7 zile fără curățenie în camera și în baie!

-personal ok, mâncare ai ce alege dar nu foarte variata, piscina, șezlonguri și bar exterior mulțumitoare., aerul conditionat funcționează f bine

-7 zile fără prosoape schimbate, fără curățenie. Sa aveți prosoape de acasă, matura și găleată cu mop. Băile miroase urat. Duceți și șampon cu voi

Dezamagitor

Mucegai in baie, mizerie in camere, ce este descris in pozele de pe booking nu sunt conforme cu realitatea. Am platit o camera cu vedere la mare, dar faptul ca se vedea un colt de mare nu insemna ca are vedere la mare. Daca ajungeai la masa cu o ora inainte sa se inchida perioada de masa ti se lua efectiv farfuria din fata.

Poor cleaning

What was the best was that the staff was always helpfull,i was dropped my phone in the water and i ask for some rice from the reception they was giving to me and dont charge it,they have an entartaining staff for pool ,children that is all day,Meli is the best girl ever meet,she is very nice and fun ,i will come back at this hotel only for her in the future!

When we was arrive at the hotel was 14 o clcok and the lunch was finnishing 14:30 ,the reception man said to come after 14:30 to put our bracellet because we start with the lunch ,they could leave us to eat ,we was only 5 people,to the other hotels they are very open when you do like these and arrive in that period. The food was ok,but not very good. The cleaning was horrible,was a lot of hair in the bathroom,the drain from the bathroom was very dirty,the curtain from shower had mold,the carpet from the room had stains,we didnt have enough toilet paper for 3 days,i was supposed to ask all the time,and the picture from the booking are not the same,the hotel has a poor maintanance,i will not coming back in here! In the pool was a lot of hair and leaves,no one was cleaning that during our stay.

Very good, I have enjoyed it. Probably recommend.

The staff (ready to serve, smiling and competent), the cleanliness (bedsheets, towels, bins), and the parking administrator (despite not speaking any English, excellent organisation) - very good. The food, the entertainment, and the pool - good. The distance to the nearest beach - acceptable (good advice from hotel reception)

It seems that the elevator couldn't cope with the masses in need for transportation. Little rigorousness in imposing the rules for accessing the restaurant. Massive food waste.

It was an enjoyable experience.

The hotel is quite close to the beach, the stuff is kind and helpful and the view room was wonderful. We intend to come back.

Nigthmare in Varna

The vegetation, of the greenish landscape.

The food in general, the limited variety of the menu and the endless queues to eat, the cups, glasses and cutlery sometimes ran out. Disastrous.

The bar staff, the food! The fact that the walls were so thin that you can hear your neighbours!

Fantastic little gem of a hotel great find on Booking.com

The lobby bar and reception staff were very friendly and extremely helpful, the hotel was immaculate and maids were working consistently to keep it this way including the grounds the food was varied and tasty especially the soup lots to choose from and plenty to drink and good coffee or tea, Our family moved to this hotel mid way through our holiday as the previous accommodation came up way short of the advertised , the hotel was very family friendly and felt like a holiday with children should :)

The location was a little hard to find on foot at least the first time anyway it’s kind of tucked away a bit but that’s not a bad thing, The balcony’s especially the end rooms could be made a little safer for toddlers as the gap at the end is wide enough for a small child to step through :/ We went slightly after the main season so we missed the entertainment and theme nights in the restaurant but I’m sure they would have been amazing fun to attend, the restaurant staff seemed a little tired by this time of the season and it felt like we were the only British guests there at this point but in general this was to be expected by this time of the year (customer service isn’t everyone’s strong point) I must say though the lobby bar, reception staff and pool bar staff were friendly and attentive to all needs

The breakfast was poor, but The other meals were ok, there were a lot of dishes to choose from!

The room was small but clean! They vacuum everyday and change The towels

The staff are really friendly here Marti the reception guy, Marti and sunny the pool bar staff and Svetoslav the lobby bar tender all really lovely and friendly Also Ed’s too They made our holiday really nice

Passable

I liked the big family room but it is definitely not a 4 star hotel. 3 stars I would say.

Some food products were clearly cheap and not tasty, especially those with processed meat. The parking is too small and cars were parked unorderly, our car was blocked for 2 hours before we could take it out of the parking lot.
