Adriana was wonderful she organised everything that we needed. Very central location.

Central location.
Good sized bathroom with good shower and large room! Breakfast had a wide range of options.
Helpful staff.
The only real downside of this hotel is that the adjacent streets which you need to use to get to the hotel are dodgy at night. There’s homeless people and drug users around and it felt unsafe. We didn’t have anything happen but each night we returned there after dark we felt very on edge.

Perfect location
Our room was somewhat difficult to reach. Elevator to the first floor and then stairs to the second floor.

new-built hotel near Quattro Csnti, spacious and modern room, balconies, good breakfast, good dining room, helpful staff.
Restored a basically destroyed palazzo in an historic part of the city.

More light in the Bathroom.
Top mich water leaking from the shorrbooth

We only stayed one night. The hotel was very beautiful and comfortable. Last minutes we changed dinner plans and ate at the hotel restaurant. It was very relaxed, very friendly and delicious! We were happy our plans changed!

The excellent breakfasts
No facilities to make coffee or tea in our room
4.5
Classy hotel near the older parts of Palermo, and right next to the large Ballaro market (a short walk to Capo and Vucciria markets). Very well presented with large spacious rooms and excellent bathroom. Warm and comfortable. Staff really friendly and very helpful. We had free parking right at the hotel door, but this is limited. If you're driving make sure you ask the hotel to arrange a central Palermo traffic pass for every day of your stay even if you don't use your car.
All good.
4.5
The place has a nice atmosphere and rooms are comfortable. Our room was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The reception staff was great and very helpful. We also dined in once and can say the food was amazing, although fairly expensive. Also the breakfast was nice and we had a great choice of foods.
The location is sometimes exciting but not in a good way. It's great in terms of closeness to main sights, but we felt observed and didn't feel 100% safe in the evenings.
4.5
Great central location, only a few minutes walk from the main sights
Large, stylish rooms
Good bathrooms
Good breakfast of fruits, pastries and eggs
Helpful staff

Room felt cold with blue decoration and cheap bed drapes .

Beautiful building very nicely decorated, great location for exploring the city (though took some finding by car as sat nav doesn’t work!)
Difficult to find. Wish they hadn’t divided the room up to create a mini suite - it meant the bedroom was in a window less box !

I had a nice room with a kind of a gallery/balcony. Bathroom was new an clean. Had to walk a bit from the elevator to my room, but it is an old Palazzo and not a 10 year old corporate building. Less than 5 Minutes to the 4 facades.
Neighborhood is "rough" and "dirty", if you have never been to Palermo. But if you have any experience of that part of Italy, it is not really rough. That's just Palermo. Grow up.

The hotel was wonderful. It was well maintained and had that old world charm about it. The breakfast options were limited but normal for Italy. The location is very central with the sweet market just around the corner and many great monuments nearby
The hotel was located in a somewhat seedy part of town and it was not unusual to see serious drug use near the front of the hotel. As a solo traveler l didn't always feel comfortable returning to the hotel late at night. Having said this the hotel staff assured me the area was safe
3.5
staff friendly and helpful
mattress was hard!!!!
drug addicts next door a little scary

Really beautiful hotel. Willing, professional and accommodating staff. The breakfast was really very tasty in a pleasant environment - I definitely recommend it.
The surroundings of the hotel are really intimidating. The people who move there look really dangerous.
3.5
breakfast in the courtyard
the undesirables that hung around the ally below our veranda. Police did come and move them on, but they just came back each day.
2.5
big rooms
room looked nothing like the ones online.
beds are hard and pillows are not soft
room are horribly decorated
bathrooms are old. No one help with luggage
very difficult to access room. lots of stairs.

Hotel exceeded our expectation, room was large with separate bathroom. Breakfast was a continental one with all that you would expect including scrambled eggs and boiled eggs, get to breakfast early if you want your eggs warm. Location is excellent for the markets in the old town and the main tourist streets and attractions. Only 10 minute walk from the central railway station.
You could feel the springs in the mattress and the air conditioning is a bit noisy so had to turn it off to sleep. Room overlooked side street that was covered with discarded rubbish but this would appear to be normal throughout Sicily.

The Palace is beautiful, very large and comfy room, good quality bath products.
The area around the hotel is in poor condition, with lots of run down buildings and trash, but unfortunately that's the case of many areas in Palermo

Breakfast was excellent and the desk staff was very helpful. Our room was huge and gorgeous and my daughter appreciated having her own little room. From our room we could watch a number of neighbor cats sit on their patio wall and watch diners eat below, which was fun. Close to everything. Would definitely stay here again.
Only that it was somewhat difficult to follow the menu selections for dinner without a written menu, but that was a very minor issue

Very good breakfast buffet choice and excellent staff and service
External noise from public streets

We were given a room on the top floor which we had to climb stairs to get to. Air conditioning didn't really cool anything down and the room smelt musty. Common areas to the hotel were not air conditioned so very hot. Unfortunately the area the hotel meant that there were criminals which made you feel unsafe heading out later in the day.

Despite reading a few comments about the "not so pleasant" neighborhood, we had a great time and didn't feel unsafe at all. Yes, there's a few issues, but all in all, the location is very good.
We had a lovely stay, great breakfast in the hotel. Beautiful building. The noise of the city didn't really bother us, even at night. It's a southern city, expecting it to be quiet would be a mistake.
In earlier mails, the hotel advised me to park just in front of the hotel. Glad I didn't do that. I think the car would have been stuck for weeks by other parked cars. :) Parking at Piazza Orlando was very easy and just about 20 minutes walking to the hotel. Didn't bother us at all.

Location near Central Palermo, breakfast courtyard, staff very helpful, hotel ambience
Breakfast could have been better, a 4 star hotel with no Parma ham! Although the croissants were great.
