Super Lage, gleich an der Marina Bay, wo man jeden Abend die Lightshow bewundern kann. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fussläufig erreichbar. Das Personal ist wie seit eh und je sehr herzlich. Die Zimmer werden stets instand gehalten. In unserem Badezimmer hatte es ein brandneues Dusch-WC. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist seit Jahren eines der besten weltweit. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Wonderful experience, busy hotel with plenty of food options. Staff are extremely welcoming from check in to check out. MO bar is consistently rated as one of the best in the world, superb staff, great cocktail and wine options with a beautiful view at sunset.
Lovely pool area for relaxing or swimming.
Room was a good size, well appointed with comfortable bed and wonderful view to marina.
I would love to stay longer. Nothing bad to say about this hotel.

The room was spacious enough for one traveler; the front-desk staff was helpful when I asked to be moved to another room, overlooking Marina Bay. The front desk should check the room type chosen by guest(s) who are staying for the first time. I appreciated very much the Japanese toilets set-up in the room and the fancy shopping bag available in the room. The one million SG Dollar question: does the number of bag increase in proportion to the number of guests staying in one room?
I did not like the lobby, not enough free space to sit and relax.

We had amazing breakfast experiences at this hotel! The service and the food were exceptional, with a range of options to satisfy any taste. The setting was stunning, with a theme that perfectly captures the essence of Singapore. It was elegant, vibrant, and full of beautiful green and other matching colors, creating a lovely contrast and enhancing the overall atmosphere. The food was exceptional The addition of robots added a fun, modern touch to the experience, my four-year-old son just loved them! Truly, one of the best breakfasts I've had in all my travels- simply spectacular!
Although this is beyond the hotel's control, we did have a high expectations for the views from the swimming pool. Unfortunately, there was ongoing construction, which was, of course, disappointing. This outside of the hotel's responsibility, but it did affect our experience at the pool.
As for the rooms, they were generally clean, but more attention could have been given to the cleanliness of the bathroom. there was visible dirt in the drain area of the toilet.

The Mandarin Oriental brand needs no introduction. It is simply exceptional and truly 5 stars all round. The aesthetic of the room, the quality of the finishes and the service and its surroundings are second to none. The room could have been bigger but that's a personal view. I couldn't recommend this hotel highly enough. It is wonderful.
Although the restaurant looks amazing and my family and I truly enjoyed our dining experience there, I must add that I did not enjoy the quality of the food. We stayed at the Mandarin after a tour of Asia, staying in the Island Shangri-La in Hong Kong, the Intercontinental in Osaka, and ending at The Marina Bay Sands. I've got to say that the breakfast lets the Mandarin Oriental Singapore down. As as example, the bacon there is not good. It tastes like it was all mass-cooked the night before. It does not taste good for a hotel of such calibre. Other than this point regarding the breakfast, the hotel is impeccable.

There is not elevator to the basement carpark or to the Marina Square mall. Need to use the stairs. Will not be friendly to people with accessibility problems.

Wir hatten ein Club Marina Bay Room King Zimmer gebucht. Ein sehr schönes grosses Zimmer mit toller Aussicht auf die ganze Bucht mit dem Finanztürmen, das Bay Sands Hotel und den Singapur Löwen. Wir haben zusätzlich den Club Lounge Zugang im 21. Stockwerk mit tollem Frühstücks-Buffet, Nachmittagstee und am Abend Apero mit feinen Häppchen und leckeren Gerichten, natürlich mit feinen Drinks.
Die Gästebetreuung vom Haus 65 Lounge von MR. Muhammad und Mr. Albert ware absolut perfekt. Herzlichen Dank.

Nous avions informé l'hôtel que nous célébrerions un birthday et un anniversaire de mariage à notre arrivée, car en tant que membre Fans of MO un gâteau et une célébration dans la chambre sont prévus. Malheureusement, cela n’a pas été pris en compte à notre arrivée. Nous n’avons mentionné cet oubli qu’au moment du checkout, et ils se sont excusés et rectifié la situation avec une pause sucrée agreable. Malgré ce petit contretemps, nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel pour une expérience exceptionnelle !

C'est la deuxième fois que nous allons dans cet hotel et cette fois ci avec plusieurs membres de notre famille. Nous aimons beaucoup la sérénité qui se dégage dans l'hôtel Le Mandarin, les chambres et suites sont exeptionnellement décorées. La vue est belle et dégagée. Le personnel est au petit soin. Le club/lounge est magnifique, un espace de caractère et un service au top. Le petit déjeuner est grand et varié et le personnel est également attentionné et très serviable. Nous sommes accueillis chaleureusement chaque matin. Les portiers sont très professionnels se rappelant même votre nom, cela me surprend toujours, cela m'amuse!
La conciergerie s'est avérée décevante durant notre séjour d'une semaine. Aucune de nos demandes n'a été honorée, malgré plusieurs tentatives, et j'ai même été confronté à un mensonge. Même une simple réservation de 6 billets pour le jardin botanique n'a pas pu être effectuée, donnant l'impression que nous dérangions. C'est regrettable, surtout quand on sait que dans d'autres hôtels, la conciergerie est bien plus proactive et engagée à nous aider à profiter pleinement de notre séjour.

I couldn’t reach front desk They were keeping me on hold for quite a long time and I m in such a hurry on Aug 12th. It d be nice if we can quick check out which I did on LED screen, but the potter won’t come up and explain the process of checking out here which keep me wait for so long. Overall I love this place n everything here thks

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Mandarin Oriental for 3 memorable nights. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with opulence and elegance. The spacious room, adorned with modern decor and breathtaking views, provided the perfect sanctuary. The breakfast buffet was simply amazing as well.
A special thanks to Mr. Ganesan for his exceptional service during breakfast. His kindness and professionalism truly enhanced our stay and made us feel like valued guests. We appreciate his efforts and will fondly remember the care he extended to us and our baby.
We look forward to returning to create more cherished memories in the future at the Mandarin Oriental.

Beautiful pool and immaculate service there and in the hotel generally. Loved the little touches like bringing juice and kombucha to you when you arrive at the pool.

Our room was well suited to 3 people, there was plenty of room to move around and cope with 3 suitcases. A beautiful private bathroom with walk-in shower and a full bath, as well as mini bar was welcome. The beds were very comfortable. We were escorted to our room by reception staff. All of the staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. The location is great, big shopping centre next door and across the road. Views to Marina Bay Sands, the gardens and city. The hotel has recently been upgraded and refurbished and it is really beautiful with lots of dining choices.
Ocassionally there were language barriers, and it took a bit longer to understand what was required.
