Fantastic hotel will definitely be returning

The staff are all amazing, the privilege package was fantastic

B&B package - had trouble just walking up to pool snack bar to have a bite to eat- we was told we needed to book a table through an app- when I said I wanted to pay I was told no it’s app bookings only..? So went out to eat.

A lot of money for a very standard experience

Nice clean room, good location

Very rude staff, the security guard on the main doors especially has a serious attitude problem especially with women. He was very rude and aggressive with family members coming to meet with us at Xmas time, rushing over to tell them off for meeting us in the doorway. He would make a beeline for them and ensure they couldn't even come in for a (paid for coffee or drink in the bar). which they have had during past stays. As a group of three families who meet up every Xmas this had an impact on us as we are not very mobile and had to walk somewhere every time we wanted a drink together. Whoever has heard of a hotel bar the doesn't serve outside guests? Fair enough if the hotel was fully all inclusive but it isn't. Buffet food was absolutely average. We had no choice but to pay for the gala dinners on Xmas day and New Years Eve. They costs hundreds and hundreds of euros. We expected a served sit down feast (after all you could do a visit to a Michelin star restaurant for the same money) but it was just yet another buffet. We'll probably go to the Villa Cortez next door next year as they have welcomed our family in the past and had no issue with them buying a coffee in the hotel and the food is much better.

Der Kaffee am Frühstück ungeniessbar. Die Kleidung der Herren lässt zum Teil mehr als zu wünschen übrig! Verlangt wird in Ihrer Ausschreibung zum Abendessen lange Hosen. Bestehen Sie darauf und Ihr Hotel ist um eine Klasse besser.

Exceptional

Pools, food, great staff, animation, beautiful place, clean. For me the best hotel in Tenerife

Me and my husband left the sunbeds by the infiniti pool and went for lunch. When we got back someone else was in our seats. It turned out that we were gone for more than 10 minutes and the lifeguard cleaned up our things. It's ridiculous and stupid. I wasn't on a trip around Tenerife at that time, I just had lunch at the hotel. That's the only thing that's not okay with the guests.

Thorough enjoyable and will visit again

Food was very good and entertainment in the lounge bar was great. Staff were all very pleasant and helpful. Definitely be back again.

There was no teaspoons in the restaurant at all all week.

Nice hotel at great location at the beach but I expected much more for my money, so probably I won’t return

sea view, directly at the ocean, food selection and quality is great

I paid the expensive price to expect exceptional service at this 4-star hotel. On the other hand the hotel wanted to charge extra money for almost every of my request: to use the safe in the room, to have an electric kettle in the room, to use the indoor wellness, to have 1-2 hours late checkout, everything is extra. It was a very disappointing feeling. The staff are very inflexible. An example: we were sitting at the beach bar in the afternoon and my son wanted some French fries as a snack. the staff said it is not possible outside, we have to sit inside the beach bar to eat (which is actually the same bar just a separated area). So we wanted to move there to order it but at the entrance the waiter stopped us because we had no reservation. The bar was totally empty with only 2 tables occupied! we had to go through a lengthy QR-code booking process just to get a French fries!… next day I just went out from the Hotel to the neighbouring coffee bar… They have a fancy looking bar and lounge with a limited cocktail selection. For my surprise, when I asked for anything other than the drink menu they refused to prepare. I could not even get the most classic drinks like an Old Fashioned… Least but not last…. I could not locate in the entire Hotel a proper Espresso Machine. They have huge coffee machines everywhere (even at the bar) where you can select like 10 different type of coffees, but it makes terrible coffee.

Improvement needed.

The hotel has a central location in Playa Americanos, close to shops and beach.

I would not recommend this as a quiet and nice environment. The hotel is somewhat outdated, pools could be better maintained. The room was not ready in time, according to booking.com the room should have been ready by 2 but was only ready at 3. Cleaning was done fast, one day fresh towels were missing and we had to wait 1.5h to get towels. The cleaning was not well done, still hair in the shower after cleaning the room. Breakfast is very loud and a lot of people, almost no place outside for a full hotel. The quality of the breakfast is not good, we went outside to have breakfast after 2 days.

It was perfectly fine, it was a 3 night break and acceptable for a short stay

Breakfast was good. Location of the hotel was perfect. Hotel and room were clean and the staff were helpful

Requested early check in which I didn’t get. Arrived at the hotel 11am and room still wasn’t ready at 1400. Received new room after a little complaining (we had been travelling since around 2am and we all just wanted to get showered and changed) which was very small once three beds were in it.

an experience to be repeated

The hotel was stunning and was very well facilitated with amazing decor and super friendly and professional staff. Was provided with a upgrade to the junior suite free of charge and every member of staff made the experience feel personal especially the reception team who were super welcoming and helpful

Good location, not so all inclusive.

Great location walks away from the beach. Beautiful sunsets every night and easy walk to other shops and foo.d

The food was really average, some portions were cold and tasteless. If you don't pay for the all-inclusive they will nickel and dime your average wine and soft drinks. The spa was not available during our stay so book ahead.

Passable

I liked the food(very good value when you add lunch/dinner to your stay) and the poolside.

The rooms were quite small and dated. Given the opulence of the reception area and rating of the hotel, you would expect the basics in the room i.e tea/coffee making facilities with complimentary teas/coffee, free ironing. The room alone is not up to a 4 star hotel standard, maybe 3.
