In der Beschreibung steht, dass es All Inklusive Ultra ist. Mini Bar muss extra gegen Zahlung bestellt. Nicht mal Wasserflaschen wurden im Zimmer angeboten. Kaffee und Tee gegen Bezahlung im Zimmer. Latte in der Lobby kann man erst um 10:00 bestellen. Mein man war um 09:55 und ihn wurde gesagt, wenn er jetzt es bestellen möchte, dann muss er extra dafür bezahlen. Torten die man an der Theke gesehen hat, müssten auch extra bezahlt werden. Für mich ist es überhaupt nicht ein All Inclusive Ultra. Das Essen hat "0" gescheckt, und zu wenig Auswahl. Insgesamt waren es ca. 20 Gerichte (mit Vorspeise, Suppe). Um einen Sitzplatz zu bekommen, muss man pünktlich zu Buffe Öffnungszeiten kommen, ansonsten alles zu voll. Es bedient dich keiner. Um ein Getränk zu bekommen muss du immer zu der Bartheke laufen. Tische sind zu dreckig, dein Essen wird vor deine Nase weggenommen, egal ob du fertig bist oder nicht. Privatbeach ist auch eine Lüge! Da kommt jeder rein mit seinen Schirmen. Liegen sind erst ab der vierte Reihe umsonst. Am Pool wie immer alles belegt und keine guckt. Es wird nur mit Tüchern belegt, und erst Abends abgeholt. Passen Sie auf die Wertsachen, bei uns wurde die Schwimmweste von dem Kind geklaut von anderen Gäste.

La plecare a trebuit să plătesc 8 leva pentru două cafeluțe care le-am făcut la așa zisul mini bar din cameră eu având ultra all inclusive . Rușinos ! Puteam coborî la recepție și să iau 10 cafeluțe gratis …,mai foloseam și liftul🤣😂😂🤣

Ne-a placut pozitionarea hotelului foarte aproape de plaja, piscina de la imtrarea pe plaja, camerele renovate modern, balconul cu vedere la mare, nu frontala, dar ok, patul cu saltea excelenta, (canapeaua extensibila, nu de aceeasi calitate), sala de biliard, rapiditatea lifturilor, acces la băuturi in mai multe locuri. Mancarea variata, multa, sigur nu ne asteptam la caviar, caracatita, trufe, oua de prepelita sau alte specialități la acest pret, insa au fost legume in diverse combinatii, carne de pui, porc, vită(foarte buna), salate diverse, patiserie, supele si prajiturile neinspirate (combinatii de frisca plus blaturi colorate).
Saunele contracost, considerate ca fiind servicii de lux, desi nu ar fi cazul. Ti se scrie pretul la fiecare si apoi afli ca era doar pentru doua ore…eu am luat o sauna finlandeza si baia turceasca, fiecare 15 leva, adica aprox.75 ron ambele(nu cred ca gasesti asa scumpa o singura sala la noi pentru doua ore), la baia turceasca i-a dat drumul o data la abur, apoi a fost mereu clar; furt este zona spa!

Подорожували автомобілем. Київ-Золоті піски 1157 км. Якщо виїхати о 6 ранку в 22-30 можна бути на місці. Найкоротший шлях Київ-Маяки-Ізмаїл-паром-Мангала- Албена-Золоті Піски. Необхідно купити зелену карту, медичну страховку (на кордоні не перевіряють), віньетка Румунія, Болгарія.
Відпочивали 9 ночей, пожаліли що взяли 9 днів, требо було брати більше!
За 9 днів відпочинку,не набридла їжа, головний ресторан, постійно дивував стравами. Потрібно розуміти, що Ultra All inclusive, в кожній країні різний. Тому, не будьте прискіпливими! Не порівнюйте з Hilton в Туреччині, або десь в іншому місцІ, це БОЛГАРІЯ)))
Наприклад, в Болгарії буде норм, якщо в номері буде платний чай та кофе… До речі, одна із фішок в Болгарії, в ресторанах, кафе, на вулиці, туалети платні, незалежно від рівня ресторану (окрім готелю авжеж)!))))
В готелі прибирають добре, нові номера, з дизайнерським ремонтом, плоским телевізор, з можливістю підключити до You-Tube, гарний краєвид на море.
Інфо для українців, в Болгарії, багато відпочивають кацапів, тому - « акать і чьокать» ви будете чути будь-де на вулиця. В готелі вони теж були, але не багато та конфліктів під час відпочинку не було.
Готель рекомендую Всім гарного відпочинку.
Мала різноманітність алкогольних напоїв, як для системи Ultra All Inclusive. Одноманітне меню з солодощами. Немає власної парковки. Парковка, що рекомендує готель, коштувала за 9 днів-120 Євро.

