Douchestraal was erg minimaal.

Proste, ale duże i przestronne pokoje z ładnym ogrodem i strefą wypoczynkową. Super dostęp do zoo i dodatkowe atrakcje dla dzieci (place zabaw, malowanie czy mini golf). Smaczne jedzenie w restauracji.
Brakowało wyposażenia w kuchni, a także sprzątania (mimo prośby).

Lekker zwembadje, picknicktafels, ligbedjes.

This lodging exceeded my expectations, it was our first time visiting Mexico, we were tentative about staying outside of the town, but we loved it. The villas are charming, spacious and surround a courtyard with a pool and seating area that is lit up at night. We took advantage of the free admission to the zoo (highlight was the large crocodile and black panther) and we also played a round of mini golf by the lake. The whole property is well maintained and quiet, very relaxing with lots of trails to walk and count the many iguanas. The staff were professional and used google translate to help answer our questions. I would definitely recommend this hotel to families! The location 2 minutes off the highway from Cancun and only 5 minutes straight down the road to the main square in Valladolid made this hotel very easy to find and convenient to everything.
There is a musty smell due to the humidity in this part of Mexico but that is something we experienced in most hotels so that is not something unique to Vallazoo. Overall we were very happy with our stay.

Staff was courteous and prompt to any question or actual help I needed. The location is out on the outskirts of Valladolid so you will need a rental car most likely to avoid any delays trying to get into town.
Really only the location, but that’s not an option for them and the type of operation they run there. It isn’t just a villa, but more of a compound in the Jungle!

Our favourite stay in Mexico with out 2 year old. We loved the pool area and being able to pop over to the zoo. Great location for quick drive to many Cenotes and Valladolid.

We were alone in this really lovely place. After a late free visit to the zoo that we really liked, we relaxed at the pool and ate at the picnic tables. The room was really spacious, clean and comfortable. Everything was perfect for 2 days !

It was so peaceful and quiet. We wanted to relax and this was just the place to do that! The zoo was right there and I could take a walk there every morning. The pool was great too. It’s a small hotel and we got to meet our neighbors. A couple from the Netherlands with two small children and another young couple from Estonia and they enjoyed their stay as well (we’re old very old) You need to have transportation because it’s 5 minutes from town.
The kitchenette didn’t have any thing such as paper towels or dishcloth.

Staff amigable
They didn't have anything at the restaurant. No tortillas for enchiladas, chilaquiles, incomplete breakfast combo, no mermelade etc,
I wouldn't recommend the restaurant.

we enjoyed our stay, the room was big and nice.
Our son really enjoyed the zoo which is very close.
the swimming pool area is nice as well especially at night with the lights.
we liked that the swimming pool is divided with a small part for kids, but it didn’t look clean.

A great place to stay for a restful day or two. Very nice large rooms with a large covered porch outside. A nice pool and gardens. Free entry to the interesting well signed zoo for guests .
This was my second visit and it was exactly as I expected.

Free zoo visits included. Good wifi. The territory is really beautiful in the middle of jungle. Convenient location to visit Chichen Itza, Las Coloradas and other sights. Just a few minutes drive away from Valladolid centre with different activities and dinner options. Despite saying in a message they only accept cash, we were able to pay by card.
the bed was hard and not very comfortable for me, but maybe different people would prefer it like this.

Very pleasant environment. Kind staff. Nice pool. Includes entrance to the zoo.
Smoking outdoors by guest staying in next room. Yes, they were smoking outside but the smell
still came into our area even with door closed.

It's a fantastic option for it's purpose and the room was very good.
There wasn't option for night meals.
4.0 / 5.0
The spacious room (huge comfy bed), en suite, with basic kitchenette and corner to seat, and the setting. The Mexican breakfast at the restaurant, next to the wildlife centre (flamingos and more); the kindness of the staff: Cecilia, Joshua, …; and the enticing swimming pool we had no time to use.
Being quite off the centre of Valladolid (you need a car), the kitchenette (only a microwave) could be better equipped; more when the restaurant is not open in the evening.

Loved the location! Peaceful and beautiful. Room was clean and spacious and great for our family. Daily coffee and room service available. The pool was right outside and was accessible 24 hours a day. There were comfortable hammocks and lounge chairs and the greenery was calming and beautiful with adequate shade by the pool. There were not a lot of rooms so we often had the pool to ourselves and the location was quiet and peaceful. Very cool eating breakfast outside and listening to the macaws greeting each other.
The directions to the property were a little difficult and once inside we had trouble locating how to check in. Although we were fluent enough in Spanish, the staff there didn't speak any English so this could be difficult for some visitors to communicate with staff. If you want to walk other places, this is no the place for you but if you want to stay on site or have a car to get back and forth to Valladolid within 10-15 minutes it was no problem. Stayed 2 nights but could have done 3; didn't have time to play mini golf or explore all of the property since we had other daily excursions.

What a wonderful experience to stay in a zoo. The rooms are very spacious and clean. It's beautiful and quiet. The staff is kind. It has a small kitchenet. The rooms are tastefully decorated and the pool area are nice.
A little out of town and construction starts early in the morning.
