The food was great but the rooms need to be better taken care off

Breakfast was great.

We booked 2 rooms for our stay. One of the rooms had the AC leaking which we reported 4 times during our stay and when we checked out the AC was not fixed and was still leaking. The manager called me after we left and said that he would look into the incident but never got back to me.

Apart from a few hiccups Sea Breeze is a lovely place for staycation.

Good value Good food Excellent mini bar Excellent friendly staff

No spa on Sunday Jacuzzi not clean/ not available Toilet flushing issues. WiFi connection drops. Rum shop area not lively. Needs more entertainment for Sunday evening.

Amazing trip, staff made the experience just fantastic. I could not say enough about the staff. They really were fantast

Staff was amazing. Daily cold washcloths by pool were fantastic. Beach was just breathtaking. Rooms were beautiful.

Property needed some repairs- pools were missing tiles, hot tubs were not functional, beach chairs were mainly broken. Rooms had some repairs needed. Needed some more nightly entertainment. Needed nightly menu changes with only a couple of restaurants to order from. Also, restaurants were unbearable hot a couple of nights.

Inspite of the things I mentioned before, it an awesome trip. Excellent food and facilities.

There were a couple unfriendly staff. Following is one incident that led me to say so. We went by a carving station once and no one was there. My son went on to take his meat. The Mr came and saw him and raised his voice at him which was very distasteful. Also, my room weren’t properly well cleaned. I met a tooth pick that looked used on the floor. Also, when the lady came to clean my room, she saw the toilet dirty and did not clean. I had to tell her about it after seeing her again. Another day she came, past the toilet brush without the holder through the apartment before and after cleaning the toilet. Now I don’t have to say that it will drip on the floor.

Amazing staff, facilities and location.

The staff were amazing, especially Deniko and the captain Lou. The food is great, lots of variety, we are pescatarian and found the menus great. Drinks service at the sun loungers. Enjoyed the yoga, gym and water aerobics. Free water sports.

We did not get the room configuration we booked on booking.com, they couldn’t change our room so our sleeping arrangements were not ideal. One day they took the towels from the room, we called room service three times and offered to collect but we didn’t get towels that night. On the last day our aircon broke and we had to move rooms, not ideal.

I would choose another stay for that money

Kids room really nice (we left our kid for 1-2 hours for different activities, it was amazing option) Water gear Good alcohol (cocktails are not their strong side though) Pools just in front of the beach Cerulean restaurant for dinners Nice staff

Super overpriced (as a whole island though) Not a great location for those who love to swim in sea rather than swimming pools (always pretty dirty and with seaweed, we drove on the island and there were plenty of wonderful beaches, but this was the worst) Food is pretty basic, sometimes there were some nice dinners (at Cerulean restaurant), but usually very average Not a great spot to walk around outside of the hotel Gym is extremely small and dark with the only falling apart treadmill, there were some days when air conditioning didn’t work We changed the room because of the problem with air conditioning (decided pretty fast though)

I wouldn’t stay here if you want to eat good and have a good time.

The rooms were very nice and clean. The bed was exceptionally comfortable.

There was not much to do on property and the food was mediocre at best. If you’re arriving after 11pm make sure you have food. The staff is not very kind to African American guests.

It was nice but for the amount I paid I expected more. The next time I visit will be at Sea Breeze 02

Nice room the view the scenery atmosphere drinks some of the food

Them damn birds flying around in the dining hall while you eating flying all over the tables dishes it was just too much. The breakfast needs help some people don’t eat pork they needed more of a variety. Some of the food that they had for dinner was wayyyyyy too salty. My room was amazing but the bathroom smelled like sewage. Staff was awesome I just had one problem with the staff I reserved for transportation from the airport to resort no one showed up I tried calling the resort no one answered the phone so I had to wait for a taxi that was available to take me to my hotel paid the driver the resort then turned around and tried to charge me a fee for a round trip back and forth to the resort when I only did one trip and that was to the airport and the taxi driver that took me to the airport tried to charge me $80 which that’s how much it is for a round trip.

Very pleasant stay. Would recommend it.

We experienced seaweed problem during our stay which was disappointing. No one’s fault of course but it did affect our experience.

Good resort but so-so value for money

It's a beautiful property. Our suite was very comfortable and had a great view. Staff was generally friendly and helpful.

The room wasn't ready on time, which led to an uncomfortable and exhausted wait. Food was good but not great. Could have a better selection of wine and spirits. Not great value for money.

All in all our stay has been wonderful and created many happy memories for our family.

I can not recall names sorry but we met and dealt with several wonderful members of staff at the Sea Breeze. The lovely lady in reception who always has a smile and was really helpful, (I even asked your name and now I’ve forgotten sorry) you sorted out a room after our flight was cancelled and changed our taxi. The lady who makes our eggs and omelettes in the buffet area - she is always smiling and so welcoming. Such a joy to be greeted so warmly on a morning. ALL the people who have waited on us in every place- soooo many have been wonderul and it is truly appreciated thank you. Told you I was rubbish with names- next time I will take photos! Many many thanks for helping us to make the best memories ever with 3 generations of family.

We didn’t like the noise of the barking dog who woke us up very early every day. Plus seemed to know when we were having an afternoon snooze so woke us then too!

The variety of food was the best

The staff who didn't want to cooperate. Requested a room change and had to persist beyond the given excuses. The classic room in picture is not what it is in real, nor suitable for a family. Distinguish Ocean view from Ocean view front. Nothing distinguished that.

Pleasant and relaxing stay, modern comfy rooms, really looking forward to visiting again.

Enjoyable breakfast the children found foods they enjoyed and i enjoyed my stay, staff were always pleasant and helpful.

Dinner was always delightful, challenge was getting a dish young children would enjoy. but it worked out in the end.

For the money we paid this place was well worth it.

The breakfast was pretty good. Everything was buffet style. The dinners were lovely. Bring some “resort dinner clothes”. I didn’t expect it was going to be required and ended up going into town for a dress. The men need pants and a collar for dinner. The staff was very very nice for the most part. The best part was there were adequate lounge chairs. We never had to battle for a place to sit. Also the drinks were strong- not at all stingy with the alcohol. The bed was comfortable , AC worked just fine

The bathroom door in our room was broken and was replaced with basically a white piece of plywood which you had to kind of get some momentum going to close and then hope you could pry it open when you were done since there was no handle. I mentioned it to the housekeeper but nothing happened.

Fair Hotel with the Potential to be Better

I liked the staff, some of them were very welcoming which is why I didn’t rate this place at a 1 or 2. You can tell the staff live their jobs and they genuinely care about the people. They remembered our names and they gave great suggestions for things to do off of the resort. The resort also had great dinner options, so that was good.

First, when we arrived, they charged us an additional $300-400 dollars for an extra person which was odd to me because I felt that they should have reached out to confirm that there will be two people instead of one given the fact that I requested two beds. Next, there were ants all around the room, even in my bed and the bathroom. On our first night, the shower was dirty with hair and other icky stuff as if it were not cleaned before we arrived. We were without any towels for two out of the three nights that we stayed there so we had to shower with our hands and air dry which was very uncomfortable for one of us who happened to be on their menstrual. They were great at making the bed but they can definitely improve in the cleaning area by making sure the shower is clean, making sure we have clean towels or any towels at all, and being more attentive to our requests, as it took them a couple of hours to come and unclog the toilet. I probably wouldn’t stay at this resort again but I do hope that they can improve in the future as they do have the potential to be better.