Locația - excelenta! Chiar in centru
Facilități - tot ce îți dorești
Hai sa vedem cum sta treaba cu mancarea. Pai unora nu le place, pt ca sunt obișnuiți cu tocana, prajeala, murăturile si mirosurile specifice. Salate tot felul, cu rodie, cu ton, cu branzeturi, cascaval pane cu inserții de fructe de padure, orez cu stafide, sau simplu... friptura de vita, pui, porc, legume, peste somon si alte specii...supe, pizza, paste, dulciurile specifice ale lor. Este un restaurant unde toată mancarea este pusa in vase speciale, nu miroase cand intri , nici pe holuri. Mocheta pe jos, scaune tapitate, mese generoase, suficient spatiu. Ordine, disciplina, ti se ridica farfuria imediat ce ai golit-o(si foarte bine, abia nu se mai vede tot ce ai carat la masa), pe plaja restaurant, in caz ca nu ti-a ajuns ce ai consumat inainte. Aici la fel, fructe, înghețată, pizza, paste , fripturi, ciorbe, prajituri, bauturi, de toate. In barul de la piscina bauturi, înghețată. Pai cat sa mananci si sa bei? Mai comentau românașii nostri ca dc cola la sticluță este cu bani. Sau: a chemat directorul, ca mirosea mancarea a stricat. Erau paste, cu diferite branzeturi. Cand a ridicat capacul, logic ca mirosul era diferit. A gustat directorul din toata mancarea si i a asigurat ca este in regula. Vai de noi.
Curățenie - zilnic veneau
Au schimbat prosoapele, la lenjerie le am spus ca nu este nevoie. Acasa la voi tot asa va schimbati lenjeria? Zilnic? Hai sa fim seriosi! Pai aici faci de 10 ori mai multe dusuri decat acasa, deci te bagi curat in pat si de transpirat nu traspiri, ca ai clima in camera si peste tot. Nisip nu aduci, pt ca au montate dusuri pe plaja, la intrarea spre piscina, unde sa te speli. Daca chiar sunteti asa disperați sa vi se schimbe zilnic toate cele, vedeti ca aveti acolo unde bagati cartela un buton, cu o tanti care are galeata si mopul in mana. Apasati pe ala si vi se face curatenie 🥴. Nu mai spuneti ca nu se face curatenie.

Amplasarea hotelului, cameră mare cu un design frumos,plaja privata cu șezlonguri și umbrele , nisip fin ,piscina mare( gresia nu aluneca asa cum spunea cineva în comentarii) ,pat mare și confortabil , halate si papuci noi, priveliștea de la balcon direct spre mare.Terasa din fata hotelului unde poți sta seara În privința macarii se poate și mai bine dar cum si prețul fata de alte hoteluri de 5 stele este bun se merita Gasesti sa mănânci de la salate de toate felurile la carne de porc ,pui, vita ,peste ,fructe de mare ,supe,paste,orez,fasole cu carnati, varza calita , omleta ,oua ochiuri sau fierte,lapte cereale ,clătite americane si normale ,gem unt ,miere ,sosuri preparate de ei pentru salate prăjituri, ingetata,sucuri la dozator si băuturi alcoolice de toate felurile Ce este contra cost este asa cafeaua din camera, prăjiturile si ingetata de la terasa hotelului în rest este all inclusiv
Baiatul inalat care făcea omleta foarte sfidător Se uita urat daca il rugai sa mai prăjească ouăle ochiuri încă puțin .In general mananc oua ochiuri moi dar acestea erau si cu albusul gelatinos. Am stat 5 zile și de cate ori îl găseam era la fel cu atitudine sfidătoare nu trebuia sa spună nimic se vedea după fata te ignora pur și simplu si nu doar pe mine Poate managerul sa ii atragă atenția în privința aceasta In rest totul a fost ok cu restul personalului

Teilweise auch nettes hotelpersonal.
Teilweise sehr unfreundliches personal aber anscheinend aufgrund von sehr schlechten arbeitsbedingungen.
Das Essen ist weit entfernt von 5 sterne und wir fuhren 3 von 5 tagen zum essen in nach Warna.

Hotelul este foarte bine intretinut camerele arata super bine, facilitatile sunt de nota 10 (SPA, piscina, sala de fitness)
Mancarea foarte multa si destul de diversificata.
Bautura foarte slaba, sucurile, apa, toate sunt la dozator, cafeaua foarte slaba.
Personalul in mare parte neprietenos cu mici exceptii.

Pozitionarea,camerele spatioase si decorate cu bun gust ,vederea la mare,piscina si plaja fix la iesirea din hotel,piano bar-ul decorat foarte frumos.Hotelul per total arata foarte bine si la exterioar(in special seara) si la interior. Mancarea tipic de all inclusive,nu ai cum sa ai pretentii la acest concept,si la acest pret.A fost acceptabila.Cu personalul nu am avut nicio problema cum am citit prin comentarii…Toti au fost foarte draguti,incepand de la receptie,bar si doamnele de la curatenie.
Curatenia in camere nu prea s-a facut.Dupa 4-5 zile incepi sa observi nisip prin baie si pe balcon.Se schimbau doar prosoapele si se lua gunoiul,zilnic.Statiunea in sine nu prea este de vizitat…ideal este sa ramai in perimetrul hotelului si poate o plimbare dus-intors cu trenuletul.

