Service was a bit slow but very polite

Great location in St Lawrence’s Gap. Quiet rooms are at the back of the hotel. The rooms are quite small. Great views from sea view rooms. Staff are helpful & friendly
The pillows were not to my liking and were quite small. I’d have also liked a light duvet instead of just a sheet.

The sea view and pool area are the real winners at this property. The bar staff were always on hand to keep us topped up during Happy Hour! Comfortable rooms but a little on the small side.
Having previously visited Barbados and stayed on the Gap we knew that it’s a lively area however the noise from the Karaoke bar across the road every night until 2/3am is unacceptable. We resulted into having to wear headphones/earplugs to try and have any chance of sleeping. The hotel needs to improve the quality of doors/soundproofing of the rooms or come to an agreement with the bar. The location of the hotel should not come as a sacrifice of a good night sleep especially on an expensive Caribbean holiday! It’s a shame as there are lots of good points for the hotel but the noise is an overriding factor which means that we will not return.
We also had to get up and put our towels on a sun lounger by 8am most mornings to have any chance of securing an area around the pool!

Most of the staff were great however the front desk needs to be a little more organized.
Location was great.
Never have I stayed in a Hotel with twin beds.
Although I’m petite my bed was short and the room was very tight.
4.3
The staff at the restaurant.
The front staff had my rate wrong again. The slowness of getting your food and huge misunderstanding about the rate and taking about it for 2 days.
4.3
View very good as there was no beach in front of view. just boardwalk with tables, sun loungers, pool etc. So there is a closeness. Some mornings you can see turtles from the balcony. Upper floors are best for this. Food pretty good especially the breakfasts a wide variety.
Sometimes when busy service is a little slow. There are no lifts. A few more umbrellas would be nice when eating on the boardwalk cos it gets hot and can make it uncomfortable for dining.
4.3
The food and drinks were amazing as was the pool.
Just be sure to understand that there is no beach access from the hotel, the beach is about 10 minutes away

Room on ground floor was great, location was very central and staff were very welcoming
More products in room such as toothpaste, brush, floss wipes etc
4.3
great atmosphere and location

lovely room and view!
no elevator. a bit noisy with music at night if you’re a light sleeper. internet went out.

Breakfast should be free and it should be buffet
It was a great stay.

We actually thought the property was immaculate, well maintained, a perfect size and lovely staff.
However we had to move hotels two nights in purely because of the noise opposite the hotel. A club and/or karaoke bar was unbelievably loud and went onto 3/3:30 in the morning with the crowds spilling into the street and chanting until 4. we had to leave purely because we couldn’t sleep at night - it was so disappointing as the hotel and staff were really super.

Our junior suite fed onto the deck with the pool and overlooking the ocean. It was very convenient to have everything at our doorstep. Although it was fully booked there were always enough sunbeds, chairs, tables etc . It was also very quiet and relaxing.
The food at the restaurant was decent and reasonably priced.
Perfect location and lots of restaurants nearby. Beach with facilities is a 10 min walk. There is a beach 2 mins walk from the hotel but it is small and there are no facilities there. It is good for a quick dip.
The hotel was as advertised
The restaurant had no ambiance. The bajan bakes for breakfast was one of the most unpalatable things that I have ever attempted to eat
The couch in the room is a fold out bed and very uncomfortable ( as a couch).
You have to pay a "deposit" for pool towels ( $35 BDS each). On checking out we were told that the money would be returned to our credit card 7 days after check out. This is ridiculous. I returned the towels on check out so why can't I get my money back then? Since lockdown I have noticed a trend with hotels - deposits for different things and the money is not returned to your credit card until days/ weeks after you check out. Why? It means that when you return from vacation you have to be vigilant and check to make sure that the money is returned to your credit card.

nothing! loved it all!

The property was clean and well maintained. the gentleman at the front, his name begins with H, forgive me for forgetting. However, he was exceptionally nice! Very helpful and professional.
We had a one bedroom ocean view room. The view was amazing! The description says a kitchenette in the room, I beg to differ! that’s a full blown well equipped kitchen ^_^.
We will be back in the near future and cannot wait to experience the spectacular service and views of the property again!
PS. we had the build your own salad and it was nothing short of scrumptious!
Not one dislike to be quite honest!

Very helpful staff, especially the bar staff. Always happy and helpful. I liked that the kitchen had wares, dishwashing soap and even a sponge. This was very important to us because we traveled with a baby.
The room and facilities were good. However the bathroom and toilet just off the bedroom were really small and felt cramped.

Lovely hotel friendly staff, comfy well equipped rooms.
Very noisy bar over the road. Karaoke 6 nights a week until midnight. On the 7th rave music until 3am.
Pool area rather crowded, limited loungers.
