Manhattan apartments review

I loved the location, facility was clean and easy to use equipment. The sofa also served as beds which was convenient for the kids as they wanted to watch movies. Everything about it was just perfect especially the efficient check in process and non contact procedures...makes things easy. I loved the whole experience.

Superb

Great location, close to everything, secured building and parking. Easy to book, check in and out. Lovely big apartment, large rooms, good kitchen and bathroom. Room for a single camp mattress in the bedroom which also has a desk in it. Have started before and highly recommended. Good cooking facilities, laundry facilities in bathroom.

Bed a bit uncomfortable, a good quality mattress topper would make this place completely perfect

Location is excellent for our purposes. The team did work hard to fix an internet/WiFi issue and came up with a good interim solution.

Only one key and one fob for the carpark, difficult when both members of the party needed access at different times because of differing meeting schedules. We were offered a second key which carried a $250 deposit; we made alternate arrangements! There were a number of small maintenance issues. We have left feedback direct with the company about a number of things .... because if you don't make them aware of things that need sorting, it won't get sorted. No information folder. We have hired other apartments in the same block (via a different company) which have been much better. I expect more from an apartment with an 8.3 rating and at the price paid.

Great central location

No signs etc saying how to get to the pool. We wanted to have a dip but asked several people who also didn't know. The unit needs to have some info about how to access the pool.and its hours.

Great location for the event that we were attending. To have parking available is an advantage, especially when in the city.

On arrival the apartment was not as clean as I would have expected. I sent an email to address this which was not acknowledged. Previously there had been good communication. There were also issues with the clothes dryer. An information document would have been helpful as I had to make a phone call to find out where the waste disposal was located.

good central location close to shops and restaurants. undercover secure car park.

uncomfortable bed and pillows, wasn’t as cleans as I would have expected, bins were collected from near the bedroom window at around 4/5am waking us each day and neighbours were very loud playing musical instruments very late at night.

Will not be staying there again. Shame really because location is just perfect.

Location is perfect for sure and the apartment spacious. The hostess contacted us promptly and answered emails promptly too which was nice. Kitchen and bathroom modern and look great.

Bedding was terrible. Didn’t feel fresh especially the doona which didn’t look freshly washed and looked horrible. Towels small @ only one each! had to ask for more towels for our 4 day stay. Just one tea towel which didn’t smell too good! Artificial plants dusty, and furniture not dusted properly. Lots of cushions but all quite tatty as was the rug. Other people’s food left in freezer and other people’s mouthwash in the bathroom cabinet!

Apartment was beautiful compared to our accommodation at Batemans Bay a couple of years ago were we didn't even have a toaster this Apartment had everything. Perfect my grandson was very impressed come back after a good day out and just feel at home I will be coming back again.

The dryer was a bit uncooperative but after a while I managed to master it

Great place to stay

Great location, large 1 bedroom apartment, good size balcony, living area and bathroom. Great value, easy to follow check in instructions. Internet worked well, cleaning products provided. Only used microwave but all cooking items provided including oil, paper towels, salt, pepper etc. Close to shops, restaurants, park, theatre. Secured building and parking.

A few things left by previous persons, opened milk in fridge, mouthwash and body wash in bathroom, can of beer in kitchen cupboard. Went to vacuum before leaving but the hose was broken. Clothes airing rack would be great as can't put lots of clothes in dryer.

I absolutely loved the amount of detail and effort that went into explaining the check-in and check-out process! I'm an over-thinker and like to be told exactly how to do something so by Sarah sending me the word document with photos and instructions was amazing and made the whole process 10x easier. The location was also one of the best parts about the apartment too as we were doing things around that area. It also wasn't noisy at all considering it was in the centre of the city. :)

Spacious and very liveable.

Spacious, comfortable apartment right in the middle of the Canberra CBD with shops just a few paces away. Close to attractions and great secure, under cover parking. Except for the usual and unavoidable street noise being right in the city, the unit was very quiet. Great for short or long stays.

Major facade renovation work is taking place and visitor parking to pick up keys was unavailable. Minor building noise did come through during the day during our stay.
