Confirtable Stay

Great stay in hotel, Rooms are good and big in size, staff is good & helpfull, Food was very tasty, view of city from rooftop very nice. Reception staff is very good & polite, they conveyed lots regarding the city. We will visit again ASAP.

Happy stay

Great location, swimming pool on roof top really pleasant and clean big room, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. We travelled with two six year old and lots of luggage despite few stairs staff was so courteous they lift my luggage up to the elevator. This was one of the nicest places we ever stayed.

Good stay

From the mommennt we arrived at reception, we were made to feel totally at ease and at hime. The staff here was wonderful. Nothing is too much trouble and the hotel is only a couple of minute walks to Darbar Sahib. Location centrally located..... Our bathroom was large and spotlessly clean. There was no kettle in the room but one was provided when requested. Worthy of 5 stars.

Very poor property that is not able live for 1 day

Room was not clear TV not working, i have changed 3 rooms then found a little better room then previous 2 rooms also i found in room and washroom cockroach 🪳

The hotel staff had a fight with a passenger in front of us because he said that the room shown at the time of booking was not the room we had seen at the property, it was not the type of room that we had seen at the time of booking. The staff started fighting with the guy, he was asking for refund of his money.

Not happy with service

WiFi connection was very poor. Staff is very unprofessional. Delayed service. Hotel is like haunted place . I asked for towels in the morning but I received them in the evening after 8 hours.

Golden Temple Darshan

Location has accessibility and able to take your car till the spot

Everything is poor with regards to as compare to any other country INN property. I would not rate this hotel more than 2 star. No cleanness, nothing. very poor experience. please don’t book this hotel at all. I have wasted my money and trusted booking.com pictures based on which I have booked it.

Its no more part pf the Radison chain….. so no maintenance of the property and assest. Filthy rooms and non functional lifts. Restricted menu for breakfast and options in Ala carte are not available. Pathetic experience. Dont book thinking of standards like Country Inns and Radison.

Very sad. The only good part about the stay was courteous staff. Very helpful and charming.

The breakfast was really stale in all aspect. Option were very limited. Cleanliness was a big disappointment.

Everything right from the room which was not aromatic. It had that weird smell of paint or something else. Bathroom was average again cleanliness not upto mark.

Nothing ...pathetic hotel.....rooms dirty,. Maintenance extremely poor No hot water ....taps broken Only when I raised an alarm and got angry, did the duty manager at the hotel met me and upgraded me to their suite but not before waiting for more an hour Breakfast quality served is very bad...hardly any options... Even the cloth napkins are not ironed Staff at restaurant is least bothered and the chef doesn't know how to make decent food Overall a very bad experience for the money I paid The place is a disaster zone

The room floor and bathroom should be more clean. The toilet faucet in room no 409 was placed on the left hand side of the commode!!!! This is so absurd and stupid.

Property is no more a Radisson Property but still using their menu and charging 3 times the food.

Nearness to station

They are still using country inn Radisson and charging rates like them. Food quality was pathetic and ended up paying rates likes country inn by Radisson . Not going to stay again.
