Great location. Payed for a sea view and asked for a quiet room as we were bringing a child. The room was great and the view stunning. Friendly helpful staff. Very clean.
Nothing

Location
The room service left much to be desired. The bedding remained unchanged for eight days, and the cleaning appeared to be superficial at best.
4.1
The location to the sea, amenities, and culture.
The room sizes are decent for a couple
and a wonderful view from the balcony.
The price was reasonable for the season and location.
The waters are therapeutic. Sand Walkout to High waves was the best!!
Responsive staff.
Some compensation made for upgraded room issues.
Upgraded to a room that was missing and not working amentities.
The inconvenience of moving rooms due to air-conditioning not working.
Break down in staff communicating about move and reasons why made for a wait at check out.
Twin bed made King Bed was uncomfortable in places.
Plenty mosquitos welcomed us to the room.
4.1
Very close to all the beaches, clubs and restaurants
More choice in breakfast

All rooms facing sea, 50 meters away, pool then sea, small secluded own beach, rarely used, lovely, pool excellent. plenty external showers, exiting beach and pool, plenty sunbeds, pool bar, pizza , 3 sizes, biggest $30.
Had to leave ( so booked again for next year), also stayed at South Gap ( next door ) and Coconut Beach, toss up between the two but if long term then Rostrevor is better as it has a "full" mini-kitchen, Kettle, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Ice Bucket, lots of cooking pans & utensils, loads cups & plates PLUS a gas hob.

Good location, stayed here before. Could do with some containers and more plates and cutlery than for 2 people. I did cook and make breakfast but had to store some things in the fridge and realised there wasn't really any containers. That would have been useful as you can't expect to pay as much and then have to bring these things you will need in addition to your clothing and essentials.
Access to local tv for barbados. Channels on option were very American. I'm from the UK and would like yo see local news and tv programmes not just American/Canadian as the majority. No info in the room about what the restaurant menu was or any info about local excursions which would have been useful. At times white hair/straight hair seen on the floor rigs, not sure if brought in on the brooms or mop as I removed them when I discovered them on the floor daily but they would reappear after the room was cleaned so that could be an area yo check. Wasn't a big issue but I just hate to see hair, my personal peeve. My room service was excellent but they would not notice these things. So as you ask, I'm mentioning

Location was great and was clean
Can’t think of anything

It was nice and location was good.
No beach
4.1
The small private beach was perfect, bus stop just a few minutes walk, mini van ( can be an adventure) or regular bus
breakfast was a bit monotonous
4.1
The location is beautiful, the breakfast was good, not a variety of options
More variety for the breakfast

The property is VERY clean. Well kept! Staff is very friendly and helpful. They all talk to you with a smile .They always ask if everything is going on fine.
Rooms were well kept. Bedding smelled great!
Location is perfect! Access to nearly everything like restaurant , convenient store, night activities .

Room was a great size and we were allowed earlier access than the 4pm check in. Good number of sun loungers by the pool and nice bar/restaurant on site.
The pool was a little small. Also the beach leading from the hotel was disappointing as also small.

Location, swimming pool, beach and small kitchen-great for families!

noisy late night into early morning

second room had ocean view
Noisy street activity late at night into early morning hours

Location was great: easy to go to other points of the island and the street is full of restaurants (although we only went to the food truck and the amazing Rum Shop just in front of the hotel).
The room was big and confortable, and having a kitchen was a plus.
Our room was on the ground floor, with view to the pool, which means we avoided the noise from the street completely.
Amazing sunset view.
We avoided the street noise, but not the very loud cricket all night long. Also because in the back of the room there was a kind of a service area, we could hear hotel staff as early as 5.30am. So bring your earplugs.

The A/C was not good but it work

We had a 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms which was perfect for a family with older children. We had a balcony with view of the sea and the pool and little beach.

Great location

Location, seafront.
Groundfloor hotelroom, no privacy at all. People are walking by. Had to lock the sliding door all the time. Most of the time we closed the curtains because people were looking into your room when passing by. Also the seaview disappointed us. Its better to stay on the upper floors. We stayed there before and after our cruise and asked for a room on one of the upper floors but they said they were completely booked. Also the noise from the nightclub on the opposite of the street is horrible. I believe its only in the weekends.

The location was very good where all the night life was and plenty of restaurants on the main road. Room was comfortable a little basic but adequate it had an iron and ironing board and a decent sized TV. The bed was comfortable and the AC worked well. There was a pool and a small private beach. the pool and beach area were quiet we found mainly elderly guests used this hotel. This hotel has a got a lift whereas other hotels our friends stayed there was no lifts. Staff were very friendly and very helpful. View of the sea was fantastic and the balcony was very good and comfortable with a table and chairs. definitely value for money and cheap for Barbados.
The kitchen was very basic and lacked many dishes. The shower and bathroom could have been more modern and the water only got luke warm. Fridge was too small. No shampoos or Shower gels only poor soap was available. Breakfast was ok but not value for money so in the end decided to make our own. Had problems with the safe but this was resolved very quickly. It did get noisy at night with partygoers till 3am.

I enjoyed the lunch servers Averna and the elderly guy was great the pool area was ok.love the area of location, just the room was like na nope shouldn't be rented.give the kitchen staff
First the price I paid for room c6 not value for my Money,it's right next to the kitchen and the workers can in at 3 am then I couldn't sleep after .could of spend that money at diwi south winds and have a better room

Great location, clean, laundry facilities
4.1
The location was great with fun restaurants in a block or two. Mini Marts close by as we had a kitchenette. No onsite restaurant except for breakfast (+$13) so we had yogurt, granola fruit on our patio. We were on 3rd floor in block to left of lobby. Good view and beachy vibe wire/sand/turquoise.. The groundfloor had walk-out patios which I would try for another time. The street here in St Lawrence Gap is party central until 4 a.m. but the noise did not penetrate the room. Do it yourself laundry was appreciated as we are travelling for several weeks. Staff friendly--Rochena, Jennifer and didn't meet others due to apt-style set up. Pool was good, seemed to be enough loungers/umbrellas. Beach small but good for a dip although a bit of a riptide.
Really, we generally liked it and would have stayed longer if we had not booked a non-refundable hotel for next week.
4.1
Beautiful balcony view of the beach. Comfortable rooms, grounds well kept. Just what we wanted. We could cavort in the surf of lounge in the swim pool overlooking the beach. Plenty of restaurants nearby.
A larger secure room to leave luggage between checkout or checking and time to leave for airport is desirable. They did not have enough room for all the guests luggage so their reception desk solution was to ‘leave it in the lobby’. Consequently I ‘had’ to remain with our 4 party luggage in the slightly uncomfortable lobby sofas for a couple of hours.
4.1
Island view apartment was so much better than I expected, you still actually get an ocean view from the side. We had no issues with noise from the bars opposite.
Staff are excellent especially Jennifer,Glendon, Mavis, the guy who takes care of the grounds, didn't get his name.
Looking forward to our return in November
Nothing you can't get better than perfect
