My name is Dona, I booked hotel 2 rooms and 2 tonight’s as a present for my brother for his hard work. Firstly, I open the hotel and it mentioned with fully breakfast. Unfortunately I did not notice after the booking only one room had breakfast . Very disappointed. Second , one room had leaked Aircond, the staff said they will fix it, but second night it still leaked. Caused the floor wet over the night, terrible! The floor covered was pulled out. Very dangerous for kids to walk around the room. The water tab in the shower not morning properly. My brother and family checked out and found hotel much cheaper and fully breakfast for all. The only staff was very helpful is Irfandi managed to finalize the payment with my credit card

Need fully renovation at least maintenance

Location and friendly staff

Facilties, seems like a run down hotel which badly needs some restoration as the smell inside the hotel floors puts you off. The breafast was served cold....and when we wanted to order a coffee, they did not have Milk in stock...i mean such a big hotel, running out of milk🤔....i dont see many peaople even interesred to go to the restaurant as it was empty most of the time.....wwe had breakfast included in the booking but hardly tried once and never again.

Beautifil Room, great value for money

The staff were very accommodating and very friendly. The room, bed and bathroom were spotless and very comfy

Location i a bit off as it is quite a distance from the center of Surabaya but it is in walking distance to the Jatim Expo and a supermarket is just nearby.

It's not 'grand' at all.

The location is within walking distance to eateries, shopping etc. The reception and maintenance teams were pretty attentive and efficient. Thank you.

My original booking was for a 'superior' room because it was just for a night stay to catch an early train ride. However, the booking was 'updated' a few days prior to arrival, for a 'deluxe' room at more than Rp1 million. There was nothing 'deluxe' about the room. It was small, cheaply updated (peeling laminates, flimsy headboards, the list can go on...). The (very outdated) A/C took forever to cool the room and the hot water for the shower was not even warm (faulty mixer, maybe?). The hotel is obviously undergoing a facelift, although I'm not sure how 'rejuvenated' it would look once it's all done. Really disappointing, considering Grand Inna is a relatively good brand.

Good stay for shopping

Location is great near by the Tunjangan mall... staff were friendly and helpful....

Disappointed

Staff are very kind & helpful .... Location is great near (T.mall)... Breakfast satisfactory....

Bed,cover,sheets ,pillows,towels Old and worn out... bathroom flushing wasn't function well. Smell of smoking all the corridors & elevator..

Spacious but old

The location with Tunjungan Plaza across the street.

The room wasn’t really maintained well as the floor was damaged and parts of the curtain were ripped. We also occasionally found small ants on the table and bed.
