They made my wee boy feel very welcome

Nice location
Unfortunately there was an electrical power cut in the morning which meant no lights in room . The power cut also impacted the water taps do no water in bathroom and the mag locks on the door - if you left you couldn’t get back in ! I would have expected that a hotel would have a back up generator but this one didn’t and it ruined our stay. As we left the electric came back on and we were offered a cooked breakfast but unfortunately this was raw - I didn’t have the energy to complain further and we left. The staff were pleasant but the hotel infrastructure needs updated !

We arrived a day before the tour we were taking. It's so far out of town and a taxi ride was $45 from the airport. Taxi ride was $15 to town and same back.

I liked that the staff were very helpful and friendly even though there was a problem. I like the room we had it was so nice and charming. I liked the food there was such a large range of different things for breakfast. The view from our room was OK.
I did not like that the owner of the place decided to be very rude and negative to us he even went as far as making unnecessary and rude comments to my husband about his disability, that can I also point out we were not even off the stairs on our way down for breakfast but I can say the staff were even very shocked and so apologetic for his behaviour I do honestly think that his staff are the making of that place as the man himself has no people skills. And for that very reason I will never be back and feel very sorry for the staff and how they might be treated. The place itself was lovely not as clean as it could of been and they use cheap toilet roll for a 4 star hotel.

The food was lovely as we're the rooms. We also spent time in the garden looking for all the goldfish
It would be nice to have a family area for changing at the swimming pool

When making the booking I had asked over the phone to book the restaurant for 8pm, was told no problem, but when we arrived we were eating in the bar, food was good and service was good

The welcome. The staff. Great laugh checking in. Lovely clean room. Warm and comfy. The swimming pool, Jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. Evening meal delicious and the breakfast buffet is mighty. Huge selection and so good 👍
I didn't like leaving.
I have stayed a few times and I hope to stay a few times more.
Not everybody's choice of location. Nice quiet so don't expect a crazy nightlife.
I got the perfect pleasure of relaxing in very comfortable surroundings and again congratulations to the staff, excellent 👍

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel was clean. Breakfast was good.
Our room was too hot. We opened the window which helped but we had to close it because of the noise of the aeroplanes. Our bed was comfortable but creaked which disturbed our sleep. The dining room was freezing, the waitress told me it was like that for a few weeks and they were trying to get it fixed. They should have served breakfast in the bar where it was warm.

Nothing at all not to like. The warm welcome helpful staff and great facilities

Avoid this hotel. Clearly its main focus is in saving money, which is at the cost of the guest. Among various things, we were told that the heating in the room wouldn't come on until 7pm. No idea why this is time based and not temperature based, but was not good enough on a cold day, and my various trips to reception made no difference.
Yellow water filled the bath from the tap, and the restaurant took nearly an hour for two sandwiches, and when they did arrive, weren't worth the wait.
An overpriced breakfast the next day consolidated a miserable 24 hours at the Roganstown Hotel.
