Good city stop

Easy walking distance to the city. Good restaurants close by. Room was clean and quiet.

Smell from the bathroom drain wasn’t very nice.

Comfortable and clean.

This property has ranging reviews however our experience was sensational. The host is super friendly and helpful. The room is described as compact but it isn’t. Walking distance to CBD. Great bed and pillows, everything you need - and very clean and comfortable. There are even lounge type chairs for watching TV.

Not dislikes but they do charge for parking even though there is a park for each room. In saying that they only charge a flat fee of $10, which is very minor if you are getting a good deal on your room cost and saving on parking fees.

It was passable as only overnight stay, central location, parking onsite.

Beds comfortable

Originally offered very small unit but complained then a larger room given. Only has microwave for cooking, asked and received single induction cooker (which was okay) but told to open window & door as using cooker may set off smoke alarm so didn't use as it was cold outside. There were spider webs on the ceiling (only a few) but these could /should have been dusted off.

Pleasing environment and comfortable stay.

Clean property and well maintained. If you need something done just talk to John at Reception and he will organize things without delay. Closer walk to city area with cafes, restaurants and pubs. And all the attractions including tram stop to get around the city. Would like to highlight how John helped with all the little things like last minute organizing my airport shuttle, giving me coins to pay for the bus just in case bus driver didn't have any, organizing a quick make up of my room as I missed it due to sleep in. Amazing customer service and very attentive to needs of people living away from home and new to the locality.

Nothing really. Pretty much enjoyed my stay as if I needed anything just have to talk to John and he will go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and easy.

Room was immaculate, service from motel reception was substandard which was a shame.

Very clean and warm. Exceptionally clean.

The reception could have been friendlier, for two females who were travelling through to Otago from Wellington and Picton Ferry we wanted two showers, the night we arrived and the morning we were leaving so the two towels in our room was not going to be enough. When we asked for more towels the motel reception was rude and interrogating and felt two towels was enough, after advising the need he advised that we needed to pick up from reception, he left outside the reception door on the concrete. We were shocked.

Good location, good sized room, good price.

During our stay there was an issue with the Wifi, but believe they were fixing it during our stay. Parking here can be a tight especially when at capacity and most people are driving SUV's.

Good motel close to the city!

Very convenient, central location. Car park guaranteed. Room/townhouse had a good size. Quiet (double glazed windows) which was great. Had everything we needed for our stay.

Bathroom could have been cleaner. Like any motel, the bathroom needs more hooks for hanging used towels. A soap dish would be nice so the soap doesn't dissolve on the sink. Our neighbors were loud during the second night but that's not the motels fault. It was just annoying that people would be so inconsiderate and make constant noise at midnight when we're trying to sleep to catch an early flight.
