Chambre spacieuse et dans son jus
Restaurant très bon (petit déjeuner et dîner)
Excellent massage
L’insonorisation dans les chambres n’est pas très bonne

The staff was amazing. Super friendly and great service.

Restaurant and breakfast were perfects. With nice view on the garden and the swimming pool
Location very calm. It is a place full of serenity.
The room was really big with all things.
Staff very nice and helpful (babybed)
the service at the pool is too slow and the swimming pool could be cleaned more often (lots of leaves)
It is pity that the cenote was closed

Our room was fabulous, the grounds were gorgeous, the pool was brilliant and the food was excellent and very reasonably priced. We all had spa treatments which were pleasant but overpriced.
The spa treatments were overpriced and there was a lot of waiting around to check in, check out, and get into the spa. We actually had to alter our intended spa treatments because the therapists were nowhere to be found at the scheduled time.

Overall, the property is very beautiful and we liked that it's a bit remote (which is important to know for your stay...it's about an hour drive to Merida). The pool was beautiful and the breakfast was very nice.
On our final night, we were woken up around midnight by a loud noise outside of our room. My husband went to see what it was and they were power washing outside of our room. I have no idea why they needed to do this in the middle of the night, especially at a five-star property and directly outside of guests' rooms. When it hadn't stopped by 12:30, we called the front desk and were told it would be 10 more minutes. When it didn't stop after 10 minutes, we called and were told it would be 20 more minutes. The woman at the desk was totally unconcerned and didn't apologize for the work being done. It finally stopped after 1:00 am. We had to wake up at 5:30 to drive back to Cancun (nearly 5 hours) and we were both exhausted when we finally woke up. I reported this to management and received an email saying they were sorry, but nothing further was done to make up for the disturbance, nor did they explain why they would do this so late at night. We were left with a bad taste in our mouths and will not return to the hotel.
There was also a scorpion in our room one morning when we returned from breakfast. I understand you are in the countryside and this can happen, but guests should be on the lookout.

Never had hot water even though I complained about it. Also they intended to charge me an extra 50 dollars amount plus tax daily for an extra bed for the room I paid for 3 adults. I had to convince them and show them my printed reservation that the room said in Booking it was for 3 adults and that the extra bed was included.

Comfortable bed, gorgeous swimming pool, adorable staff, choice of food in the restaurant, impressive parc, good location to visit the area.
Communications issues (few people speak English). Price regarding the quality.

unfortunately the cenote was closed for construction work.

the setting and the history of the place.
A lot to explore and understand. KT is a very impressive building and the staff were very attentive and helpful.
Not much really.

great stay overall if you’re looking for a real old fashioned Mexican experience which we will were. the main issue at hand was the feeling of the hotel being marketed incorrectly. it should be marketed as being an experience of old Mexico and not a luxury boutique hotel which is not. it is not a 5 star luxury hotel but as hacienda experience it is fantastic. mosquitos are bad but it is what it is. Food options could be greater given lack of any real alternative local dining options. spa very over priced so didn’t try it. staff were great.
see above.

impressive estate
lacks some ambience, felt a little worn and old for a “4 star”
8.0 / 10.0
great stay in atmospheric hacienda surroundings.
one advice: stock the minibar, rooms are very far away from the restaurant.

The Hacienda was wonderful. The thing that was unique was that they have their own senote.. I walked to it one morning (about 40 mins walk along a track) and went for a swim. I had the senote all to myself - it was quite magical.
The swimming pool and grounds were also beautiful

Very nice hacienda with a lot of history, they give you a very interesting tour of the property. You will remember this stay !
The food was a bit below our expectations.

beautiful historical properry
not comfortable room due to its oldness if you are looking for a five star clean room experience
7.0 / 10.0
the setting, garden, building, its history, pool, food
room 102 smelled moldy whole day and night. I believe it is the cheapest room of the property. but rather paid more and stay more comfortable room. but we moved already twice for two nights so did not even asked for it. we did not want to go back to the room due to the smell. not a nice experience.

la cama no era cómoda

Dinner was a delight and surprised us with its quality, contrary to older reviews - maybe they changed chefs? Go for supper!
Beautiful grounds, just wish they gave more context about them.
Calling this 'luxury' is a stretch. If they didn't oversell themselves / charge a premium price I'd have given a higher rating.
Issues:
- Pool completely covered in dead bugs and debris to a point we didn't swim... the pool was supposed to be a main attraction of this place, especially with the intense summer heat
- No context given on hacienda, no offer to share history or a tour to give place meaning... there are artifacts everywhere, what do they mean?
- There's a beautiful cenote in the pictures, but we were told we couldn't go to it. Hotel shouldn't highlight off limit features in its advertising.
- A fresh coat of paint here and there and many other small restorations could help bring building back to its historical glory days and fit the 'luxury' title...
- Breakfast was generic and unremarkable, I've had better at every other hotel in our stay in Mexico
Overall felt like this is a hotel that doesn't put effort into itself anymore. Not worth the stay.

it's an amazing hacienda, on big grounds, showing you how it was back then. Huge room. I didn't use the pool, but it looked great. Restaurant on site. Hibiscus juice on arrival.
The hacienda is in the middle of nowhere, I had to drive at dusk on very small roads, badly indicated. The service is sub-par for the standing and price. I left my car on arrival in the alley, and they let me walk alone up to reception, leaving to me to figure out where it was. Check in was very slow. Pretty empty dinner place. Mosquito repellant was never brought. At check out I had to wait 10 min for someone to show up so that I could ask for my car.

Impressive building and nice pool
A nice place but pooerly maneged!
Forbidden smoking in all the proporty? I'm not a regular smoker but I've never been in a hotel with such a fundamentalist attitude.
No drivers offer to go out of the property and the nearest taxi is 1h drive distance...

Beautiful luxurious estate that makes you still feel it’s special history in every place. Amazing pool and very good food in the restaurant. Perfect to unwind a few days.

The history of the place is what gives it it’s charm. It is a historical hacienda with all the comforts and amenities of the modern world. Our room was very spacious, comfortable and quiet. Simply a wonderful place to relax.
The grounds of the property are well kept and look amazing (the big pool in the back completes the ultimate get away place).
The staff was also very nice and accommodating, and the food served was very delicious.
The hacienda also offers a 45min of the property where they give a bit of the history of the place (very interesting).
Nothing

Being a fan of Mexican soap operas when I was a child, visiting this Hacienda was a truly dream came true for me.
Super clean, with historic touch and feel, cozy, spacious, secluded and very authentic. The restaurant offers food and wines of very good quality and variety
A place where one feels at home.
Thank you!!!❤️
Was quite disappointed that the tour around Hacienda was not available in English.

The grounds were beautiful, the swimming facility and service were wonderful. ABSOLUTELY divine coffee and breakfast with a view over the estate. Staying here you knew you were staying somewhere significant and historical. The place oozes the old days and the veranda with it's many chairs was a fantastic place to cool down and catch a breeze while the sun sets.
Some funny business with the bill when I went to check out. I believe that the establishment was too high end to make such foolish mistakes.
