I've stayed here a few times travelling for work. Great location, lovely building, nice rooms and always a friendly greeting.
Not much to mention, all as hoped!

Was near the 02 where we were going
Didn't know second door was linked to front door and had to ask. As we had come back late

Elegant property in great location. Vanessa was very helpful, especially about the gluten-free items for breakfast - a real plus for coeliacs. Lots of good places nearby for lunch/dinner. For chocaholics, visit Mrs Potts on the way to College Green - yummy. Also less than 5 mins walk from St Georges's Bristol.
Parking is really expensive right outside the property but Vanessa guided us to a multi-storey round the corner which saved us quite a lot. In future we'll take the train and use the bus within the city!

great location, nice room and comfortable bed
no kettle/facilities in room, recognise there’s a communal kitchen but didn’t want to disturb others late at night / early in morning

Location was good and people super friendly. Nice big room well decorated and lovely and clean. King size bed was nice.
Tea, coffee and biscuits in the room was expected, did have use of the kitchen which was homely but meant had to get dressed at 4am for a cuppa. For the price I would have also expected breakfast included as it is a B and B..... one of these B's stands for breakfast.

The hotel was a lovely Georgian Building in a good location for the centre and Clifton. . The bedroom was very clean and comfortable. The host was very friendly and provided lots of info on the hotel and Bristol. Breakfast was good and included in the price. Just wish we could have stayed longer.

Shower could be better.

parking a bit stressful

Excellent location, simple and stylish, lovely kitchen/ sitting/ dining room, great tea making facilities, delicious breakfast and an exceptionally helpful and good property carer.
The sink in the shower room was a bit too small, hence a bit difficult to wash my face.

The girl who checked us in and made our breakfast was so nice and so accommodating and made us feel very welcome. The room was small but lovely. Very good location for a quick city visit. Overall an excellent stay!
The room got very warm at night and opening the window didn't really help (plus the noise from outside woke us up a bit too early then). Maybe a small AC unit in the room could help?
4.6
Very comfortable room in a very well kept house. I enjoyed the use of a well stocked kitchen. I will have breakfast next time I stay. Bed was extremely comfortable. The window looked over the park and there was a view of the city beyond. Shower and toilet small, but practical and usable. Bottle of water in room was simple and pleasant touch. Tea and coffee in the kitchen.
Could hear people moving about in other rooms, but it wasn't really a problem as there were only a couple of rooms on each floor. Be warned - lots of stairs!

Really comfy bed and pillows! Great shower and good kitchen facilities. Check in and out was fuss free. Lovely place.
One tiny thing.. Fresh coffee would be nice rather than instant.
4.6
The lounge area and being able to make tea or coffee whenever we wanted it. Also, use of the tv although instructions on which remote control to use would be helpful.
It wasn’t clear from the communications received prior to our visit whether a cooked breakfast was included in the price paid.

great location and communal areas were lovely.
our room had a minuscule bathroom, but it was compact and we only had one night there. I believe we had the smallest room, which is fine too.

Elegantly furnished in beautiful building in best location. Very clean and friendly employees. It couldn't have been better.
