Breakfast was excellent, room was very good and the location was ideal for us as train travellers
The sauna was quite cold on Saturday at around 20.00

Loved the location, short distance from the town/shops, plus close to public transport as well
Room was very dusty, but think that was due to the building works across the road.
Plus no where near enough plug sockets for charging gadgets etc

Rooms are always clean and a nice comfy bed, staff in all parts of the hotel are always very helpful. The location is great to catch the A1 bus to the airport or for the train from templemeads.
Nothing to dislike

No issues.

Me dieron una habitación silenciosa muy bien
Todo bien, solo lamento que un día me despertarán las camareras conversando afuera de mi habitación a las 7am

Good location
Rooms were freezing, skirting boards thick dust, cobwebs, black mould in bathroom. Had to have heaters in the room as so cold.

Location is brilliant and hotel has adequate parking. Lovely hotel and usually enjoy our stay
The cold room, heat register wasn't working properly, cold breakfast (although hot food), no remote control for TV in room when we arrived. Stains on curtains and carpet. Given small room heater to compensate for cold bedroom.

We booked the hotel for 3 nights over the bank holiday, unfortunately my mother got taken into the hospital on the Friday so we couldn't travel. It was a very stressful day. We travelled on the Saturday and arrived at the hotel to be told although we had paid upfront for the entire trip there was no room for us. I was then spoken to like a child and 'told off' how if we can not check in at the hotel on the day we booked we must phone up and tell them otherwise they will give the room away. The way the lady spoke to me infront of my 9 year old son was disgusting.
She spent the next 20 minutes letting me stand there while she walked around from room to room huffing telling me they were fully booked so nothing they could do. After more computer checking she said "actually a colleague has luckily put you into the system and booked you a room" then tried to tell me I'd only booked for 1 night. Luckily I had all the details on my phone. She begrudingly 'found' us a room and practically threw the room card at my son and I. When we arrived at the room it was all made up for the 3 of us, so they had no infact been fully booked, or given our room away and she was rudely just trying to make a point. More to the point I had already paid for that room.
I work in travel and have NEVER experienced rudeness of staff like it and will not be returning. On booking out the same lady was all smiles and lovely until I told her the room number where her demeanor changed and she again threw me the car park receipt didn't have the courtesy to say anything to me. Just to be clear, during our stay we had had no contact with his lady or done anything other than arrive a day late due to illness. This ady should not be working for such a hotel as her behavoiur was embarrasing to the Hilton group.
The rude staff

Reception staff were good.
The room was old and tired, the bathroom was dreadful, the sheets on the bed looked used, the bed creaked each time you moved making sleep impossible. Not up to the standard expected of a Novotel.

The receptionist's attitude is not appropriate for a good customer service environment

location
room was stuffy and hot. unable to open ark due to marathon - could have been notified about this prior to our arrival

Easy access
Car park underneath iwould be problematic if it gets busy. Also £15 extra for parking seems excessive. Breakfast was also expensive.

Comfortable and quiet room.
The housekeeping staff were a little noisy quite early in the morning.

Staff were super friendly when we arrived, and told us about all the facilities. Our room was ready earlier than 2pm. Our queen superior room was lovely and big and we loved the pillows which were half hard and half soft! It was in a great location with the bus stop outside too
Couldn’t make the lift work using our key card so ended up using the stairs during our stay but this was fine as we were only on the 2nd floor.
Wish breakfast didn’t have to be £14 (discounted) but it was nice and did a good range of things.
We found our room way too warm with no way to turn it down, so ended up having our windows open a lot of the time to cool it down.

very polite staff
bathrooms are old fashioned , paid parking cor the guests
