridge and an AC.

Our room was very low budget, for the price we expected a bit better room.

Nice hotel with great amenities

The location of the hotel is great. The buffet dinner offering is diverse and one can find some great pieces every night. The cave bar and pool has a picturesque view of the cathedral which is really special. Furthermore the staff keeps the rooms clean every day.

For me the most painful point in the hotel was that the staff doesn’t speak English or speak it at a very low level. This is even true for the receptionist. We asked some simple questions and they just couldn’t answer it.

A nice stay in a good hotel with lovely facilities.

Infinity pool was lovely and there were always enough sun loungers no matter what time you went out at Rouselena was a very friendly and helpful receptionist.

Our room was a bit musty and poorly ventilated. Our air con also stopped working. Unfortunately we were given a dirty, dusty fan to use until the maintenance guy could look at it the next day. However the manager was apologetic about this and rectified the issue. He offered us a complimentary dinner.

Superb Hotel in Great Location with Wonderful Staff

A very warm welcome from receptionist who went out of her way to give me a quiet room with lovely view over one of the swimming pools. The hotel is stylishly presented and my room was very attractive with a nice modern en-suite. Breakfast was very good. I imagine in the summer the outdoor pools and Cave Bar are wonderful. Great location tucked away but near the bus stops and lovely walk down to the sea. Have already booked another stay for next year. Thank you all!

I thought the indoor swimming pool was a little chilly. However, I managed 45 mins swim before breakfast so I cannot complain!!