The property, the view, the restaurants and bars, beach, pools, facilities, staff. Everything was truly 5 stars and actually better than expected. Shout-out to the bartenders, to the pool and spa staff, great drinks, not just your simple all-inclusive cheap liquors. Everything was excellent. Definitely coming back if in Golden Sands again

Our stay at Admiral Hotel was absolutely amazing!
- The location is the best in the whole Golden Sands
- The interior design it’s stunning (the hotel was refurbished this year so everything is brand new) - very modern and using latest technology in terms of audiovisual
- Attention to detail in everything - The personalized welcome message on the screen in the room, fresh flowers on every table in the restaurant, beautiful flowers bouquets in the common areas
- Friendly staff - Chef Nina - such a sweet woman, waiter Filipo, the cleaning lady who made an elephant out of towels and put our sunglasses on their eyes - see pic
- The benefit of using the gym as well as 4 saunas at no extra cost
- Sun beds & umbrella on the beach
- Beach towels
- Very nice and varied food
PS I would highly recommend this hotel and I would personally ignore the rates/some of the comments as this is indeed a 5* hotel!

Location near to the beach, the sea was great.
For umbrellas on the beach i sow fights. There is no organisation. The toilet in the room has smell of pee. The thea and coffe in the room are not for free and also in the end we pay a little more than we consume (like 10 euro). Personal with no smile and verry irascibile due to cheap bulgarian sallary possibile. The car was lifted up in 5 minutes and we payed 50 euro to get it back. Only the car of the guests are lifted. The bulgarian cars are not lifted and this is one reason I will never visit this country again. There is no parking to the hotel. The parking is only for personal and tippers. I think they bought those 5 stars...because i see only 3,5 maximum 4. I was in 5 stars hotel before and I know the difference. In 5 stars you eat litteraly olive oil at the all inclusive, not palmier oil.

Everything was perfect, food was very tasty and different every day, the rooms are very very nice and clean, private beach and close to the sea, with pool BAR…highly recommend this hotel and we will come back again definitely……..
The only thing I didn’t like was that they don’t have private parking included in the price, which is very expensive to pay separately…….

We wait for a long time on check-in and on check-out at the reception.
On check-in the lady on reception told us to wait, it was a single client in front of us, we wait for an hour, on the couch, after that time, nobody call us to reception. We went again and in the end we succeed to get the room, that it was fully payed one week before.
On check-out we wait half an hour at the reception until the lady checked if we consume something from the fridge in the room, even if I told her that I did not consumed.

-the location is really good, the hotel is really tidy and clean, the decorations and design were on point as well, the pool was also a nice addition as well as the aqua gymnastics classes,and the patisserie was OK and with good and calm stuff

Size of the room and it was recently refurbished and the layout in the room is very functional. The sea view is great, noizy if the door is left open. Pool & beach big enough.
The stuff was unfriendly and rude at the reception desk, in the restaurant and at the swimming pool. The hotel missinforms the customers about that's included in the Ultra all inclusive price. For example: they mention kid's menu/buffet but there is none. When I asked about it at the receotion they pointed me towards the restaurant meneger who doesn't speak English at all and a colleague of hers told me that the kids menu is on request. I've asked for fruit yogurt and they had none.Another example is the room service, which doesn't exist. Also they mention the offerings of the Viennese Caffe are included, which is right
at the entrance from the beach/pool/promenade and when you walk inside the hotele there are fridges with cakes but whe you ask for it they make you pay.

Location is the best and hotel is very well maintained, renovated and sparkling clean. The food was very good and variate each day. Best Chef, respect!! All inclusive bar & drinks was amazing too. Infinite Mojitos...

- hotel beach door is closed until 8 am....have to make always a detour from lobby
- Asian Samba is a bit bad managed. Food is asian because have some soy sauce..lol... and the worst part even you have to choose from a very very limited menu, it took ages to came out from kitchen. We had at 19 30 reservation , and at 20 45 quit waiting for the main dish and went upstairs to eat until closing restaurant hours. Pitty...does not recomand Samba never ever
- we left in the room ( i mean at check out) some tips for housekeeping. But the boys from the luggage has a deal i think with reception and they " check" the mini bar and room so always being the first who enter in the room after people checking out...have no doubt why. They smelled that oportunity and from my point of view is not ok.
- parking have to pay in leva. If you pay in ron...is always 20% plus. Is my second year next year i will be prepared with leva. I learned my lesson
