Location is good, close to restaurants. Apartment has a good layout. View is excellent.
Broken facilities in the apartment and the general cleanliness is very poor. Carpet stains, water in-between panes of glass in the shower door, broken toilet roll holder, spider webs on the balcony, stains on the sofa, wear and tear on the wall etc. make a very poor impression. The carpet just outside of the toilet was especially disgusting as it looked like some brownish/reddish liquid dried on it, may have been rust.

It was easy to find and the staff were extremely helpful
When we arrived the heater was set to maximum, it was extremely hot and uncomfortable until we could control the temperature which took almost 12 hours. We had a leak under the sink that flooded to kitchen whilst we were out. There were not enough towels for our number of guests.

The bed was comfy, I felt safe and the welcome at reception provided me with all the info I needed.
4.0
It had a working kitchen. The layout was spacious.
The room was dirty, we had to request it to be cleaned and practically had to beg to change rooms. The second room we got on a higher level was the same price but significantly more updated in the furniture (bigger TV, couch) which seems unfair. The view was horrible. Pointed directly at a construction zone.

Very convenient location, close to the CBD, the lake and ANU campus.

Easley accessed and plenty of space. More than we needed for a one night stop. We will return.
The nearby construction during the night. Not their fault.

Location
There was a massive construction site outside of my window and the construction noise could be heard inside the room. The truck noise would start from around 6am and the construction noise stated at 7am sharp. I requested for a room swap but didn’t get a follow up.

Room for as good and great location
Team member was not really welcoming
We had a 5 hour drive and we’re tired
We paid for 4 breakfast but he said it was only 2 they provided… it become an argument that I was not ready to have so I just told him we will deal with this in the morning.. he said yep talk to them then.
He then asked for full payment… I told him that this was already paid for but again I paid as I did not want to argue….. we got charged 2 times and numerous calls later we hope this gets resolved.
This has left a bad experience for 3 of us and having to explain our Head Office was more that I could handle for us hard working week

Good location.
Apartment and building was a bit run down. Some appliances and pots etc were a bit dirty. Needed to wash them prior to using. Parking fees should be included

Good size rooms, plenty of equipment, wifi worked well.
Facilities were a little run down. The carpet was dirty and a bit smelly. The bathroom and kitchen needed repairs and a thorough deep clean.

My family was all together
no ensuite. 3 adults and 2 teenagers using 1 bathroom and no seperate toilet. Unit was very tired and worn. Thought we were getting a city view but it was a construction site.

The offer of another room when I informed staff of all of the major problems in the room. But this meant that our family had to sepaerate which is not what we wanted.
Unit 604 bathroom was absoloutly freezing. The vent bringing in freezing cold air which automatically came on with the light. The tiles were freezing and hot water ran out after the first shower. We were a party of 5 yet only 1 bathroom and not even a seperate toilet! Sofa bed mattress needs replacing. No balcony. Heating only in lounge room. No heating in bedrooms and bathroom. I paid $350 for this room - why we wern't given 603 to start with I will never understand. Our family had to seperate and have half in each room, not what we planned. We wanted to be all together.

Great location. Very clean and quiet, comfortable beds, and very spacious. Absolutely loved our stay
Managing the hot water taps in the shower was a little tricky at first

Good bedrooms and open area with a lounge and seats. The kitchen was good, decent view out the windows.
The Bathroom was a bit small, and the window let in a lot of light during the day.

Bathrooms were very outdated.
Key cards worked only on odd occasions - had to keep getting them fixed.

Location was great, room was warm and inviting, view was ok
Lounges were uncomfortable, loose handrail on balcony, rusted towel rail in bathroom, cracked tiles in bathroom, cupboard door in lounge area falling off, dining table wobbly, cupboard in kitchen swollen from water damage.

excellent location, roomy, clean, comfortable, great view over the lake
would have been great to have a folder with local eateries, take away menus, etc, suggestions on what to do & where to eat.

location is great. rooms all good, kitchen, bathroom all fine.
check-in took way too long, no eye contact, to the point of rudeness, no apology for taking about 20 minutes. room was freezing cold and it was difficult to locate the air-con. with only 1 lift working wait times for the lift were exrtensive. then if you went down the fire stairs you could not access the underground carpark. many fire stair doors were locked. i would dread to be there in case of a fire! during the day the bedroom door must have blown shut and it was locked from the inside. no key available. all out stuff locked inside. slow service to fix this. was offered free wifi if i joined Accor, however the link didnt work... and we never got connected, just used out own mobile phone data for the whole 3.5 days.
