Excellent value for money in a modern and spacious hotel room.

Modern decor, spacious room and bathroom. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly.

Nothing, only thing that could improve is having cold drinking water readily available at breakfast.

Very poor

The hotel was smart, clean and well presented, however our overall stay was terrible.

We had two bad nights because the air can didn’t work. We even changed rooms in the middle of the night. External temperatures were around 14 but our rooms, both of them were over 22deg even with the fan setting on high and set at 18deg. There were no opening windows, except on the corridors that were left open. It was not good travelling a long way for a funeral and then not sleeping. We later noted that someone else had commented on the room temperatures. They must know about this as we were offered a fan, but what is the use of moving hot air around in a sealed room and creating more noise.

Overall good experience staying at the hotel.

Property was very neat and clean, stuff was extremely helpful. Very quiet 🤗

Not as good as when it was Hilton

Nice clean room. Modern and good size.

Staff were not as friendly or helpful as when I stayed before. Breakfast used to be included in the stay and now you have to pay £11 each for it on top of the cost of the room.

Didn't actually stay at this hotel as they moved us to coldra court hotel even after booking months in advance they took another booking and moved us. But we were pleasantly surprised that we ended up in a better hotel so book coldra court hotel instead..

Comfortable stay

Comfortable room. Breakfast was OK. Great price for a night stay. Only stayed from late night until early morning. But all as you would expect from a hotel. Friendly staff, well organized.

The room was very dusty, could do with some proper vacuuming and cleaning. I could not get an invoice for the stay, was supposed to go via the agency. Never heard that before, strange.

Brilliant

The shower was amazing as well as the bed and the size of the room. Zero complaints 👌

I put a lot of sugar in my tea, it would be nice if there would be more of it available in the room, however that didn't affect the stay and I would totally recommend it to my friends and family.

I checked in and was given my room went to my room only to find that it hadn’t been cleaned since the last person stayed there had my room reassigned with a brief apology from the reception staff the room I then had has no working side lights only main lights and the heating definetly didn’t work I also ordered food that didn’t arrived after 30 minutes ( only a portion of onion rings!) disappointing stay

I love this hotel and have made it my regular stay place. Its clean, comfortable, convenient to where I need to be, good breakfast and good price.

It was ok for a last minute booking but not for a weekend.

Location great easy for the M4 breakfast not so good unfortunately the hot stuff was in a bag which was sweaty and made my bacon roll soggy can't beat a plate with breakfast items on .

The heating in the room didn't seem to work properly and the light on the heating box was very innoying as it was very bright in the nite. Pillows weren't good at all only had 3 which was strange as there was 2 of us so one had 1pillow the other had 2 bathroom was very good nice hot shower we had to go and get a remote for the telly as there wasn't one in our room , not enough selection in the tea / coffee bowl definitely not enough sugar for 2 people biscuits best thing on the tray .
