Die Lage ist schon sehr gut.
Ich hatte die ersten 2 Tage kein warmes Wasser. Die Sauberkeit war auch nicht das, was man erwartet. Das vorhandene Personal war sehr nett.

The space is large with a big window that lets in plenty of natural light.
The noise from the street was loud since the apartment is on the first floor; you could hear people having conversations. Not to mention, since the Europe Cup was happening in Berlin that week, the celebrations of the winners kept us awake. One night, we had the window open, and the smell of marijuana was obvious.
The first night, we didn’t have any TV channels. On the second night, we had only a limited selection of channels. By the third night, we had a regular cable TV provider. The internet was unreliable during the first two nights. The chairs in the kitchenette are covered in fabric and have stains, so I didn’t feel comfortable sitting there to have my coffee.

+really spacious and airy apartment - we got the one on the first floor with windows overlooking the inner yard so it was peaceful and quiet.
+the kitchen was big and had most of the necessary equipment, although a chopping board and a spatula were missing. all the appliances worked fine.
+the bathroom was quite conveniently equipped too (tissues on the wall next to the washbasin and plastic bags for hygenic stuff near the toilet). there was very good water pressure in the shower so it was a pleasure to wash off the whole day's weariness. towels were changed on daily basis if necessary
+the whole place was spotless! the cleaning service really did their job perfectly!
+the lady receptionist helped us upon arrival with accessing the hotel's underground garage, made the check in easy and fast and provided us with wi-fi passwords
+the apartment is just about 400m from the underground and a well-stocked Rewe supermarket is about 600m away
the apartment wasn't exactly modern when it comes to interior design or the age of furniture, but that wasn't really a problem as everything worked as it should. the only issue was the bed I was sleeping in - the mattress was too soft for me, also wi-fi wasn't very fast

Location, near a station and a lot of restaurants. Big appartment.
Hygiene, mold / smell in the bathroom. No couch / apart living area. And the bed produces noise when you move. Another bed was damaged.

They missed to replace towels on one occasion, at the time reception was closed so wasn't able to correct this.

The hotel is in a great location near the Kurfürstendamm shopping boulevard. Many eating and shopping options and good public transport access. As it was late November, it was great to be within walking distance from the Christmas market on Breitscheidplatz.
Our room was large and convenient. It was clean and the beds comfortable. Also convenient to have a bar fridge in the room.
There is no breakfast facility, but a small bakery right across the road is good for breakfast.
It was also great that we could control the temperature to our liking by turning the heater up or down.
The wifi in our room was terrible. We both had to work, but it was nearly impossible. We had to go and sit in the hallway for virtual meetings. The staff had no solution -- they just kept giving us new codes to connect with, but the internet remained bad. At one point, a staff member asked if we can't just go somewhere else to work.
The plumbing is also strange. The shower backs up while you shower but then drains when you flush the toilet (or someone in another room flushes theirs). Quite inconvenient to have to get out of the shower to flush the toilet before you can continue your shower.

All transport links within 8 minutes, near restaurants. Cleaner was very good, good sized room. Cool water on tap at reception
Entrance rather shabby, not for you if you don’t like rail transport noise. I don’t, but got used to it. Saniflow toilet

The location was fantastic. Access to metro and to restaurants and shops. Very easy to reach every popular locations in town. The bed was very comfortable. Quite near to Lidl just 5 minutes on foot so very convenient.
A bit too near to train track.

What we got for the price is great.
A great appartment in the center of one of Berlin's most important neighborhoods is amazing. You are close to so many places which made it easy to get groceries and then discover the city by train.
I really loved the tidiness of the whole place. Made it very comfortable to stay there.
Also nice that room service changed the trash bags and brought extra toilet paper everyday.
What was also a great plus is that both bathrooms were equipped with dispensers for handsoap and also shampoo/showergel for in the shower.
For the rest the appartment was nice and big and very comfortable to share with 4 friends. I took the smallest room but stil it was nice and comfy to sleep in.
We really only had small issues with our stay.
We had an early flight so he late Check-in time was a bit of an issue but the staff there were great so they kept our luggage safe untill we got back.
The free internet had it's issues tho. You could only really use it if you were close to the kitchen. If you went to the balcony you lose all connection. It is also quite slow.
It would've been nice if room service brought new towels everyday but this is really a minor issue cs there were plenty of places to let the towels dry.
Another issue was the shower head. It wasn't impossible to take a shower but the head was stuck on a broken massage function so it wasn't that nice.
Also the pan we got there for cooking wasn't a non-stick pan which made cooking a bit of an issue. Nothing too bad of course.

Very good location, comfy beds
Old, worn out apartment. They need to renovate. Toilet did not flash, stinky, no air, noise from the street.
